Senior Specialist- Talent management, ENOC, Dubai, UAE

Job Purpose
Implement talent management initiatives in line with global best practices in order to attract, measure and develop a strong talent pipeline and bench strength in readiness to meet the Group’s needs and plans.

Principal Accountabilities
Talent Management
Work with the Senior Leaders in ENOC to help understand the business strategy and the technical and behavioral competencies required to compliment business needs. 
Support in the development of the behavioral and technical competency models, in alignment to business needs and industry / global best practices, to ensure ENOC facilitates and develops behaviors and skills that are needed for high performance. 
Review and implement the talent identification framework to ensure it is implemented and helps identify the talent pool
Work with other HR teams to embed the competency models in all related HR processes to ensure a common language across all frameworks.
Design and implement the succession planning and HiPo program to ensure ENOC has a pool of successors for all critical positions. 
Design and implement assessments for different levels within the organization to assess employee’s behavioral and technical skills and provide developmental feedback to ensure the employees have development plans to improve skills. 
Conduct behavioral assessments and interviews for employees to ensure proper data is collected and analyzed 
Have a thorough understanding of the assessment tools and psychometrics available in the market and select appropriate tools given ENOC’s specific requirements. 
Work closely with the Talent Development Team to ensure the assessment data and findings are being followed up and the right developmental interventions are being designed and facilitated. 
Analyze data and trends from the assessment results and make interpretations and creative recommendations to support talent decisions.
Propose improvement in Talent Management processes and identify appropriate opportunities for utilizing Talent Management information.
Work closely with external vendors to design and deliver Talent Management projects as and when needed whilst adhering to timelines and quality standards. 
Stay current on the latest trends in talent management; provides data, information, and insights to help build and constantly improve talent management strategy.
 

Additional Principal Accountabilities
Policies, Systems, Processes & Procedures
Implement approved Section policies, processes, systems, standards and procedures in order to support execution of the Section’s work programs in line with Company and International standards.
Execute the talent management process (calendar, process, tools, talent reviews) to ensure the process is ongoing, consistent and integrated into key business planning priorities.
Comply with the requirements of the Integrated Enterprise Risk Management System relevant to domain risks and implement measures to mitigate all identified risks from a Department perspective.
Design and implement new tools and techniques to improve the quality and efficiency of   products, operational processes, procedures and services.
Identify and recommend improvements in internal processes against best practices in pursuit of greater efficiency and productivity.
Relationship Management
Develop and maintain of effective key business relationships with all relevant external/internal entities and all sections with the highest standards of business ethics, whilst promptly attending to all critical issues in-order to ensure the services required by the organization are delivered in the most effective manner.
Work closely with Heads of Department and colleagues across the Group.  
Interact with staff across the Group on matters related to talent Management.
Collaborate with Consulting firms and other third-party service providers for the provision of talent management related tools and services such as psychometric assessments, talent development workshops, etc.
Network with industry peers for market information and exchange of thoughts or information on professional domain matters.
Reporting
Provide inputs to enable the Section Manager to prepare weekly and monthly reports for the section to report progress on compliance with SLAs.
Maintain and monitor a quarterly reporting dashboard for the HR management review, track and collect data analysis from various HR departments.
 

Experience
Educational Requirements:
⦁    Bachelor’s degree in HR or equivalent, with specialised training in Talent Management/ Leadership Development/ Learning & Development.
⦁    Professional certification such as CIPD is preferred.
Experience Requirements:
⦁    5 -7 years of relevant experience in HR, with at least 3 years of specialized experience in Talent Management.
Skills Required:
⦁    Ability to collaborate with stakeholders 
⦁    Understanding business requirements 
⦁    Ability to conduct good quality and unbiased behavioural assessments 
⦁    Ability to design and implement talent management frameworks 
⦁    Excellent talent analytics skills 
⦁    Proven knowledge in psychometrics and talent assessment tools and methodologies 
⦁    Ability to develop and quality assure assessment reports 
Ability to present findings to key stakeholders to help decision making process

Digital Product Marketing Manager, DP World, Dubai, UAE

Job Purpose:

We are looking for a Digital Product Marketing Manager to lead the process of exploring the market and selection, deciding which to offer with optimal cost and quality for the company. This leader will own a P&L and be responsible for setting the strategic direction. S/he serves as a primary advocate for our customer and must understand the industry landscape and where the opportunities are for DP World within that landscape.

The manager will partner with leaders within the organizations, areas such as terminals, logistics, Marketing, and Finance to deliver on their goals.

Key Accountabilities:

Managing, planning, forecasting and driving growth for categories, and possessing a complete understanding of internal and external variables that impact the business.
Setting the goals and strategic direction for their initiatives, ensuring alignment with broader business goals.
Identifying industry trends and developing innovative marketing and merchandising initiatives to support growth.
Generating and implementing big ideas to drive business improvement, innovation, and scale within their categories and across the business as a whole.
Collaborating with cross-functional teams that support business needs, including operations, marketing, finance, to ensure processes are in place for flawless execution.
Drive negotiations with external vendors and represent DP World when meeting with a multitude of external stakeholders.

Qualifications, Experience and Skills:

Team oriented with strong written and oral communication skills, and able to effectively manage multiple projects with a high degree of accuracy and meet demanding timelines
Ability to work independently, strong attention to detail, and a passion for driving process improvement.

Role/Responsibilities
The Project Manager will take a leading role within the Dubai Implementation Services team, with a focus on managing and delivering high quality projects to Moody’s clients in the Middle East. Primary focus for a Project Manager is to manage and control scope, timeline, budget/cost, risk, customer satisfaction and communications throughout the project lifecycle. The Project Manager will also work to constantly adhere, improve and govern practices within the organization and will be expected to coordinate and help members of staff where appropriate on project management Best Practices. The Project Manager will be expected to work collaboratively with product owners, architects, engineers, vendors/partners, and line of business stakeholders to deliver technology solutions in support of Moody’s projects within ME Region.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead the process of prioritizing, planning, and managing projects, in their projects portfolio;
Manage organizational team deliverables and project responsibilities;
Lead, plan, coordinate and prioritize efforts within the projects and accurately capture and communicate project priorities;
Client stakeholder management and building mutually beneficial relationships with the client project team and other stakeholders;
Record and manage project issues and risks and escalate where necessary;
Control scope and invoke and manage change management processes where necessary;
Coordinate the work of consultants, allocate and utilize resources in an efficient manner and maintaining a co-operative, motivated and successful project team;
Provide expertise and consulting to project managers in the process of project management and in the softer skills of team dynamics, team building, group motivation;
Provide analysis, recommendations, collaborate with colleagues and develop content for the Implementation Services team to continuously share knowledge and improve project management methodologies, processes and documentation for both external and internal;
Ensure adherence and provide governance guidelines set forth by the PMO Organization;
Liaise internally with other internal functions e.g. Product Management, Research & Development, Client Services;
Provide reporting to (a) Clients on project progress, (b) Snr internal stakeholders (EMEA and ME IS managers) and (c) Delivery team members;
Provide appropriate services that satisfy existing or new client business needs;
Provide support and be solution & product proactive with clients;
Engaging with clients both on and offsite in a professional and prompt manner;
Support Pre-Sales activities on request from a services perspective
Qualifications
Minimum Bachelor’s degree educated;
5+ years of relevant project management experience in financial technology preferably with Middle East clients;
An excellent understanding of the full project lifecycle – and associated methodologies (PMP, Prince, Agile etc.) and tools (MS-Project);
Excellent communication skills – verbal and written;
A strong client focused orientation with the drive and enthusiasm required to achieve results and assume stakeholder satisfaction;
A strong team player with proven abilities to lead project teams
Risk Management experience (credit, regularity or lending) will be a bonus

Job Description
Position Purpose
Manage the operations team to ensure consistent and high quality service delivery to our clients. This includes identifying the key success factors in performing this role and finding high quality staff, developing and delivering a training program and performing audits of service delivery execution.
 
Duties / Functions Tasks / Responsibilities
Train and develop a diverse team eager to meet and/or exceed our client’s expectations and support in client retention. 
Create a comprehensive training program for the operations team (should include system training, templates review, briefing call presentations, presentation guidelines, RMC SLAs overview, identify cost savings, identify process improvement and key milestone touch points in service delivery during orientations, school searches, home searches, ad settling-in service). Additionally, the training should consist of case studies and role plays to solidify the concepts for high quality service delivery. Ensure operational procedures and practices are well defined, documented and consistently applied
Understand Move One customers service-level agreements (SLA) that defines the level of service expected from Move One team. Paying attention to the metrics by which service is measured, as well as understanding the service-watch criteria and penalties if the agreed service levels are not achieved.
On a monthly basis monitor the service delivery of coordinators by running briefing call checks, quality check calls for all the cases to ensure world class service.
On bi-monthly basis audit the open jobs, monitor estimated revenue and cost in the jobs,  send the monthly projection report of that month to your reporting manager beginning of each month. Understand our costs and ensure proper financial controls are in place for all processes.
Monitor our process of invoicing, ensuring we invoice and are paid in timely manner. The payment terms for each client must be well understood and adhered to. Support AR team in chasing difficult customers with outstanding payments. 
Lead daily staff meetings to discuss the booked jobs, flagged cases, successes, questions and concern.
Develop metrics to measure performance expectations and review with coordinators on a monthly basis along with their caseload review.
Skills
Positive attitude and self-starter with strong commitment to succeed
Excellent English skills (verbal and written)
Service industry work experience working with business professionals (minimum 3 years)
Ability to work well with employees from diverse cultures
Prior experience as supervisor/team leader or demonstrated willingness to learn
Ability to coach and lead others to deliver high quality service
Good problem solving and time management skills
Strong accuracy and attention to details
Good knowledge of MS Business applications (word, excel, PowerPoint)
Willingness to travel 25% of the time for short stays
