The Opportunity
We are seeking to appoint a high calibre Head of Marketing & Admissions to start in January 2025.
The Head of Marketing and Admissions will oversee the successful delivery of the admissions process at Cheltenham Muscat, as well as actively contributing to marketing and external relations.
This exciting position is suited to a dynamic and committed admissions and marketing professional who can demonstrate leadership skills and a proven admissions, sales, or marketing background.
The School
Cheltenham Muscat opened in September 2021 and is Oman’s first, premium, British school, for boys and girls aged 3 to 18. Our partnership with Cheltenham College UK, who have been educating pupils both from the UK and abroad for 180 years is genuine. Set on an outstanding state-of-the-art campus, students and teachers at Cheltenham Muscat benefit from world-class facilities for both academic and co-curricular learning.
The Person
The successful candidate will be someone who:
- is practical, creative and organised;
- can inspire others in the shaping, developing and implementation of effective admissions and marketing strategies;
- has a track record of target-hitting success with an educational or business environment;
- can confidently utilise social media platforms to bolster growth;
- is competent in the use of standard Microsoft Office software;
- has an appreciation of customer relationship management, ideally gained within an education or premium sales environment.

The school is located in the Al Bandar Masterplan – a 1.1 million square metre development situated in close proximity to Muscat International Airport, City Centre Muscat and many residential communities. Our state-of-the-art campus houses some of the finest school facilities in Oman. These include dedicated libraries, a central atrium, a STEM centre, an Art and Design centre, music and drama classrooms and practice rooms, IT labs, indoor and outdoor sports facilities and a 25m x 6 lane pool plus learner pool.
