About the Role

The role holder is responsible for providing the general and administrative support with regards to the timely labor and visa renewals / transfers of the employees. The role holder is responsible for maintaining and updating the relevant records, trackers and file in a timely / accurate manner.

Job Description

• Provides HR services to GMG employees and serves as a point of contact for all HR activities and tasks related to the Renewals
• Prepares end to end renewals process of the employees by initiating a timely process following the SOP and internal GMG process in accordance to the MOHRE compliance.
• Sends the validated complete set of documents to Government Relations Department for timely processing of the same post HRBP and Lina Manager confirmation
• Coordination and follow ups between the Government Relation Department, Employees and Stakeholders as/when required to organize and facilitate the renewals transactions such as obtaining signatures from the employees, medical applications, Taw-jeeh classes, EID and Residency
• Responds to employee's queries in a timely manner to deliver a high standard of internal support
• Maintains and updates employee records, including personnel status updates
• Responsible for the internal HUB / system entries of all employees in a timely manner
• Support internal departments as/when required

• Internal self-audit on the overall scope of work using the internal / external systems

• Basic understanding with regards to documentation for Family Visa

What will you do

To lead the development and implementation of  communications strategy and plans in line with the overall group communications strategy. Act as an expert advisor to the Platform CEO and Executive Leadership Team on communications, public relations, internal and external communications, and stakeholder engagement to support the business objectives of the platform. The role additionally requires the provision of direct communications support to platform assets – both senior leadership teams and communications functions
What will you bring

    Bachelor’s degree in communications, digital communication, marketing or equivalent.
    7+ years of experience in communications, with focus on digital communication. Preferably experience in a large-scale organisation with complex business operations or experience working across various industries. At least 2 years in a managerial / supervisory position.
     Additional relevant experience is an advantage.
    Strong knowledge of digital communications strategy development and implementation, and ability to devise strategies that drive business results.
    Strong technical knowledge of a wide range of digital platforms including social media, websites, e-newsletters.
    Strong knowledge of Marketing terminology, analytics and integrated marketing strategies/plans; how to plan, implement, execute, analyze and evaluate.
    Knowledge of content development and content management processes
    Knowledge of web content management systems.
    Good project management knowledge and ability to deliver web/digital projects within cross-functional teams.
    Good understanding of information architecture, usability and site design.
    Creative and innovative approach to communications with the ability to identify new ways of working.
    Ability to develop and maintain successful relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
    Good knowledge of communication and influencing techniques and ability to deal with people across a wide range of functions and at all levels of the organisation.

Work in Kuwait is contingent upon the applicant’s ability to obtain a work permit from the State of Kuwait, which is requested on the applicant’s behalf by their employer. Effective January 1, 2021, the Kuwait Public Authority of Manpower issued new work permit regulations, informing contractors that it will not issue a work permit to any individual who is fifty-nine (59) years or older and holds a high school grade certificate or less. A bachelor’s degree or higher is required for all candidates fifty-nine (59) years or older. See Administrative Decision No. (520) of 2020 AD – Amendment to the Administrative Decision No. (552) of 2018 on Issuing the Work Permit Regulations. Candidates with a current Visa 18 (residency visa) are excluded from the education requirement.

Purpose: Performs scheduled and unscheduled inspections of various vehicle maintenance and equipment repairs.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Performs inspections on different classifications of wheeled vehicles/equipment at the unit and DS/GS levels.

• Conducts initial inspections upon delivery of equipment and records data information for the processing of maintenance work orders; troubleshoots identified faults and in-process inspections as required during their pair phase.

• Conducts a final inspection upon completion of maintenance repairs to ensure quality product outputs are met.

• Prepares records of inspection/tests and make them available to the QA/QC Department.

• Verifies procedures being used are adequate for the effective control of quality, rejects defective workmanship and materials, verifies and certifies the test results on supporting documents.

• Provides guidance and technical assistance to shop maintenance personnel on inspection principles of workmanship, procedures to be employed, and quality of work expected.

• Ensures compliance with government and corporate regulations, company SOPs, directives, and technical manuals to establish and maintain a quality management program.

• Maintains crosstalk with QA and LAR representatives.

• Coordinates with Shop Supervisor when technical problems arise, and in-depth mechanical knowledge is required.

• Cross trains when required to ensure maximum flexibility and possession of technical skills in the development and maintenance of quality programs. Performs other related duties as assigned.

Education:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Experience:

• 3-5 years of wheeled vehicle maintenance experience required.

• 2 or more years of quality control/inspection experience required.

• Must have knowledge of diagnostic tools and forms used at the unit and DS/GS level.

• Must be able to read and understand communications and electronic equipment schematics.

• Must have thorough knowledge of military technical publications.

Specialized Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

• Must have a collaborative work style that fosters cooperation and teamwork.

• Must have excellent organizational skills and must be customer service focused.

• Must be able to communicate clearly with all levels of personnel.

• Must be able to read, write and speak English fluently.
