The purpose of the role is to support process delivery byensuring daily performance of the Production Specialists, resolvetechnical escalations and develop technical capability within theProduction Specialists.

Oversee and support process by reviewing daily transactionson performance parameters

Review performance dashboard and the scores for the team

Support the team in improving performance parameters byproviding technical support and process guidance

Record, track, and document all queries received, problem-solving steps taken and total successful and unsuccessful resolutions

Ensure standard processes and procedures are followed to resolveall client queries

Resolve client queries as per the SLA’s defined in thecontract

Develop understanding of process/ product for the team membersto facilitate better client interaction and troubleshooting

Document and analyze call logs to spot most occurring trends toprevent future problems

Identify red flags and escalate serious client issues to Teamleader in cases of untimely resolution

Ensure all product information and disclosures are given toclients before and after the call/email requests

Avoids legal challenges by monitoring compliance with serviceagreements

Handle technical escalations through effective diagnosis andtroubleshooting of client queries

Manage and resolve technical roadblocks/ escalations as per SLAand quality requirements

If unable to resolve the issues, timely escalate the issues toTA & SES

Provide product support and resolution to clients by performinga question diagnosis while guiding users through step-by-step solutions

Troubleshoot all client queries in a user-friendly, courteousand professional manner

Offer alternative solutions to clients (where appropriate) withthe objective of retaining customers’ and clients’ business

Organize ideas and effectively communicate oral messagesappropriate to listeners and situations

Follow up and make scheduled call backs to customers to recordfeedback and ensure compliance to contract SLA’s

Build people capability to ensure operational excellence andmaintain superior customer service levels of the existing account/client

Mentor and guide Production Specialists on improving technicalknowledge

Collate trainings to be conducted as triage to bridge the skillgaps identified through interviews with the Production Specialist

Develop and conduct trainings (Triages) within products forproduction specialist as per target

Inform client about the triages being conducted

Undertake product trainings to stay current with productfeatures, changes and updates

Enroll in product specific and any other trainings per clientrequirements/recommendations

Identify and document most common problems and recommendappropriate resolutions to the team

Update job knowledge by participating in self learningopportunities and maintaining personal networks

The Guest Services Manager directs and assists staff in the completion of the following duties: welcoming guests to the hotel, parking guest vehicles, unloading guest luggage, escorting guests to the front desk, delivering luggage to the guest room at check in and check out. What You'll Be Doing:

Building Permits
• Liaise with Lusail City master planning team and architects to update and improve the design regulation and guidelines.
• Liaise with Investor's Consultants to provide guidance and advice regarding building permit applications within Lusail City
• Liaise with Investor's Consultants, Architects and to provide guidance and clarification on projects development design regulations and requirements within Lusail City
• Conduct necessary drawings review and assessments and provide recommendations based on rules and development regulation.
Performs a variety of assignments such as conducting architectural studies, developing design concepts and design criteria, and preparing related reports.
Reviews CAD drawings, renderings, layouts, study models, construction documents, and color boards prepared by Architectural Designers. Ensures compliance with applicable codes, standards, and client requirements.
Other duties
• Confer with local authorities, Architects, Designers and Land Planning and Development Specialists to devise arrangements of land, new building projects and physical facilities for residential, commercial, industrial, recreational and community uses in Lusail
• Prepare reports and recommendations on measures affecting land use, public utilities, community facilities, housing and transportation to control and guide community development and renewal
• Provide thought leadership and lead teams of sub--contracted consultants on projects Development
• Remain informed and updated with local and international developments in the architectural field to enable the creation of 1alue for Lusail and its clients

Conduct regular inspections to determine if waste collection services have been done in accordance with contract specifications
Responsible to supervise/monitor Service Providers scope
Handover/Takeover Inspections and generating reports
Review documents attend meetings and manage CAFM related work orders.
Work closely with the service providers to define workable waste collection solutions as required for the maintenance & operation
Prepares periodic special reports summarizing waste management issues related to services for review and approval.
Responsible for following up on instructions and commitments associated with the waste management services and activities.
Manage Performance Management System (PMS) to measure and report on the performance of the service providers under the contract.
Perform other duties and responsibilities as needed as well as determine and manage priorities with minimal guidance.

What Required Skills You'll Bring:

Bachelor’s degree in Waste Management or relevant field.
6+ years post qualification experience in Waste Management.
Technical qualifications along with similar substantial work experience also will be taken into consideration.
Must have valid Qatar driver’s license
