Ensure the safety and security of the warehouse by following all guidelines set in.
Understand the customer requirements for the various facets of the business – in terms of the service levels agreements.
Be in control of all the Sales Orders coming from the various internal customers and ensure all sales orders are carefully monitored, managed and actioned.
Be responsible to coordinate and communicate between the sales team and plant for the requirements and ensure that the requirements are well met.
Ensure daily communication to sales team on the status of sales orders.
Ensure smart and business wise utilization of internal resources – pickups so that there is no waste of resources due to unplanned movements.
Ensure systematic replenishment of stocks for the warehouse so that there are no stock outs for the products agreed to maintain stock levels.
Ensure good management of all staff in control and achieve good satisfaction, performance and motivation.
Optimize the inventories of finished products at the warehouse by proper analysis and control / sales / disposal / reprocessing etc.,
Delegate appropriately the responsibilities as listed above to the team with him and ensure best results as a team in line with the expectations.
Planning and execution of Export destination orders in coordination with Sales and Plant.
Dispatching Export delivery orders as instructed by Export sales desk.
Dispatching direct shipment delivery orders as instructed by sales department.
Month end inventory reconciliation.
Sales return escalation, follow up and regularization.

QHSE OBJECTIVES
Reporting of near misses, incidents, hazards & injuries to line Manager within the time frame as
required by Quality, HSE, Energy policies and Manuals.
Participate in the investigation and analysis of incidents as and when required.
Participate in the training program to acquire QHSE & Energy Management knowledge and impart this training to colleagues as and when required by the management.
Participate in the safety risk assessment, health risk assessment, planed general inspections, loss control tours and other kind of audits as per the TLBU QHSE requirements.

Experience:
Minimum 3-6 years qualification experience in Logistics preferably in Lubricants or similar industry
