Who You'll Work With

 
You will be part of our administrative support services team. You will provide executive-level administrative support to senior partners or partners that are to be assigned.
When you join McKinsey as an executive assistant, you are joining a firm that will challenge you and invest in your professional development. You will collaborate with your partners to optimize their time, create trust-based relationships within their network while building your own, and deliver high quality end-products. The partners’ network includes their teams, practices and internal colleagues. You will work with partners, colleagues and executive assistants globally.

 

What You'll Do

 
You will be responsible for supporting and maintaining day-to-day calendar and travel management, including proactive conflict resolution. You will partner with supported colleagues to leverage time effectively and serve as a liaison/representative to establish effective collaboration with clients, assistants, relevant internal peer groups, and external vendors, as appropriate to leverage and deliver on daily tasks.
Additionally, you will extend responsibility for planning, organizing, and executing major projects (e.g., calls and meetings entailing coordination of schedules) and produce well-organized, accurate deliverables with minimal guidance.
 
You will also execute tasks related to accounting and expense administration, work collaboratively with other assistants and Team Leader/Manager to provide effective backup coverage, adopt the use of current tools and leverage the use of new tech/solutions, maintain strong communications (verbal and written), and confidentiality of highly sensitive information. You will actively participate in team meetings and training sessions and contribute to a vibrant and collaborative community.
 
On top of core responsibilities, the role may also include tasks related to support for events and training, planning and execution of major projects, ad-hoc reporting, etc. In some locations, the role may support recruiting, accounting, and expense.

 

Qualifications

  • University degree
  • Experience as an Executive Assistant or from a similar fast-paced and high standard environment
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and effectively with people at all levels in an organization
  • Highly professional; strong customer service mindset and style
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment (including prioritization skills, flexibility toward change, sense of urgency, and dealing with ambiguity)
  • Ability to establish relationships with both local colleagues and those working in other offices
  • High level of attention to detail, can-do attitude and ownership mindset
  • Ability to anticipate and meet the needs of individuals/colleagues supported
  • Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing
  • Excellent administrative and organization skills
  • Critical thinking and resourcefulness

Overview of the role:

The Sales Associate is responsible for sales generation and delivering a positive customer experience, and for a variety of operational duties as assigned by the store management team.


What you will do:

Store Safety

  • Creates a sparkling clean and organized environment by maintaining store standards and cleanliness.

Excellent Customer Service

  • Creates a positive first impression for the customer through an energetic attitude and adhering to the dress code.
  • Greets customers immediately upon entering the store with a smile and sincere non-business-like greeting.
  • Provides customers with current relevant information about the product.
  • Sincerely thank all customers for shopping as they exit the store and invite them back.

Quality

  • Provide quality service in the fitting rooms, follow up with customers promptly, maintain cash wrap cleanliness, and attempt to add on to the sale.

Administrative

  • Provides efficient service at the cash wrap, offers gift cards, maintains cash wrap cleanliness, and captures customer information in the database.

Required Skills to be successful

  • Extensive experience in Sales, Marketing and Operations and working in the retail/ brand management industry specifically in Fashion.
  • Sound in-depth knowledge of the market, brand positioning and trends.
  • An understanding of the current economic situation impacts of potential threats and competitors.

What equips you for the role:

Minimum Qualification and Knowledge:

Education: High School Diploma or equivalent


Minimum Experience:

Minimum 2 years of Retail Sales experience.


Job-Specific/Technical Skills required to complete the tasks:

  • Good verbal communication skills
  • Some heavy lifting
  • Ability to stand for a minimum of 8 hours

  • Whenever a patient or visitor enters the clinic, greet and welcome them.
  • Register patients in accordance with the clinic's rules and procedures.
  • Control both incoming and outgoing calls and help clients by transferring calls, responding to inquiries, and giving information.
  • Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable with all necessary materials (e.g.: pens, forms, and brochures)
  • To ensure the highest performance from all front office workers, coach, mentor, and train them.
  • Responds to patients’ needs and assist them in completing their transactions at the different departments.
  • Listen to compliments and criticisms from patients about the clinic's services and address them.
  • Provide patients with information, assist in resolving issues and concerns, and offer suggestions regarding the services.
  • Pay attention to and respond to patients' questions concerning hospital rules, practices, and patients' rights and obligations.
  • Conducts patient satisfaction surveys.
  • Monitor patients and visitors and ensure their satisfaction.
  • Assist patients in filling out any required paperwork, including insurance documents
  • Contact potential, existing or new Emirati customers through phone to inform them about the product, service, Offer etc. available at the clinic.
  • Work with the center manager to identify possible communities, organizations, and other venues for the development of business.
  • Arrange a medical camp in conjunction with a municipal authority, the government, communities, organizations etc.
  • Create and implement a variety of marketing plans for our business to help us draw in new customers and existing.
  • Work with the marketing team to advertise the facilities and services offered by our clinic through various marketing platforms.
  • Responsible for translating communication between patients/ visitors and staff for easy comprehension.
  • Read and comprehend Arabic materials, and when necessary, translate.
  • Ensure liaison with local and federal authorities to ensure the support when administration team is needed.
  • Ensure excellent patient care and assistance to satisfy patients.
  • Assure that patient consultation waiting periods are kept to a minimal
  • Ensure that records and papers are appropriately stored and maintained.
