In this role, you will be an integral part of our global Learning Team, responsible for designing, coordinating, and delivering learning programs and performance tools across the EMEA region within the Informa Market’s division. While this position is based in Dubai, there may be occasional overseas travel required to facilitate training in some of our other key regions, such as Brazil, Europe, Middle East, Mexico, Australia, and Turkey. Role Responsibilities
There is no such thing as a typical week, which we find invigorating. The following summarizes the key responsibilities which shape this role with some examples of what this might look like in reality:
Analyzing and Identifying (15%)
Facilitating focus groups with Business Leaders and HR to identify skills shortages in business groups.
Arranging working groups with subject matter experts and colleagues to understand the challenges of new initiatives
Interpreting insights from our data and making skill recommendations to stakeholders.
Designing (approx. 30%)
Gathering subject matter experts and top performers to influence content
Using latest trends and research to produce relevant, future focused content
Designing and curating content for various learning solutions (Webinars, Classroom, E-Learning, etc.)
Engaging (approx. 20%)
Managing and driving course completion of eLearning programs within our Learning Management System (Absorb).
Working with internal communications and marketing experts to shape self-directed learning opportunities
Developing and maintaining cross company relationships to remain aligned to company goals
Delivering (approx. 20%)
Delivering our behavioral skills courses
You might be delivering content to enhance skills in Sales, Marketing, Content or Operations
Delivering certification content from our Exhibition Management pathway
Measuring and Improving (approx. 15%)
Analyzing the return on investment and expectations of learning initiatives using insights from Power BI
Assessing the continuous improvement opportunities for solutions based on colleague and management feedback
Produce leadership reports to demonstrate business impact and colleague engagement with learning initiatives and platforms.
Ensuring your own Continual Professional Development (CPD) is up to date.

Qualifications
Required Knowledge and Skills
Strong collaboration skills to engage and influence across multiple levels of stakeholders.
Established training design and delivery experience, including job specific training content.
An understanding of, and experience with, techniques used in the science of adult learning, behaviour change and motivation.
Desired- these are preferred but not essential
Training qualification (e.g. CIPD, ATD)
Coaching qualification
Degree or equivalent relevant experience
