Who Are We Looking For?

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Customer Success Manager (CSM) to join our dynamic team in the GCC region.

You will be the first point of contact for our customers in this region, ensuring their satisfaction and retention. This role requires fluency in Arabic along with English and a strong understanding of IT products and services. The CSM will manage enterprise accounts and drive customer success initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Success Program:

• Execute and manage the Customer Success Program to maximize client satisfaction and retention.
• Proactively engage with existing clients to understand their needs, address concerns, and provide ongoing support.
• Conduct regular check-ins and business reviews with clients to ensure they are achieving their desired outcomes.
• Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional products and services.

• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships through regular communication and exceptional service.

Sales and Business Development:

• Collaborate with and assist the sales team to identify opportunities, generate leads, and achieve revenue targets.
• Collaborate with our technology partners in the region for account mapping.
• Proactively communicate new product or service offerings to both current customers and potential prospects, showcasing their benefits and advantages.

Sales Reporting and Documentation:

• Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and progress in Dynamics 365 CRM.
• Prepare regular sales and KPI reports to track and measure progress against targets.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Customer Success Manager or in a similar role, managing enterprise accounts.
• Strong understanding of IT products, services, and solutions.
• Fluency in Arabic and English along with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and results-driven.

POSITION SUMMARY

Assist and support management and the leadership team with handling and resolving Human Resources issues. Assist employees with internal and external transfer requests and procedures. Monitor and assist managers/supervisors with hiring processes and issues. Coordinate and conduct applicant drug screens, reference checks, background checks, motor vehicle checks, and social security number verification. Maintain applicant flow, drug screen, orientation and transfer request logs. Create and maintain new hire and personnel files and enter them into Human Resources Information Systems. Assist with orientation of new employees. Monitor all hiring and recruitment processes for compliance with all local, state, and federal laws and company policies and standards. Ensure accurate maintenance of all employee records and files (e.g., interview documents, I-9's). Support processing and maintenance of payroll records in accordance with policies and procedures, as necessary. Inform Human Resources management of issues related to employee relations within the division or property. Create and maintain filing systems. Generate Human Resources data reports as necessary Answer phone calls and record messages. Create and type office correspondence using computer. Serve as Human Resources subject matter expert and participate on project teams. Train new hires on Human Resources processes, programs, policies, information systems, etc.

Follow all company policies and procedures; ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional; maintain confidentiality of proprietary information. Speak with others using clear and professional language; prepare and review written documents accurately and completely; answer telephones using appropriate etiquette. Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others; support team to reach common goals; listen and respond appropriately to the concerns of other employees. Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 10 pounds without assistance. Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by Supervisors.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Education: High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.

Related Work Experience: At least 1 year of related work experience.

Supervisory Experience: No supervisory experience.

License or Certification: None

• Develop a robust, long-term pipeline of opportunities to ensure the sustainability of Accenture’s business at the client over time
• Shape solutions for our clients and create opportunities by making the connection between the client’s strategic priorities and the Accenture offerings, solutions, and people to address these priorities
• Manage client satisfaction and ensure service delivery expectations are met, in line with client expectations
• Lead account planning across the account team
• Create a solid business network within the client and seek opportunities to create connections outside of the client to further enhance relationships (e.g., client to client, cross industry)
• Build and leverage a deep understanding of both the industry and market in which the client operates, as well as an intimate knowledge of the client’s business to influence the client’s business strategies

Qualifications:

• Experience in Client Account Management
• 8+ years experience dealing with large Giga-projects, preferably from consulting/strategy organizations
• Industry experience is a plus
• Minimum of Bachelor/Master degree
