About the role

At ElevenLabs, ensuring our systems are developed, deployed, and used safely is our priority. We use technical safeguarding solutions to try and detect and identify problematic and harmful content, and invest in teams that help us enforce our policies. We are looking for a Content Moderator to join us on an initial 12 month Fixed Term Contract. This role is for you if you enjoy the following:

    Rapid and Diligent Actions: Quickly and effectively assessing user-generated content (USG), by following internal guidelines and policies. Ad hoc escalation of urgent issues, technical questions, and moderation policy queries.

    Continuous Improvement: Developing and maintaining security standards and applying them in new situations. Understanding the context of requests, and communicating with users professionally.

    Team Spirit: Working as part of a bigger moderation and customer support team.

    Building a Safe Space: Taking pride in your role as a guardian of our community by actively ensuring that USG complies with our policies and meets our standards. Maintaining a respectful and secure environment for everyone.

Due to the nature of the role and the subject matter involved, you might be exposed to difficult content including hate speech, threats, and other offensive content. We will support you in doing your best work, but a robust emotional resilience is required for this role.

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Emailing, SMS and Push Officer who will be in charge of managing and executing the airline's global email, SMS, and push notifications for Qatar Airways Privilege Club.

Your key objectives will be direct response to online sales, Program and Channel engagement and self-service transactions to ensure the overall Privilege Club goals of sales and services are being met. Being part of the E-commerce team at the airlines' head office, you will ensure that campaigns are aligned globally across platforms, channels, multiple geographical regions and countries.

As part of your daily responsibilities, you will also

• Develop, implement and optimize the global automated and manual cross channel direct marketing strategy and campaigns to maximize sales and services
• Increase and engage the Privilege Club members with relevant communications across the funnel by further developing and optimizing the current campaigns, personalization, templates, content, marketing, automation, and performance
• Develop SMS, WhatsApp and push channels and increase their penetration in the direct marketing mix.
• Plan persona identification, triggered and life-cycle email campaigns to ensure optimized email communications to different customer cohorts.
• Adhere to SOP, internal processes and checklists to ensure roll out of error-free communications
• Orchestrate data flows between different airline systems and email systems to optimize the current flow Plan and build data integrations to enable deployment of automated emails.
• Plan, create, execute and review all direct marketing communications to ensure correctness, brand compliance and sales excellence at all direct marketing customer contact points
• Create processes to enable Privilege Club stakeholders to self-manage day-to-day direct marketing operations without compromising on the overall quality of the CRM program.
• Design, execute and record split tests to optimize content, frequency, timing and cadence of direct marketing messages.
• Work closely with internal stakeholders (Privilege Club) and external stakeholders to ensure quality and consistency in all direct marketing communications.
• Plan and execute 3rd-party and QR branded lead-generation activities to produce high quality leads within the given cost budget.

Qualifications

About You

We are looking for a professional with the following skills and experience:

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent.
• 4+ years of of job-related experience
• Experience in email, SMS, WhatsApp and push notification marketing.
• Hands-on experience in marketing copywriting
• Experience in requirements-gathering and documentation for technical projects.
• Proficiency in using MS Excel and working with large databases.

Hands-on experience with the following tools would be a bonus:

• Push messaging
• HTML
• Photoshop
• Dreamweaver
• SQL

Job Description

Launch and lead the execution of Clienteling initiative in store

• Support the Store management in strengthening a client-centric culture among the team & ensure the full implementation of the Gucci Clienteling program and initiatives
• Ensure the comprehension of the clienteling KPIs, monitor the performances and implement action plans to improve them, focusing especially on the data collection, data quality and client retention
• Coach, train & support each client advisor on the selling floor and through one-to-one sessions: implement & follow a coaching calendar

Retain and develop the existing clients

• Proactively support the Client Advisors in building relationships and gaining customer understanding to promote future visits
• Inspire CAs to implement initiatives personalized on client interests and profile
• Manage and develop VIG clients through personalized development plans

Recruit new clients within and outside of the store

• Monitor and coach Client Advisors on information collection and enrichment: tools usage and related ceremony
• Provide training, motivation and coaching to sales staffs to enhance their clienteling skills, calling techniques, and client service standards
• Develop multi-sourced new client development initiatives/ activities to ensure on-going clienteling activity development in collaboration with local corporate team

Manage One To One appointment (OTO) planning and VIP room (where available)

• Stimulate and assists Client Advisors in preparing, executing and following-up OTO initiatives, coordinates the OTO calendar and monitors results
• Assist Client Advisors when in the preparation of OTO appointments, leveraging on VIP room, visual merchandising, product and hospitality guidelines

Requirements

• 5+ years of Retail experience
• Deep knowledge and understanding of Luxury Business, customers, competitors and products
• Strong customer focus in line with Gucci hospitality culture
• Team/people management
• Problem Solving, Proactivity and Empathy
• Passion for the brand, history and creative culture
• Detail oriented, organized and professional
• Ability to build relationships and encourage colleagues to generate innovative ideas to drive success. Able to motivate, coach and drive others
• Good PowerPoint and Excel skills
• Fluent in English
