Overview of the Role

To provide financial management decision support and control along with managing and controlling various financial and accounting systems and procedures of the company by the internationally accepted standard, and monitor its internal control to ensure financial stability and maintain complete transparency and accuracy in the system. This includes day-to-day accounting activities, month-end accounting, and fully engaging with the business to prepare plans, budgets, forecasts, and monthly variance analysis across the selected assets.

What you will do

Manage the team to deliver on-time monthly accounting close for general ledger, fixed asset, tax, revenue, and expense and ensure balance sheet integrity.

Ensure accounts payable function is performed effectively.

Preparation of budgets in conjunction with all departments to ensure the reliability of the key assumptions. Control and monitoring of operating budget, investigating variances where necessary.

Develop reports and financial analysis as required for external and internal purposes.

Contribute to finance business excellence projects, particularly reporting automation and process improvements.

Oversee and ensure accuracy of bank reconciliations and reconcile the outstanding items.

Recommend and maintain a system of policies and procedures that impose an adequate level of control over finance department activities.

Liaise with external auditors and finalize audited financial statements as per set deadlines.

Ensure submitting the annual tax return and financial statements and making necessary payments to the tax authority and meeting other General Tax Authority requirements like withholding tax and contract reporting.

Monitor petty cash and ensure accurate bookkeeping and custody.

Assist the investment manager in monitoring the loan facility requirements/ covenants and make sure to submit any deliverable reporting to lenders.

Liaise with banks and lenders in Doha for banking operations.

EMEA Branch Support in IT GCIO Bank User Solutions provides IT infrastructure and desktop support services to Credit Suisse branch offices in Europe and the Middle East. The Middle East & Turkey (ME&T) region comprises multiple offices across the region, with a regional hub in Dubai.

The Qatar office currently consists of two business legal entities and is expanding significantly, incorporating another legal entity which will be built up as a “Technology Innovation Hub”. This will comprise back office and IT functions that provide global support to the bank. The expansion will increase the staff from 30 to 130 over the next 2-3 years. The Qatar country manager will be a senior member of the ME&T GCIO team, working with the Regional GCIO Manager in Dubai, responsible for ensuring the appropriate Bank User Support and Infrastructure services are provided to all entities in Qatar.

Activities range from L2 proximity desktop support to contribution to IT project deliveries as well running service delivery from the hub sites of other IT services such as hosting and collaboration services

The role will entail:

Being the IT Infrastructure Branch Manager responsible for the all aspects of the It Infrastructure related aspects in the Branch (provider management, staff management, etc.

Facing off to senior Qatar business stakeholders representing the It Infrastructure services

Responsible for management of IT Infrastructure service delivery to the Qatar office, including proximity desktop support, collaboration services and hosting (server/storage/network) and collaboration (M365, Teams, videoconferencing, voice recording) services

Service governance and management – attending formal review meetings to assess and manage the quality of service delivery, using the ‘3rd party risk management’ and Intergroup Service Management frameworks

Provide a stable infrastructure and desktop support capability, with a focus on achieving the best possible User Experience.

Coordinating and delivering IT infrastructure projects (eg office expansion/move, lifecycle activities, deployment of new products and services such as Microsoft 365)

Coordination Information security topics, such as responding to regulatory and audit requests, and ensuring compliance with the new Qatar Data Protection laws

New joiner onboarding, including training and information security awareness

Management of the IT infrastructure budget and

Coordination of annual BCM testing activities

Management of external IT supplier relationships

Position Purpose

The Move One Relocation Coordinator is the primary point of accountability for Move One’s Relocation Management Company clients (RMCs) and local clients regarding destination and immigration services in their assigned location and for assigned account in accordance to client´s alignment. The Relocation Coordinator is also responsible for supporting the Destination Consultants in their duties with guidance, updates, and service-related information as well as responsible for cost review and management.

Responsibilities / Duties / Functions Tasks

Confirming receipt of service initiations with Clients/RMCs within one business day; Opening a new job in the system for all initiations within one business day.

Ensuring that all online systems, forms, and procedures are completed as per the relevant RMCs SLA Achieve a minimum of 95% satisfaction rate from all assignees via customer evaluation reports.

Manage a caseload of between 60--90 active cases depending on experience.

Making initial contact to any new Assignee to their destination within one business day of initiation; Inform assignee and queries will be responded to within 4 working hours.

Assigning the newly initiated service to one of the local Destination Consultants and briefing.

Explaining to the assignee Move One’s relationship to their employer and/or the RMC, confirming the service to be provided, sending needs questionnaires, asking about critical elements of the relocation, as a Providing clear and timely updates and service reports to Move One clients and RMCs;

Collection of required data (answers to initial questions) and its verification, and further identification of the applicable full immigration procedure within 24hrs of receipt of documents or e-mail.

Monitoring changes in the immigration legislation and reporting on new requirements / changes to all the interested parties (Immigration Team / Country Manager / Product Manager / Clients);

Following up with the Assignee at the midway point of the service to provide an opportunity for the Immediately informing the Move One client/RMC of any service related complaints, issues or challenges, as well as to Regional Operations Manager of any service issues; Immediately notifying Regional Operations Manager of any service issues or escalations Collecting feedback on the vendors and reporting to the ME Regional Operations Manager of any service issues arising from those feedback reports;

Ensuring that Destination templates, information in the system is always up to date.

Confirming that all required documents are uploaded in accordance to document naming protocol Ensuring that all services are invoiced within the shortest possible time after the service is completed, and sending an accurate invoice to the client/RMC within 5 working days of service Supporting the Destination Consultant with guidance, advice, and training during the service; Monitoring the Destination Consultant’s reporting in the system
