Airnet and Airscan business in region grown and to keep up the growth we are looking for a motivated person for the position of Advanced Services Consultant.

 

To generate profitable growth of the CTS business through the provision of Technical and Sales support for internal and external customers requiring Advanced Services and System Optimization advice mainly focusing on Airnet Sales/Installation and Airscan.

This is a proactive role encompassing the conception and implementation of new marketing strategies to generate new business and support the existing sales channels.

The role concentrates on CTS advanced services mainly Airnet/Airscan and is focused on providing support pre and during the sales process for identifying new potential opportunities and strategies; along with ensuring our offer meets the best practice standards.

What we expect of you? 

Key responsibilities and accountabilities:

 

Audit compressed air systems and present results. Create lead for sales based on Airscan findings.

Undertake commercial and technical proposals in C4C, convert lead to opportunity as required for Airnet/Airscan, including the calculation of prices and profit, keeping in mind divisional KPI.

Coordinate with Gecia for Airnet drawings/BOQ/Airscan reports.

Work closely with the Equipment Sales Team, Distributor and the CTS Sales & Operations.

Develop and implement CTS fulfilment strategies to enhance the support of Atlas Copco Advanced Services to the CTS division.

Building of relationships between suppliers/installers and Atlas Copco, maximizing the usage of in-house resources where possible.

Ensure the offer fully delivers excellent customer service and exceeds expectations.

Plan the delivery and implementation to meet up with service expectations and communicate with the relevant people in CT.

Plan and priorities personal activities and with a view to achieving agreed business aims.

Develop and maintain good internal and external customer relationships at all levels.

Develop and deliver presentations to enhance the company image, product knowledge and increase sales.

Use customer and prospect contact activities, tools and systems, and update relevant information in C4C.

Analyze and report on product performance on a regular basis, keep track of competition activity/development.

Attend training to develop relevant knowledge and skills.

Identify/develop new markets and/or application opportunities for the product range under your responsibility.

Interact regularly with the divisional marketing team to ensure that the sales channels always have the latest product information.

Provide product training to the sales team and distributor network, as required.

Undertake ad-hoc project work as required.

Supervise Airnet projects and update all stake holders on progress of projects.

Additional duties as required within SAA and Kuwait territory.

 

 

Experience requirements

Extensive knowledge of the CTS service ladder especially the advanced services section-   Airnet/Airscan.

Autocad knowledge is plus. Projects experience is plus.

Able to demonstrate the ability to learn and develop quickly.

Strong sales or hands on experience 3-4 years in field of compressors, Airnet/piping, Airscan.

Complete understanding of system optimization potential from generation to point of compressed air use.

Excellent presentation skills for providing sales team training and customer presentation at all levels.

Be responsible for achieving growth targets in this sector.

Strong team player, with positive approach and able to work under pressure.

Your Role

Introduction:

The Oil Free Air Division in the Compressor Technique Business Area is looking to appoint a project Engineer to handle Projects the General Industry sector within Saudi Arabia and Kuwait, mainly in the Industrial segment which requires Customised Solutions.

 

Reporting to the OFA BLM, the project Engineer will be responsible for providing a high-quality and efficient service by anticipating and responding to customers' queries and interacting with the Project Engineers and Managers within Low-pressure, Medium Pressure, and High-Pressure divisions.

 

 

Your Responsibilities include:

To manage order execution, achieving client satisfaction in terms of delivery and technical requirements.

To provide customer service by anticipating and responding to customer queries

To manage and motivate all resources allocated to the project, therefore enabling a successful completion.

To prepare and supply documentation as required within the contract.

To be responsible for the project engineering support of various projects from the conceptual and detailed design stage through engineering, production, performance testing, and dispatch to the customer.

Execute project Engineering support activities to various projects.

To act as the main coordination link between the customer and Systems.

To address material and schedule concerns with the customer and Systems.

To be responsible for proper review and processing of variations and claims received from the customer and the product companies.

To provide input of cost estimates if requested during bidding of projects.

To manage budget, procurement, and schedules for the projects handled.

Manage a given project within the costs allocated without escalation to save costs wherever possible.

To coordinate and participate in formal design and engineering reviews by the customer and by the product companies.

To keep management posted on the project status.

To monitor the overall progress of projects against schedule and milestones reporting to management, as well as providing early warning of potential slippage, in case of the latter; propose remedial actions so that the contract completion date for the work is not jeopardized.

 

 

 

To succeed, you will need  

Educational requirements

Degree in Engineering (Mech / Elec / Instrumentation) with corresponding experience in the industry; preferably in Engineering documentation

 

Experience requirements

 Proven Experience as a project management.

 Knowledge and practical experience of software including drafting techniques (including CAD, MS office,

 Windows, Lotus Notes, MS Projects)

 Has excellent Interpersonal skills.

 Has effective communication skills.

 Can plan and organize effectively.

 Must be able to read pneumatic/hydraulic flow diagrams and general arrangement drawings.

 Understanding of electrical drawings.

 

Knowledge & Competence

Good command (verbal and written) of English.

Command of Arabic and other languages is an advantage.

Solid understanding and mature user of MS Office.

Use of Auto CAD.

Good presentation skills

Strong technical and commercial knowledge of engineered Solutions of any rotating /static packages.

 

Personality requirements

Pro-active, positive team player with good interpersonal skills and a strong communicator

People-oriented who thrives working in a dynamic, complex, and multicultural business environment.

Self-motivated, independent, flexible, well-organized, and methodical.

Accurate and diligent with awareness to speed of execution within a pressurized environment.

Willingness to travel within Saudi, Kuwait, and internationally.

Drive transformative restructuring initiatives, overseeing the realignment of organizational resources to enhance efficiency and meet evolving business needs.

Manage talent acquisition strategies, overseeing seamless onboarding processes to attract, recruit, and integrate top-tier talent in alignment with organizational goals and values.

Take charge of the organizational health index action-planning by conducting workshops to address challenges, identifying areas for improvement, and developing action plans for the Project Management Center of Excellence.

Lead on the localization for PMCOE to meet or exceed MAFP's overall objectives, ensuring localization targets are achieved for NAFIS.

REQUIREMENTS

 

Bachelor’s degree in business administration or Human Resources or equivalent.

8 – 10 years of experience in managing all HR disciplines in a reputable company

Previous experience in preferably Retail / Real Estate in GCC

Minimum 4 years in managerial role
