Our Utility Cleaners play an important role in support of a number of vital hotel functions. At our hotels these associates may work across departments (e.g., kitchen, food and beverage, laundry) to support cleaning needs. Whether preparing fresh clean linen and spotless dining ware for guests to enjoy, operating and maintaining cleaning equipment and tools (e.g., dish washing machines, hand wash stations, linen washers and dryers), or transporting dishware or linens across the hotel, these associates do whatever it takes to get the job done.

No matter what position you are in, there are a few things that are critical to success – creating a safe workplace, following company policies and procedures, upholding quality standards, and ensuring your uniform, personal appearance, and communications are professional. Ensure adherence to quality expectations and standards, develop and maintain positive working relationships with other employees and departments, support team to reach common goals, and listen and respond appropriately to the concerns of other employees. Report accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to manager. Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 50 pounds without assistance. Stand, sit, or walk for an extended period of time. Reach overhead and below the knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping. Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by Supervisors.

For existing brands and new launches: To manage, strategize and implement the promotion, pricing, and positioning though out PLC (Product Life Cycle), including effective resource allocation, to optimize sales and profits in line with AstraZeneca global directions, local markets needs and Sales and marketing code of conduct

What you’ll do

Develop for both new and existing products a market analysis, which involves a thorough understanding of the marketplace in which the product competes and any influencing factors that may affect the market and the product. Identify and evaluate market opportunities and challenges and develop solution-oriented strategies or programs.
Identify the impact of the industry shifts and trends and appropriately respond from a marketing perspective.
Adapt marketing frameworks to interpret the internal and external environment of the product.
Specifying market requirements for current and future products by conducting market research supported by customer visits.
Analyze the IMS data for the trends, market share, growth, etc., and discuss your action plans with the Sales function to further improve the performance in the marketplace.
Prepare an annual marketing plan with specific goals and tactics. Drive the marketing activity across all functions to ensure the results are achieved.
Plan and prepare a long-term strategic plan for products, monitor progress, and modify as appropriate
Develop Sales forecasts and ensure marketing intelligence/tracking systems are in place to monitor sales performance. Review the marketing programs and identify new programs to meet the goals and revenue objectives when necessary.
Lead the development and implementation of the operational plan for the strategic products with the help of the Medical and Sales functions and incorporate them along with the Marketing plan.
Develop and review sales promotional materials and marketing programs and ensure they support the annual marketing plans and strategies.
Develop and effectively communicate core global branding, marketing messages, and product positioning statements across all functions.
Develop communication materials regardless of media and the related media planning used to help communicate the product position to various internal and external target groups.
Effective management of product P&L and ensure maximum ROI for every marketing activity.
Train the field force in areas related to promotional claims, positioning, handling of promotional materials, and defining the strategy and tactics. Ensure to get feedback from the market through field force on promotional campaigns, competitor activities, and claims, etc.
Maintain and develop a network of KOL’s and organize meetings of the advisory board from the point of view of promotional activity.
Have a list of customers who will be met on a regular basis. Go on double visits with the Medical representatives to identify how the message is delivered and the market perception of the campaign.
Conduct local meetings/roadshows by inviting speakers from outside, and sponsor delegates to the regional and standalone meetings in consultation with the Marketing and Sales Managers.

Essential for the role

Bachelors in Medical related field
Minimum 5 years within Pharmaceutical Sales with at least 2 years of experience within AZ with a strong track record.
English required
For candidates outside AZ, minimum 2 years of experience in Marketing is a must.

What you get to do in this role:

Attend and participate in all forecast meetings supporting Sales Management in the weekly roll-up of their forecast

Perform pipeline reviews and establish best practices and methodologies for forecast accuracy

Prepare and implement individual development plans for AW instructors to ensure they reach the required instructional standard through mentoring, coaching and tailored support.
Provide direction to the Mentoring & Coaching Training Design Specialist on developing bespoke training plans for instructors and support staff requiring coaching & mentoring.
Provide tutorial and mentoring support to facilitate the progression of single skill

Instructors and staff to fully qualified multi-skill instructors and staff.

RECRUITMENT SPECIFICATION

• Teaching / instructional experience.

• Proven coaching or mentoring experience.

• Be the holder of or working towards an ILM Level 5 certificate or Diploma in Coaching &
