Overview of the role:
This role is the representation of the brand & division to the customer, and maintains customer relations to ensure an end-to-end engaged Aftersales customer journey, that leads to revenue achievement & customer retention.
 
What you will do:
•    Build long-term relationships with customers to ensure customer retention & loyalty.
•    Achieve financial objectives by upselling & discount control, to meet monthly revenue targets.
•    Actively engage with the customer through consultation on customer needs & service requirements, through the whole service process, in order to ensure vehicle is fixed right the first time.
•    Coordinate with the Production Team to ensure timely progress update of Vehicle to customers at all times to keep the customer informed and to maintain the on-time-delivery commitment.
•    At the time of delivery (of the vehicle), ensure that the customer is provided detailed explanation of all work performed & cost associated with those repairs, for the customers to understand the value-addition of services rendered by the business.
•    Effectively manage customer complaints to satisfactory closure of all complaints, to sustain & improve the Customer Service Value & Net Promoter Scores.
•    Active compliance to all Standard Operating Procedures, Company policies & Distributor Programs to ensure consistency in the customer experience.
 
Required Skills To Be Successful:
•    Minimum 3 years experience with automotive industry, preferably in a similar service role related with EV’s.
•    Technical knowledge provides up-to-date technical information in response to customer inquiries.
•    Excellent customer service, willing to go the extra mile.
•    Strong English communications skills, Arabic speaker an added advantage!
 
About The Team:
The role will report to the Aftersales Manager and you will be working in a busy workshop environment wherein you will be dealing directly with Customers, Service Managers, Aftersales Managers, Worshop Teams & Technicians on a daily basis.
 
What Equips You For The Role:
•    Diploma or Degree in Technical school / Certificate/ Diploma in Automobile / Mechanical Engineering
•    Minimum of 3 to 5 years’ experience in the automotive industry or similar role.
•    A broad based knowledge to service as a reliable consultant is essential for this role.

JOB TITLE:  Construction Manager

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

    In a small-scale project, capable to act as Project Director during construction phase and liaise with Project Director for commercial issues.
    Oversee that the construction areas are constructed in a safe manner and to the required quality standards within agreed budget, schedule, and construction sequence.   
    Establish a good and transparent relationship with Client’s site representative.
    Ensure that appropriate licenses, permissions prior to start of site preparation, set up infrastructure facilities and mobilization of manpower at Site.
    Review the Project & Construction scope, Construction BOQs, Project execution plan and assess the schedule and finalize the construction deliverables such as Construction Execution Plan, Subcontracting Strategy, Construction Management Team Organization, Construction Manpower Mobilization / Demobilization plan, Site set-up checklist etc.  
    Implements the requirements of the Construction Execution Plan, mobilization, temporary facilities, site staffing, modularization (if applicable), heavy lift sequencing, fabrication scope, laydown requirements, equipment and fabricated items delivery sequencing, equipment and tool requirements, demobilization, etc.
    Verify the Subcontractor’s execution plan at an early stage and approve only if it aligns with Petrofac deliverables (documents and materials). Challenge Subcontractor for a more efficient execution plan inline within schedule, safety and quality requirements.
    Develops a clear organization chart for the construction personnel on site (area wise) and prepare a staffing with a histogram for all construction supervisors and trades personnel.
    Participates in project model reviews and constructability reviews.
    Conducts Kickoff meeting with subcontractor & approve all subcontractor documentation.
    Contributes to 90 days & 3-weeks look-ahead plans, implements work in agreed sequence.
    Works to a 6 month look ahead schedule and supports the construction contractors by removing impediments to progress, assist in the development of their construction schedule, agrees a construction sequence (path of construction), and confirms that the contractors have the materials, engineering deliverables, tools, and resources required for successful execution and complete delivery within the required time frame.
    Present and share the benefits of implementing Project Production Control (daily progress monitoring) during the execution of the project to Petrofac site team as well as to the subcontractor.
    Generates regular progress reports for review by project management
    Responsible to manage Subcontractor’s within allocated budget.
    Strong advocate for quality construction installations and ensuring that we construct the right way, the first time, in adherence to project and corporate quality assurance policies and procedures. Supports the implementation of QinC initiative “Right First Time”.  
    Review the requirements for the maintenance of temporary facilities
    Manage the construction team creating an atmosphere of cooperation and team spirit.
    Familiar with project and subcontractor contracts, and records all changes in accordance with Management of Change procedure  
    Approves and monitors all vendor mobilizations after agreeing call-out terms, start date, scope of work and anticipated duration. Any and all requested mobilizations that are not fully covered by the initial project budget are to be referred to the Project Director for approval, with explanation of cost/schedule over-run.
    Complete & Review Go/No Go checklist prior to subcontractor mobilization on site and prior to start of critical activities.
    Involvement in surveillance programme (Quality Observation Card QOC, Daily Surveillance Report DSR, Quality Walkthrough Finding QWF).
    Reviews the Site Technical Queries raised by subcontractors and assigns responsible person and action owners; approves the response.
    Identify site related risks, their probability and consequences through a structured approach.
    Authorize local purchase and approve local subcontractors with consent of the Project Director.
    Study in detail Subcontract Agreement and be aware of all Ts & Cs and project specifications. Support Contracts department in the negotiation terms of agreements.
    Ensure site team attends subcontract/cost awareness sessions and understand the Responsibility matrices, BOQ & preambles of subcontract.
    Liaise with Subcontracts Manager for any variation request from Subcontractor. Challenge the subcontractor for Site Instruction and support Subcontracts team to assess cost impact.
    Maintains openness at site between all parties and maintains good working relations with subcontractors and client throughout the project.
    Generates KPI’s for each of his subordinates that reflect his own and the projects, Performs regular performance reviews and assessments of all subordinates (discipline superintendents / supervisors). Develops staff so that every supervisory position has a deputy able to stand in for absences and rotation leaves.  
    Look after career development of his subordinates and provide necessary feedback at regular intervals.
    Coordinates with Completions supervision to handover completed work in agreed sequence.
    Encourage subordinates to utilize Construction Observation Forms & provide construction feedback to Head Office (incl. lessons learned, best practices, constructability issues).
    Train subordinates to get more knowledge in different disciplines and promote multidiscipline culture.
    Provide construction inputs to proposals (if assigned by Head of Department).
    Attend Construction forums when requested by the Head of Department.
    Support in preparation of technical and financial elements for construction activities during the bid proposal phase as requested by the Head of Department.

ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:

    15+ experience in direct hire construction with an international E&C company.
    15+ Experience in the oil & gas industry.
    Relevant degree or diploma from an accredited college or university.
    Experience working in the Commonwealth of Independent States (CIS/FSU), Middle East, and/or North Africa.
    Prior experience working with a diverse international workforce.
    Experience in managing of Cost Reimbursable / Unit rate structured contracts.

Job Description
What we want:
Vertoz is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Growth Manager to drive our expansion in the UAE market. This dynamic role will focus on both Publisher development and Ad sales, and will play a pivotal part in strengthening our presence in the Middle East region. The ideal candidate will leverage their understanding of digital advertising, publisher partnerships, and sales strategies to create and execute growth initiatives that will foster revenue generation, build robust client relationships, and drive long-term growth.

What you'll do:
1. Publisher Development
•Identify & Onboard Publishers: Scout and recruit high-quality publishers to expand Vertoz’s ad network in the UAE and Middle East region. Ensure publishers align with Vertoz’s brand values and ad quality standards.
•Maintain Publisher Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with publishing partners to ensure ongoing support and mutually beneficial arrangements. Act as the main point of contact for inquiries, problem-solving, and performance discussions.
•Optimize Monetization: Develop strategies and collaborate with publishers to optimize ad placements, formats, and revenue yields to enhance monetization for both Vertoz and its partners.
•Market Analysis: Conduct regular market and competitor analysis to identify trends, emerging publishers, and new partnership opportunities.

2. Ad Sales
•Business Development: Identify, prospect, and engage new clients for Vertoz’s digital ad services in the UAE. Focus on brands, agencies, and direct advertisers in key verticals to generate ad sales.
•Client Relationship Management: Build and nurture strong client relationships to understand their advertising needs, provide solutions, and ensure client satisfaction.
•Sales Strategy & Revenue Growth: Develop and execute sales strategies that align with Vertoz’s growth objectives in the UAE. Consistently meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets.
•Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams including product, marketing, and account management to deliver optimal ad solutions for clients and publishers.

3. Strategic Growth Initiatives
•Market Penetration: Utilize market intelligence and networking to identify new business opportunities, emerging industries, and potential partners in the UAE.
•Brand Building: Act as a Vertoz brand ambassador, participating in relevant industry events, conferences, and forums to enhance visibility and establish Vertoz as a trusted digital advertising partner.
•Reporting & Insights: Track, analyze, and report on sales and publisher growth metrics to monitor performance and support data-driven decision-making. Utilize insights to refine strategies and improve results.
•Feedback & Innovation: Gather feedback from clients and publishers to drive innovation and improve Vertoz’s ad products and services to better meet market needs.



Requirements
•Experience: 5+ years of experience in digital advertising, with a strong focus on both publisher development and ad sales. Experience in the UAE/Middle East market is a must.
•Proven track record of success in client acquisition, business growth, and revenue generation.
•Strong understanding of the digital advertising landscape, including programmatic advertising, RTB, and performance marketing.
•Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
•Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. MBA or equivalent experience in advertising/media is a plus.
•Travel: Willingness to travel within the UAE and occasionally to other Middle Eastern countries as needed.
