What you’ll deliver

• You will be responsible for developing, planning, and implementing marketing strategies and campaigns that establish, maintain, and develop the brand and reputation of Dubai Airports

• You will work with various departments to understand our customers, products, and services, to create marketing propositions, ensuring alignment with our brand values

• You will oversee, manage, and lead the Marketing function, ensuring high levels of team engagement and productivity as well as support other teams within the Brand and Marketing department

• You will manage and monitor the performance of the marketing strategy, as well as specific communication channels

 

 

What you bring

• You’ll be educated to Degree level in a Marketing related field

• You should have at least 10 years’ experience within marketing strategies, campaign planning, content development and campaign measurement

• You’ll have comprehensive experience of the aviation or hospitality industry

• Excellent knowledge of social media marketing  

• Previous leadership experience

Training & Quality Supervisor, Rosewood, Dubai, UAE

 OVERVIEW/BASIC FUNCTION:


Rosewood Abu Dhabi's Talent & Culture Department is expanding! The Training & Quality Supervisor is responsible for monitoring, evaluating and documenting Rosewood Abu Dhabi training activities. Assist the Talent Development Executive in ensuring that all training and development standards are met. Collaborate with supervisors and managers to create schedules for training materials, produce training document drafts, make backups and check training materials.


 


OSHAD RESPONSIBILITIES:


While at work, (and while on work premises) an associate shall:


Take reasonable care of their own health and safety.

Take reasonable care of the health and safety of a person and the workplace, that may be affected by their acts or omission at work;

Cooperate with full compliance with Hotel’s developed OSHMS policies, OSHMS procedures & operational works instruction in order to protect the health and safety of the people.

Report to immediate supervisor any situation which they have reason to believe could present a hazards and which they cannot themselves correct;

Report all OSH incidents and work related injuries; and

Not intentionally or recklessly interfere with or misuse anything provided (e.g. Equipment & machineries, PPE, etc.) at the Hotel’s workplace in the interest of health, safety, welfare or protection or management of the workplace.

Participate in conduct of OSH related planning and implementation in order to achieve the Hotel’s OSH objectives, targets & program.

Attend all training arranged by Hygiene, Health & Safety Manager such as OSH training, safety Induction, on the job training, tool box talks, etc.

 


ACCOUNTABILITY:


 


Held accountable and committed whatever it takes to comply with the company’s OSHMS Policies, OSHMS Procedure, & Operational Works Instruction and any other relevant legislation applies within the organization.

Held accountable to take care of his own health and safety, other person in the workplace that may be affected by their acts or omission at work.

To report to his supervisor or respective Manager.

 


 


QUALIFICATIONS:


Experience: Minimum one year as a hospitality Trainer and / or administrative assistant within the Training Department in a Luxury Hotel environment. Previous operational experience also desirable.

Education: Bachelor's degree in hospitality, hotel management, Human Resources or a relevant field of work or an equivalent combination of education and work-related experience.

General Skills: Must be able to perform job functions with attention to detail, speed and accuracy; prioritize, organize and follow-up; be a clear thinker, remaining calm and resolving problems using good judgment; follow directions thoroughly; understand a associate’s needs; work cohesively with associates as part of a team; work with minimal supervision; maintain confidentiality of guest information and pertinent hotel data.

Technical Skills: Proficiency with Microsoft Office products, with advanced PowerPoint knowledge. Excellent public speaking and presentation skills. Creative and graphic design ability for presentation development and enhancement.

Language: Required to speak, read and write English perfectly. Fluency in other languages preferred.

Physical Requirements: Must be able to exert physical effort, endure various physical movements throughout the work areas, reach up and down, remain stationary at times throughout work periods, and satisfactorily communicate with guests and co-workers to their understanding.

License & Certifications: Train the Trainer Certificate a plus.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide general administrative and clerical support in the office / site office
  • Handle and prioritize all outgoing or incoming correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.)
  • To manage all commercial and technical documents for the project/s
  • Maintain executive’s agenda and assist the executive team in planning appointments, meetings, conferences etc.
  • Handle confidential documents ensuring they remain secure
  • Draft letters, purchase orders, work orders, request for proposals and other related task in this matter
  • Perform all clerical works, which include filing, typing, photocopying, email correspondence and other works being assigned from time to time
  • Ensure all communications, particularly relating to owners, guests and the corporate office are handled promptly and professionally
  • Provide minutes to Executive Team Meetings and compile management reports in a timely and accurate manner if necessary
  • Makes travel arrangements on behalf of others, as necessary, evaluating alternatives and making decisions regarding pricing and logistical issues.
  • Receive and check all incoming correspondence and transmittal of
  • Manage other staff or visitors, on phone or in person, if required
  • Keep all project documents orderly complete and categorized for easy accessibility to specific records and projects
  • Ensures delivery and receipt of all documents by deadlines
