Job Description

Assist and contribute to the project related activities in order to ensure the effective coordination within technical and business project teams. Participate and support the implementation, SIT, QAT, UAT and go-live phases of the projects. Writing and Reviewing Business Requirement, enhancing current requirements, identify gaps and opportunities for improvement in line with advancement in technology.

Managing projects and process changes that arise out of implementation and enhancement of IT systems. Assisting various business / Operational risk units in conducting review of existing processes and ensure that the same is in compliance with current practice in the business / support units. Extensively handled the designing and drafting of processes (using MS Visio and ARIS platforms) and SOPs pertaining to the implementation and upgrade of banking system platforms for Corporate/Business customers.

Coordinate with various internal & external technical teams (production support, UAT, Infrastructure etc.) to ensure the project activities are carried out as per the project plan.

Support technical implementation complying with the solution design and bug fixes provided as per the identified issues.

Manage & monitor day-to-day Project related activities, tasks and incidents

Requirements

 Sufficient knowledge in banking and good understanding of risk management solutions  Experience in implementation of at least a major project requiring interaction/interfaces with multiple systems.  Good understanding of project management concepts and industry standard methodologies such as Waterfall, Agile, Prince2 etc.  Experience in requirement gathering and writing BRD, functional & technical specifications for the new requirements.  Experience in supporting the implementation, SIT, QAT, UAT and go-live phases of the projects.  Experience in coordinating and liaison with multiple teams – business as well as technical.  Experience in Quality Assurance concept and practice

About this role: Logistics Officer

Preparing lifting plan and execution. (Routine, Non routine, complex, etc..);

Strong understanding of different types of rigging equipment’s (Crawler crane, Mobile Crane, Tower Crane, Forklifts, hoists, slings and chains);

Knowledge in different types of vessels and cargo operations;

Knowledge of lifting operations.

What you need to bring:

Should have strong communication skills, both verbal and written;

Offshore experience;

Minimum 5 years' experience on a construction infrastructure project; preferably in a construction logistics role or a junior infrastructure engineer;

Must be proficient in the use of Microsoft Excel, word and PowerPoint.

Job Purpose:

Responsible for developing and implementing merchandise plans to ensure that inventory levels are maintained in line with sales trends and projected demand. They analyze sales data and consumer behavior to identify trends and forecast demand, and make recommendations for purchasing and inventory allocation.

Responsible for managing inventory levels, ensuring that inventory levels are maintained in line with sales forecasts, and optimizing inventory turnover to minimize the risk of overstocking or stock-outs.

Analyzes sales trends and financial data to identify opportunities for growth, cost reduction, and process improvement. They monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as sales, inventory turnover, gross margin, and profit margin, and use this data to make informed decisions and recommendations.

Works closely with cross-functional teams such as merchandising, finance, and supply chain to develop and execute merchandise plans, and ensure alignment with business goals and objectives.

Responsible for managing a team of planners and analysts, providing guidance, coaching, and mentoring to support their professional development and performance.

Responsible for identifying and implementing process improvements to increase efficiency and effectiveness within the merchandise planning and allocation functions.

Monitors market trends and competitive activity, and uses this information to develop strategic plans and identify areas for growth and improvement.
