An exciting opportunity is available for Coordinator IV, Order Processor based in Riyadh and will reports directly to Head of Commercial & Retails.

Summary:
Our company is looking for a Admin Officer to be Support the sales management and execute the administrative activities inside the kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Duties will include reporting all sales activities to management.

In this role, you will be responsible of:
•   Coordinates with the various internal stakeholders to ensure completeness of data and accuracy of information.
•   Prepares timely and accurate reports for senior management on an ongoing basis.
•   Ensures all related data recorded in the systems including invoice is accurate so that sales reports and can be relied upon
•   Produces reports from statistical and sales information
•   Compiles information into presentation materials, reports and other materials as requested to support business operations.
•   Monitors day-to-day function plan and prepare the appropriate administrative activities.
•   Extracts existing data and compiles internal reports as requested to support the function and share information.
•   Identifies and implements improvements to sales admin process to improve effectiveness and efficiency.
•   Produces documentation as requested, letters, correspondence, emails, memorandums etc. to support the business unit.

Minimum Qualification and Experience:
• Diploma Degree in relevant major.
• 5 years of relevant rexperience.
• Invoices submition, coordinating and MS Office.

In this role, you will have a range of responsibilities within the Talent Management (TM) function to meet business and Human Resource (HR) objectives. Job Responsibilities

Tailor,coordinate and deliver our ECH and intern programs for the Middle East region.

Liaise with a wide range of stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of the ECH program,

Monitor the ongoing success of the ECH program, and report out on success metrics.

Liaise regularly with regionally assigned HR Business Partner/s and TM colleagues to support the implementation of the overall TM strategy (ensuring Saudization requirements are taken into consideration).

Liaise with local project leadership and HR team members to develop and deliver other high-impact OD activities (at both the individual and team level).

Support the regional Learning & Delivery (L&D) Specialist, to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of workshops and learning solutions to meet business and talent development needs (as needed)

Work to continuously improve relevance, effectiveness and delivery of TM programs through evaluation, data analysis, and identification of improvement opportunities.

Basic Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Organizational Behavior, or a related field with a minimum of 5 years related experience or 8 years of overall experience in lieu of degree

Demonstrated experience developing and delivering HR programs (e.g. early career hire or intern programs, OD, TM, or L&D)

Preferred Qualifications:

Demonstrated organizational skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritize work assignments

Strong stakeholder management capabilities

Data analytics skills and abilities

Ability to adjust quickly and effectively to changing priorities and deadlines and provide timely responses to customers

Roles and Responsibilities:

The primary focus of this role is to support Business Operations Department in the development and growth. This may include but not be limited to the following:

Ensure first class service contract process execution on customer service contracts; non-contract services; data entry and data quality including additions, deletions, and modifications to the existing contracts.
Update MUST/Service Max with all newly installed and rev rec’d systems with their standard and extended warranty start date and end date as per the Commissioning Acceptance Certificate (CAC).
Ensure quality and integrity of the customer contracts as they are entered into the system.
Applies general knowledge of business developed through education or past experience. Understands how work among team contributes to the area.
Resolves issues using established procedures. Consults supervisor or more senior team members for issues outside of defined instructions/parameters.
Ensure timely and accurate billing of customers for contract and non-contract services.
Keeping SFDC up-to date by updating opportunities and utilize SFDC to create and export useful reports.
Analytical reports to be published will include, but not be limited to; Pending invoicing report, Invoicing Analysis, PM planning and monitoring report.
Work closely with Service Team, Finance, and cash team to resolve and process-related issues.
Supporting Business Operations team in all requirements within their scope.
Identify and report any quality or compliance concerns and take immediate corrective action as required.
Provide regular update for the business requirements status to the Business Operations Leader.
Effectively manage and prioritize various projects with minimal supervision.
Special projects as and when assigned.
Aware of and comply with the GEHC Quality Manual, Quality Management System, Quality Management Policy, Quality Goals, and applicable laws and regulations.

Required Qualifications:

A Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university.
Minimum 2–3 Years’ experience with Business Administration or Finance or Accounting degree.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Fluent in English and Arabic (essential).
Proficient at PC office software such as excel, word, PowerPoint etc.
Ability to operate effectively in a multi-tasking, dynamic environment, while maintaining a forward-thinking and customer-first attitude.

Desired Characteristics

Finance and Accounting background is preferred.
Experience in operating any ERP/CRM solution.
Excellent communication & Interpersonal skills.
