Job Purpose

To plan, initiate and conduct sales process with the customers visiting the showroom or while on sales call and contribute in achieving the sales targets.

Job Requirements

Education/Certification and Continued Education

Degree in any discipline or through automotive vocational route
 

Years of Experience

3 – 5 years solid experience in automotive retail sales in the UAE market.


Knowledge and Skills

Good knowledge of automobile sales gained through formal training or work experience.

Preferably bilingual (Arabic and English)
Attention to details and concern for quality
Dynamic and proactive personality

Essential Roles and Responsibilities

Functional Roles and Responsibilities

Carry out sales in accordance to pre agreed monthly targets and budgets.


Prepare/ maintain call reports/log highlighting salient features and advise the Manager of the same.


Report weekly/ monthly on agreed performance data, comparing actual with targeted/ budgeted performance.


Attend to customers visiting the showroom, initiate sales process with them paying attention to their needs and offer qualified advice on the specifications of the product.


Maintain close contact with prospect customers, make sales call and visit them to suit their schedule/ convenience. Introduce and follow up suitable sales prospects.


Maintain customer database and contribute towards the development of prospects list. Keep abreast of competition in this segment of cars.

 
Ensure pre-delivery inspections and proper documentation of the sales transaction

Ensure details of all vehicle transactions are accurately completed & recorded and registered with sales administration, including payment and the registration of the vehicle with the traffic department and invoicing.

Provide highest degree of customer service and satisfaction at all times in accordance with the company’s sales policies and procedures to maximize future recommended or repeat sales

Ensure that the customer is aware of all available extras, accessories and warranties.

Notify the customers of delay, changes in the requirements and specifications etc., if any, ensuring smooth conclusion of vehicle handover.

Provide customers with qualified advice on vehicle finance and insurance facilities.

Participate in seasonal sales campaign and promotions to maximize sales penetration

Job Purpose

Key Result Responsibilities

Conduct:

    Ensures timely attendance, proper grooming, fitness and legality of self for the assigned flights. Attends “Briefing” to ensure acknowledgement of flight details, distribution of roles, targets, security checks, boarding, etc.

Safety Measures:

    Instructs passengers on safety procedures to be followed ensuring their safety and comfort at all times.

    Identifies areas of safety and security risks and partners with the Cabin Supervisor to take remedial action in accordance with the SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures).

    Administers first aid to passengers where necessary.

    Informs Cabin Supervisor, Flight Crew and Captain, as appropriate, with any irregularities and malfunctions promptly.

Customer Service:

    Welcomes passengers and assists in their boarding formalities; enters necessary data into the aircraft log book as per Air Arabia and GCAA/CAA adopted procedures.

    Provides constant excellent customer services to passengers by attending to their individual pre-bookings, requests and needs.

    Identifies and assists passengers experiencing stress or difficulties in accordance with the corresponding policies and procedures detailed in the Operations Manual and other relevant instructions.

    Contributes to maximizing on-board revenue and “Charity Cloud” program by efficiently promoting the on-board meals, products and charity services and thereby achieves individual and team targets.

     Ensures proper and secure handling of cash and credit card payments received against individual sales and donations managed by him/her.

Crosschecking and Reports:

    Carries out pre-flight checks to ensure sufficient supplies, emergency equipment, catering equipment and other specified equipment prior to take off; provides report for any deficiencies to Cabin Supervisor and/or Captain as appropriate.

    Assists in ensuring the aircraft cabin is cleaned thoroughly at transit stations and that adequate re-catering and duty free products are provided before flying.

    Ensures orderly and complete handover/takeover of the cabin to/from catering, cleaning and/or maintenance staff.

    Carries out the post-flight briefing and assessment reports as per adopted policies and procedures: provides objective evaluation of the Cabin Supervisor, reports any problems or discrepancies on flight, closing and sealing of duty free containers.

    Accounts to Cabin Supervisor for the conduct of passengers; carries out the duties of ‘Cabin Supervisor’ when designated as such by the Captain.

    Maintains necessary professional and safety knowledge and competitiveness by attending recurrent trainings, emergency procedures trainings, and educational workshops and by ensuring current license.
    Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results and achieving allocated sales targets and objectives.

Job description

On behalf of our client, a private aviation company in Riyadh, we are recruiting experienced and non-experienced VVIP Flight Attendants.

If you already applied to us earlier in 2021 for their previous campaign, do not reapply, we will be going through those applications and contacting those that they request we do.
Requirements

EXPERIENCED VVIP FLIGHT ATTENDANT REQUIREMENTS:

    VVIP Flight Attendant experience preferred but open to Flight Attendants with Business/First Class experience as well from a major international airline (like Emirates, Qatar, Etihad etc).
    Educated to a minimum level of college degree.
    No visible tattoos.
    Medically fit to meet regulatory requirements.
    Ability to swim at least 25m unaided in open water, without a flotation device.
    Excellent oral and written communication skills, including listening, speaking and writing.
    Must have a high standard of English; verbal, written and comprehension. Fluency in another language is an advantage.
    Computer skills, including Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word.
    Minimum height of 165cm.
    Maximum age at time of application is 32yrs old.

NON-EXPERIENCED VVIP FLIGHT ATTENDANT REQUIREMENTS:

    At least two years of experience in front line customer care – either as a cabin crew or hospitality is preferred.
    Educated to a minimum level of college degree.
    No visible tattoos.
    Medically fit to meet regulatory requirements.
    Ability to swim at least 25m unaided in open water, without a flotation device.
    Excellent oral and written communication skills, including listening, speaking and writing.
    Must have a high standard of English; verbal, written and comprehension. Fluency in another language is an advantage.
    Computer skills, including Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word.
    Minimum height of 165cm.
    For inexperienced Flight Attendants, the age range is a minimum of 23yrs old and a maximum of 26yrs old.

BASE:

Riyadh or any city within Saudi Arabia where company operations require.

OFFER:

    Salary for experienced VVIP Flight Attendants is from $4,500 to $5,500/month depending on experience.
    Salary for non-experienced VVIP Flight Attendants is $3,500/month to $4,500/month depending on experience.
    2 months on/1 month off rotation (3-6 month’s initial probation period)
    Accommodation in Riyadh (Studio apartment)
    5-star hotel accommodation abroad if available
    Operational transport provided.
    Medical insurance (in KSA)
