Your role

We are looking for a Security Manager for Saab in the United Arab Emirates (UAE). You will work in an international environment where security Challenges are part of the everyday business alongside complex business environments and projects with high business impact. In your role, you will be responsible for supporting, analysing, and setting the requirements for the business area and business units regarding compliance against internal- and external regulations. The scope varies throughout the entire spectrum of security disciplines i.e. physical-, information- personnel- and in some cases IT-security.

Your main tasks will be:

Support and coordinate the Saab UAE entities and operations regarding security related questions

Site security, primarily analyzing, setting requirements and performing internal controls for all Saab entities in the UAE

Compliance management and Audits.

Risk management, including risk assessments

Incident management, including incident investigations

Security awareness briefs and trainings

Information security management

Your profile

Required skills:

A university degree or equivalent competence acquired through work life experience in security risk management

Several years of experience from working with protective security regulations, including Swedish or UAE protective security act and/or similar

Several years of experience and expertise working with the different security disciplines

Good communication skills in Swedish and English, verbal and written

Desired skills:

Experience from working security for government authorities or in an international company

Experience from working with incident handling and/or incident investigations

Ability to build and maintain networks inside as well as outside your own organization

The ability to improvise and able to adapt to operational needs

Experience from working in an international environment

Personal qualities will be of great importance and it is paramount that you are trustworthy with strong ethics and a high personal integrity. You understand the need for balanced security in a business driven environment.

As a Security Manager at Saab, you will be exposed to classified information. This position requires that you pass a security vetting based on the current regulations around/of security protection. For positions requiring security clearance additional obligations on citizenship may apply.


What you will be a part of

Saab’s international strategy for growth, including building local business in selected markets, with the focus on key customer countries This position will have its primary location in Abu Dhabi UAE and The role include some travels.

Responsibilities

Job Purpose                                       

The Product Line Champion is responsible for providing technical, applications & operational support for our Thru Tubing Completions & Rejuvenation product line to both internal and external clients on a global basis, primarily to promote and grow our TT Completions & Rejuvenation portfolio of solutions which will evolve to cover all Well Service products and solutions. In addition to understanding the client requirements, grow the business by identifying and exploiting market opportunities while keeping abreast of product developments, market trends and competitor activity, maximizing market share and profits whilst ensuring customer satisfaction. This role will report into the Global Product line manager and will support the regional & countries on a technical basis.

 

 

Roles & Responsibilities

QUALITY

  • Responsible for being familiar with the Company's Quality policies and taking an active role in the compliance and improvement of Weatherford’s Management System
  • Maintains Service Quality as immediate priority when working across all areas of the business and continually seeks areas for improvement
  • Active participation in the investigation and closure of all PC-1 & PC-2 issues related to your product line assuring that these are closed out in a timely manner and that they are reported to line management through Weatherford’s process and policy

OPERATIONS

  • Define and direct specific product strategy by gathering input and business needs from customers and then creating a product-based solution to generate revenue and/or create value
  • Direct any research and development projects or efforts required in order to create the products and/or services required as per above. Work with RD&E on all ongoing sustaining efforts to progress Product Line products and/or services quality improvement initiatives forward
  • Evaluates and prioritizes requests for new technology changes, enhancements, and new features; participates in product requirements through interviews with stakeholders, collaboration with product designers and other methods as needed
  • Work with the Project Management and Engineering teams to implement feasible solutions that meet the timeline and budget of the stakeholders
  • Continually review progress through product life cycle to ensure attainment of objectives
  • Responsible for ensuring publishing and distributing product improvement content including tech alerts, updated field procedures and work instructions.
  • Liaise with SMEs in service lines to generate training materials and deployment plans for commercialization; responsible for effectively communicating product features, value propositions, and roadmaps
  • Continually review progress through the product life cycle to ensure attainment of objectives
  • Analyze Repair & Maintenance data and work with RD&E to drive the improvements (including field trial) required for the effective reduction of cost/circulating hour

COMMUNICATION

  • Define and direct specific product strategy by gathering input and business needs from customers and then creating a product-based solution to generate revenue and/or create value
  • Resolves conflicts between competing stakeholders by prioritizing requirements and products for development and commercialization; tracks project issues to completion, such as outstanding questions, decisions or changes
  • Maintain communication and contacts to collect and analyze technical, financial, marketing, schedule, and sales information for product line
  • Creates clear and thorough acceptance criteria to ensure that the team understands when work is complete; participates in the retrospective
  • Provide direct, high-level support to customers for critical new technology services
  • Promote Weatherford’s new technology within the industry by writing technical papers, attending industry conferences, contributing to the development of technical marketing material, making technical sales presentations to customers, and providing other technical support to sales and operations
  • Maintains effective communications with all key stakeholders both internal and where appropriate external

FINANCIAL

  • Define and monitor relevant KPIs to identify areas of improvement and drive operational improvements
  • All employees have an accountability to the organization to be financially responsible whether they are in charge of a function budget or simply their own expenses
  • Costs incurred should be within the approved budget, processed within agreed time frames & following the relevant financial policy and procedure

PEOPLE & DEVELOPMENT

  • Provide operational technical support for all globally active operations to ensure tools are run within specification and following best practices and lessons learned
  • Maintain the Global Product Line’s training requirements in line with competency assessments
  • Employees have a responsibility for developing their own careers within the Company including completing all necessary function training to enhance their skills and experience
  • Employees must complete all assigned Compliance & Company Standards training

Qualifications

Experience & Education

 

REQUIRED

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Scientific discipline or equivalent experience
  • 5 + years of Experience with well services completions or Well Rejuvenation technology
  • 10+ years of oilfield experience

PREFERRED

  • Experience in strategic planning and execution. Knowledge of contracting, negotiating, and change management.
  • Experience in sales and marketing
  • Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

REQUIRED

  • Technical knowledge of well services completions & rejuvenation products
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Familiarity with reading, analyzing and interpreting common scientific and technical journals, financial reports, and legal documents
  • Familiarity with mathematical operations such as frequency distributions, test reliability and validity, variance analysis, correlation techniques, and factor analysis.
  • Skill in examining tenders, market conditions and operational requirements
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively train and mentor personnel in classroom and field environments
  • Complex problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Work effectively across a diverse multicultural multilingual community
  • The physical ability to immediately respond to emergency situations
  • Proficient Microsoft Office and computer skills

 

Travel Requirement

  • This role may require domestic and potentially international travel of up to 50%

Role Responsibilities 

Strategy

To provide excellent customer service to private banking clients
Actively participate in the prevention of money laundering and fraud by strict adherence and close diligence to the Bank’s policies and procedures and the regulations.
As a senior CSM, training and assistance to junior members of the team.
Business

Provide professional, accurate and timely support to Relationship Managers
Handling of Relationship Manager’s Client calls and dealing with Clients in a professional manner
Produce high quality correspondence to clients and resolve client enquiries
Processes

Adhere and be diligent to the Bank’s policies and procedures and the regulations as part of the Bank’s fight against money laundering and fraud
Work with RMs to aid them in account opening and submitting documentation to the middle office
Assist with the preparation of Client Due Diligence (CDD) reviews. Preparing them to be submitted a minimum of 30 days prior to the due date and follow up of issues raised as required by RM.
Liaising with other SCB entities to open and manage accounts booked in other Bank Centres
Proactively respond to client and RM investigations by phone, fax or e-mail
To provide an accurate account of all client contact in the Bank’s systems’ Client Contact reports
Provide assistance with booking Investment business trips
Risk Management

Timely completion of credit applications
Constantly challenge processes and procedures with a view to streamlining and simplifying, to reduce waste and improve service offered to internal and external clients
Promptly handle Client complaints, including resolution with service levels and accurate input onto the Complaints Database
Ownership of taking Client’s transactional requests, ensuring they are booked in the Bank’s system, with all necessary documents and checks completed
Actively keep up to date with existing and new SCB Private Bank products and attend all in house training

At least 5 years of Private Banking experience, preferably in a Client Service role
Solid knowledge of banking practices and associated regulatory requirements
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Willingness to speak/correspond to clients on a daily basis
Works well within a team of RMs and Client Service Officers
Eagerness to help others within the Client Service team
Ability to work with support functions such as Compliance, Account Review (CAR), Control and Supervision and Operations and focus on working as one bank rather than individual units

Job Purpose
As Manager Executive Leadership Development you will be responsilbe for designing, driving, implementing and overseeing execution of the Emirates Group's overarching talent and leadership development a strategy through dynamic initiatives and processes in alignment with current and future strategic business needs.
Job Outline:
- Define, manage and deliver Leadership and Talent Development strategy, infrastructure and objectives to support overall business aligned Learning & Talent initiatives. This may include but is not limited to - Training & Workshops, Blended Development Programmes, Bespoke Organisational Support & Consultancy, Designing Globally Accessible Digital Programmes, Coaching & Mentoring, Executive Leadership Development Assessment & Support, Design of Talent Frameworks, Change Leadership Programmes, Design of Innovation Leadership Programmes, Building Programmes for Resilient Leadership for the current and future business landscape.
- Implement and enhance the leadership development experience with a focus on the leadership gap for our frontline, emerging and executive leaders
- Drive a coaching and mentoring culture where our leaders hold meaningful conversations and empower our people for the needs of our current and future business landscape
- Oversee the design and execution of business driven emerging leadership development solutions that build capability, improve performance and resolve skill gaps in order for us to adapt in the current world and take us into the new world of work
- Leverage external partnerships to enhance our outsourced executive development solutions and opportunities
- Benchmark and evaluate the effectiveness of leadership training initiatives and programs, while recommending appropriate measures to adjust alignment to the broader strategy of the Group.
- Provide talent development consultancy and behavioural expertise, through a people lens to support the strategic direction of the Emirates Group
- To effectively partner within L&T and with broader stakeholders, to maximise business impact and value
- Lead, manage, mentor and develop a team. Foster a collaborative, high-performance, friendly and passionate team environment to ensure the development and retention of critical talent within Emirates
Qualifications & Experience
Human Resources.Training : 10+ Years
 Degree or Honours (12+3 or equivalent) :

 Minimum Bachelors level qualification in a related field, preferably within Organisational Psychology or equivalent, Masters level qualification would be an asset Progressive experience in a people development role
Knowledge/skills
- Qualification in psychometrics is an advantage
- Experience in managing a team of professionals
- Able to drive leadership and talent development interventions within a fast-paced, lean environment at a tactical and strategic level
- Able to use initiative and take responsibility with a positive can-do attitude to deliver effective results
- Self-motivated with an intellectual curiosity, a strong growth mindset and the desire to constantly improve
- Able to form effective relationships with executives and senior leaders
- A strong leader of people and teams
- An excellent team player
- Strong in relationship management and engagement with external consultants
- Excellent in facilitation and communication skills, exceptional at collaboration and influence across all levels of an organisation
- A critical thinker with strong analytical skills and the ability to analyse data and create meaningful conclusions which will inform the business
- A desire to continually seek out opportunities for improvement, efficiencies and innovation in your organisational eco-system
- Preferable to hold an internationally recognised executive coaching qualification.
- Experience in training and supervising other coaches is desired
