Job Purpose:

Review all operational functions of quality assurance/ quality control and ensure their progress according to the industry best practices and Saudia airline standards in order to achieve quality targets

General Accountabilities:

• Ensure RAE&M departments comply with manufacturers’ and regulatory authorities’ standards for aircraft safe operations.

• Monitor RAE&M departments for quality and regulatory compliance.

• Propose audit numbers, times and depth to RAE&M departments to ensure aircraft operates safely and comply with manufacturers’ and regulatory authorities’ standards.

• Assist all GACA inspectors to perform their surveillance inspection and report on corrective actions taken on any discrepancies raised during their inspection.

• Monitor performance of subordinates, providing them with regular constructive feedback, determine their training requirements and nominate candidates for such training.

• Participate, assist and support as necessary in the investigation of aircraft incidents and accidents as directed by the higher management.

• Ensure that RAE&M personnel/vendors are performing their functions in accordance with the current GACA/FAA/JAA/NAA regulations.

• Review and accept revisions of RTP&P / DPM’S and/or standalone manuals.

• Audit RAE&M departments/vendors to ensure their compliance with the requirements of RTP&P/ GACA/ FAA regulations and general safety precautions.

• Conduct internal audits and surveillances to all RAE&M departments to ensure that RTP&P and GACA/ FAA regulations followed and implemented.

• Conduct external audits to repair stations, overhaul agencies, modify centres and vendors to ensure that RTP&P and GACA/ FAA regulations followed and implemented.

• Monitor audit schedule and maintain record of accomplishment.

• Participate during audits concerning fuel companies and anti-icing agents at outside stations.

• Participates in vendors’ evaluation, recommendation, selection and approval.

• Coordinate, review and comment on, introduction/revision to royal technical policies & processes (RTP&P), departmental process manual (DPM), standalone manuals and/or any equivalent.

• Perform any other tasks assigned to him by his direct supervisor

Required qualifications:
Bachelor / Master degree’s in (Aerospace/Aviation) Engineering, (Aerospace/Aviation) Management, Safety and Quality Management or any other related field

Required English Test:

• Standardized Test for English Proficiency (STEP) by QIYAS.

• The issuance date of the test MUST not exceed three years from the application date.

• Other English Tests will not be accepted.

• The test is MANDATORY for all candidates including Out of the kingdom graduate.

• If the applicant did not take the STEP test yet, the applicant may complete his application and then update the STEP score in the job application once he has taken the test. (If the requisition is still posted on the website).

Job Description Summary

The apprentice will be trained over 24 months as a Clinical Education Specialist in CT. This employee will be responsible for delivering formal training on CT products and providing post-sales training and support to customers either on-site or via digital platforms.

Job Description

Essential Responsibilities:

• Provide onsite clinical applications training to users of GE HealthCare equipment in a specific modality area.
• Conduct high-quality application training at customer sites to ensure safe and effective use of GE HealthCare equipment, optimizing image quality and productivity.
• Maintain satisfactory after-sale relationships and develop long-term customer relationships, identifying and capitalizing on immediate customer needs.
• Promote unique differentiators based on customer's clinical needs, competition, values, and sought benefits.
• Continuously develop and improve a network of key opinion leaders within the assigned territory.
• Support Trade shows, Workshops, Show sites, and Customer visits.
• Support the deployment of digital tools and embrace the digital transformation of clinical education.
• Document trainings, site visits, and customer interactions as per local protocols.

Qualifications/Requirements:

• Education: Radiography degree
• Minimum of 2 years practical experience in the considered imaging modality.
• Curiosity and passion for medical products and technology.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, including good communication skills.
• Self-motivated with a willingness to take initiative to identify opportunities for improvement and take necessary actions.
• Team-oriented with a customer satisfaction mindset.
• Willingness to be flexible and adapt to changing work environments.
• Ability to travel and be at customer sites up to 80% of the working time (annual average).
• Teaching skills and experience.
• Empathy and customer-centric mindset.
• Fluent in English.

Job Summary

• Identify, propose, execute and replicate the cost effective measures in manufacturing functions across entire vertical to meet the AOP targets on top line and bottom line.
• Bringing manufacturing excellence and continual improvement across all sites through TPM, Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, optimization of cost and innovation and quality management systems and Lead factory teams on the core aspects of Manufacturing (Production and Maintenance),R&D and Quality.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Deliver on the overall profitability of the assigned Business vertical to meet AOP targets through reduction in product formulation cost, conversion cost and FOH.
• Responsible for Improving quality, yields and efficiencies across all sites.
• Execution of new projects/product developments and new technologies across entire Business Group.
• Engaging with marketing and customers for new business opportunities; co-ordination on necessary approvals/site clearance/technological challenges.
• Identification and recommendations to BUs and Business Group management committee on cost optimization, productivity and quality improvement, manufacturing excellence and execution of the agreed proposals
• Developing and executing long term manufacturing strategies for various sites.

KPIs

• Profitability of all BU of the Business Vertical as per AOP targets.
• Customer perceived Quality Index
• OTIFQ of NPDs, OTIF of new projects across all sites.
• Manufacturing Excellence through TPM and other initiatives
• HSE targets

Work experience requirement

20 years plus experinece in manufacturing from FMCG industries.

Qualification

• Bachelor and Master of Engineering, Technology from a reputed university.
• Certification in performance improvement and manufacturing excellence related areas would be advantage.
