E-Key Account Manager

GENERAL DESCRIPTION

In charge of driving the online business and growth of the division

In charge of the online sales target of the division

Negotiate and align business plans with online clients

Be an expert of ecommerce both internally and externally

Effectively plan and monitor business performance

Manage the daily mid term and long term interface between the client and L’Oreal

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Drive performance, traffic & conversion to maximize sales

Build joint business plans with key partners and manage day to day relationship

Develops & tailor activation plan & ensure execution

Optimize Gross to net and manage customer PnL

Manage promo budget and track performance & ROI

Ensure operational excellence through planning, forecasting, in collab with supply chain team

Collaborate with cross functional teams on various tasks: Finance, operations, content, media & activations

Set business objective to media counterparts, monitor results and recommend amendments to maximize impact

Shares experience and best practices with Tribe members (CDO, and other E-Retail Brand Managers)

Define Ecommerce Dashboard with clear KPIs qualitative (Sell in, Sell Out,market data & digital shelf

KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE

Brand vision and understanding associated with good product sensitivity

Strong digital mindset

Experience in E-Commerce

Strong customer and consumer journey understanding

Synthesis capacity, in order to share information

Experience in collaborative work; ability to form strong relationships with various stakeholders

Develops online content to communicate brand story while driving brand awareness, engagement and advocacy:

Have in-depth knowledge of markets, competition, and audiences in order to curate and create relevant and engaging content that helps drive engagement.

Lead brainstorming, ideations, and conversations around social communication direction for both big ideas for key launches and day-to-day content strategy.

Manages day to day operation of local social accounts.

Plan, develops and execute monthly social media content calendar.

Optimize performance of performance media.

Effectively track and report consumer data, insights, and learnings

SKILLS AND ABILITIES

· Highly analytical & familiar with online experiences

· Equally comfortable co-developing a strategy & also implementing it with brand teams day-to-day.

· Familiarity with Web Analytics tools.

· A confident and articulate communicator capable of inspiring strong collaboration within an organization

· Strong interest in understanding and driving user behavior

· Demonstrative skills in handling many assignments simultaneously in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail

· Analytical, process-oriented, and comfortable with data analysis tools

Director, Financial Institutions (FI) Integration and Partnerships is a key leadership role in the Segment function within Strategy, Integration and Product Development in D&S. Segments provide the strategic direction for vision, products and capabilities to meet market, competitive, and client partner needs and act as a customer-first steward for our business.

In this role, you will be responsible for driving Financial Institutions Integration and Partnership strategy forward, by consistently innovating, problem solving, and partnering across business lines.

This role will be responsible for the Dynamic Yield (DY) capability integration by defining, developing, leading, managing and scaling product strategy to meet or exceed performance KPIs in collaboration with other business lines.

The ideal candidate is a product manager with strong digital marketing technology knowledge, is passionate about designing and building data-driven, customer-focused solutions to customers, highly motivated, intellectually curious, solutions-oriented and possesses an entrepreneurial mindset. Additionally, the ideal candidate is well known for being highly collaborative, selling and managing projects to flawless completion, and passionate around building successful teams.

Key Responsibilities

1) Product strategy support

• Together with existing DY product team, shape DY FI product strategy and execute against that strategy

• Build blueprint, constructs, and roadmaps, customer experience, KPIs and reporting, business case & product P&L

• Identify, advocate and champion DY, roadmaps and innovation informed by a deep understanding of customer, consumer and market needs, intelligence & research

• Build competitive benchmarks to inform differentiation and localize DY product

2) Drive DY FI product evolution

• Drive growth of DY FI integration efficiently through productization and customer value creation

• Build and manage product evolution roadmap

• Identify and productize new and existing FI use cases to broaden the reach of DY capabilities

• Create and enhance new capabilities in adherence with Studio / Product Management Excellence discipline

• Refine and optimize DY capabilities evolution, supporting go to market and commercialization plans in partnership with D&S sales based on measurement, results, feedback, learnings, and evolving FI segment and market dynamics

• Ensure DY product full compliance with legal, regulatory and data privacy requirements

3) Manage a successful integration of Dynamic Yield platform into Mastercard D&S ecosystem, with specific focus on the Financial Institution segment

• Identify, leverage, and embed DY withing existing MA product and capabilities (i.e., data, Loyalty, …) working closely with other product teams

• Prioritize integrations, define plans and estimate effort with consistent business cases (costs, revenues, market potential…)

• Manage global integration plans, oversee tasks to completion and resolve challenges to keep all activities on scheduled timelines

• Work with a team of Integration Specialists with deep knowledge of our products & services, as well as the products and services of DY

• Work with cross-functional integration teams as required

4) Be a go-to resource for and provide thought leadership on Dynamic Yield capabilities

• Provide product / solution expertise to assist in crafting customer value propositions working with Marketing and Sales Teams

• Support customer-facing discussions with Mastercard customer-facing teams when needed

• Deliver product training

• Build product collaterals and supporting materials

5) Leverage technical knowledge and project management skills to apply forward thinking and reduce unforeseen challenges

Required Skills and Experience

• Strong experience in digital marketing technology and personalization and tangible results in customer acquisition, lifecycle management, customer engagement, performance marketing and CRM

• Experience in analytics, data, consumer engagement, or loyalty

• Product Management, Marketing consulting and/or CRM experience driving products, strategy, execution, and measurement

• Passion for data, analytics, and insights to inform, measure and continuously improve products

• A successful influencer in matrixed and distributed (global/regional/market) organizations

• Expertise of Mastercard data and core platforms

• Ability to influence and challenge

• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to probe to understand customer needs

• Ability to communicate at all levels internally and externally

• Exceptional at relationship building, conveying credibility and confidence

• Creative and curious about new digital marketing solutions and their practical application

• High energy/passion/output

What you'll do

Assist in planning and implementing online marketing promotion and offline events to drive sales and boost user acquisition

Coordinate with rest of the marketing team in executing campaigns on multiple channels to support revenue growth efforts

Support the development of strategy, standards and best campaign practices (i.e. discounting, timing, product selection, placements, creatives/copy etc.)

Create critical metrics and dashboard to measure the performance of campaigns and derive actionable insights to fine-tune strategies and planning

Manage the implementation, tracking, and measurement of marketing campaigns effectiveness

Conduct competitor analysis to create the strategy and planning

Be responsible for handling merchandising projects to ensure promotions delivered to the target market

Be proactive in understanding products trends through market research

Be part of an exciting team defining and refining the brand’s positioning and tone

What you'll need

Bachelor degree with at least 3 years working experiences in online and offline marketing, across campaign, project and event management preferably with western markets

Track record in consumer marketing or campaign management with a mix of digital, offline and BTL experience

Digital savvy, good analytical and administrative skills

Good command of English, both ver

bal and written communication

Strong organisational skills and creative mindset

Strong awareness in digital advertising and marketing strategies in the travel e-commerce industry

Knowledge in different online and offline local media channels is a plus

Interest and ability to keep learning new and creative marketing approaches
