Ensure the authenticity and accuracy of received documents from internal and external entities in support of the monetary transactions.
Record accounting entries in the ERP system as per the supporting information/documents and ensure accuracy in recording the transactions.
Verify the preliminary approval of all vouchers before passing the accounting entries.
Ensure safekeeping and filing of accounting documents, correspondence and supporting documents within the department.
Extract sufficient information and reports from the ERP system for compiling and preparing management reports and accounts.
Perform periodical reconciliation of Company records with Banks, Vendor Accounts, GL accounts, sub-ledgers, etc., for all countries including currency conversions etc.,
Performs the assigned tasks for period end closing of books of accounts and passing necessary accounting entries.
Assist the Manager in providing the information for preparing and compiling management reports and preparing variance analysis.
Coordinate with Stores or Locations to obtain required confirmations for receiving the assets/goods as per the orders placed.
Physically inspect the assets, goods and ensure actual receipt of such assets/goods before recording any accounting entries.
Participates in and conducting inventory physical counts and physical verification of assets as per the management directives.
Ensure correctness in preparation of vouchers, recording of entries, preparation of supporting documents for the entries.
Prepare error-free monthly financial statements, reports and records by collecting, analyzing and summarizing accounting information.
Adjusts hours of work, priorities, and assignments to ensure efficient operation, based on workload within the department and the direct manager instructions.
Comply with Company’s by-laws, code of conduct and policies and procedures and amendments thereto.
Perform any other relevant job roles and responsibilities assigned by the next in-line supervising authority or head of the department from time to time, in addition to/in substitution of the existing roles.
Enthusiastic candidate with an Accounting background, ready to tackle the challenges in the core Finance domain.
Apt in handling financial tasks like budgeting, planning, and calculating variance which reduces business expenses.
Sound knowledge of different types of financial reports and balance sheets.
Problem solving and creative skills and the ability to exercise sound judgment and make decisions based on accurate and timely analysis.
Strong knowledge base and technical skills in financial and cost accounting.
Hands-on experience in handling MS Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, and PowerPoint.

Job Description:

Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Planner to join our team in NEOM.

Parsons is providing Project Management Consultancy (PMC) services for the development of NEOM Infrastructure in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. NEOM is a planned cross-border city in the Tabuk Province of northwestern Saudi Arabia. The site is near the Red Sea and the borders of Egypt, and Jordan. It will cover a total area of 26,500 km2 (10,200 sq mi) and will extend 460 km along the coast of the Red Sea.

Together we are delivering the world’s largest project, imagining a new way of living, and leaving behind an unmatched legacy.

What You'll Be Doing:

    Provide guidance, direction, and specialized assistance for the resolution of difficult project control problems.
    Analyze, evaluates, and forecasts current status against an established baseline schedule.
    Assess the impact(s) of design or construction changes and schedule slippages.
    Report status of schedule to appropriate project and Company management as well to the client.
    Understands and applies engineering, procurement, and construction terminology, concepts, and relationships.
    Develops and maintains critical path logic networks and bar charts utilizing this information.
    Customizes project control systems to meet specific project requirements.
    Accumulates historical data, such as performance experience, for use in maintaining a realistic basis for future planning and forecasting.
    May supervise and provide performance reviews for one or more lower-level Project Control Engineer/Specialists and/or support personnel.
    Provides input to Sr. Project Control Staff regarding staffing requirements.
    Performs other responsibilities associated with this position as may be appropriate.

What Required Skills You'll Bring:

    Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Construction Management or related field (or equivalent experience)
    10+ years of related work experience.

What You'll Do

Cisco has a market leading position within the Security market place and has the highest market share for network security. This opportunity is for an expert Security sales professional within Cisco's Global Security Sales Organization (GSSO) to drive the Security Business in the Commercial segments across Saudi Arabia.

As Cybersecurity Account Executive you will be responsible for developing and executing Security opportunities in Middle East working closely with our sales teams across all customer segments.

In this job, you will,

    Identify new sales opportunities within the existing Cisco clients, work with the Account Teams to qualify opportunities, and priorities activities.
    Work with the Cisco field sales team to develop a sales plan for the assigned territory.
    Demonstrate and nurture the Cisco partner base, work with the Partner sales teams to win new business deals.
    Control the sales process and drive leads to closure - generate new revenues. Drive sales campaigns into target prospect base, working with Cisco field sales and Partner sales teams
    Develop deep understanding of product capabilities and value proposition
    Present to customers and prospects in a highly effective manner.
    Forecast revenue and products plus update sales activity to management.
    Negotiation of sales transactions.
    Attend industry forums, tradeshows and events as required.

Who you are

You will bring

    You will be passionate about selling and security.
    You are able to demonstrate ability to sell in a consultative style, show understanding of customer requirements, discuss solutions, and sell Cisco security value proposition.
    You have highly skilled and effective in recognizing and generating opportunities, technical presentations and consulting as well as closing deals
    Experience in selling security solutions (Cloud Security, Content security / Email security, Web security, DLP, VPN, IPS/IDS, Next Gen Firewalls) and an understanding of the threat landscape is helpful.
    Established network of contacts and successful track record in sales.
    Fluency in English is a requirement.

A business diploma/degree is helpful although experience is also valued highly

U.S. employees have access to quality medical, dental and vision insurance, a 401(k) plan with a Cisco matching contribution, short and long-term disability coverage, basic life insurance and numerous wellbeing offerings. Employees receive up to twelve paid holidays per calendar year, which includes one floating holiday, plus a day off for their birthday. Employees accrue up to 20 days of Paid Time Off (PTO) each year and have access to paid time away to deal with critical or emergency issues without tapping into their PTO. We offer additional paid time to volunteer and give back to the community. Employees are also able to purchase company stock through our Employee Stock Purchase Program.

Employees on sales plans earn performance-based incentive pay on top of their base salary, which is split between quota and non-quota components. For quota-based incentive pay, Cisco typically pays as follows:

.75% of incentive target for each 1% of revenue attainment up to 50% of quota;

1.5% of incentive target for each 1% of attainment between 50% and 75%;

1% of incentive target for each 1% of attainment between 75% and 100%; and once performance exceeds 100% attainment, incentive rates are at or above 1% for each 1% of attainment with no cap on incentive compensation.

For non-quota-based sales performance elements such as strategic sales objectives, Cisco may pay up to 125% of target. Cisco sales plans do not have a minimum threshold of performance for sales incentive compensation to be paid.
