This role will contribute to the overall success of SCM in Emerging Markets. This incumbent will be the focal point to anything related Product Availability, Delivery Performance & DTC Excellence and own the performance management reviews with each cluster, drive e2e operational excellence, performance assessments, data consolidation and efficiency across all channels.
Key Responsibilities:
Conducting deep dive analysis, identifying gaps, providing insights, identify performance gaps, defining KPIs and actions to improve performance or to solve tough business problems and all this goes with strong collaboration and stakeholder management across markets.
Leading availability KPIs and Delivery Performance across Emerging Markets
Collaborating with the DTC excellence team
Engaging with all clusters, lead operational and performance related conversations
Being a key player in SCM performance management reviews with each cluster
Consolidating data and generating insightful reports
Setting-up an operational excellence framework
Creating actionable recommendations with associated root causes resulting in clear trade-offs and enabling decision making to drive improvement and influence key stakeholders
Facilitating with business stakeholder and aligning expectations of operational, efficiency and project KPIs, SLAs, targets and measurement logics
Continually considering and leveraging additional opportunities to improve reporting, root cause analyses, quality of findings and insights
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Excellent analytical skills, ability to read/play with numbers, managing data from multiple sources and synthesize the complex data to develop innovative solutions
Ability to communicate, engage and manage various stakeholders
Good knowledge of project management principles and methodologies / Lean Six Sigma
fast learner with unstoppable curiosity, ability to think e2e being consumer oriented with a good understanding of commercial and SCM worlds including financial side
Ability to management multiple projects in a matrix organization
Agility and entrepreneurial attitude
Requisite Education and Qualifications:
Strong e-commerce experience and background; particularly experience in SCM performance management and international freight, Availability & delivery performance background (OTA / OTIF)
Good understanding of supply chain principles and operating practices, logistics terminology, basic finance, and management of cross functional interdependencies
Msc in Supply Chain or Engineering
Experience with data analytics – operational or financial
3+ years of relevant work experience
