Senior Performance Marketing Executive, BFL Group, Dubai, UAE

Role Purpose

BFL group is currently hiring Senior Performance Marketing Executives with a successful track record to drive revenue, user acquisition, and brand awareness. He/ She is liable for driving conversions at optimal costs per acquisition. A keen eye for detail and data analysis would be a winning trait for this role.

Responsibilities

•   Create and execute a strong performance marketing strategy & execution plan for brandsforless.com & brands for less mobile application.
•   Create and manage Google Ad campaigns (SEM).
•   Generate and manage Facebook Ads and Instagram Ads.
•   Produce google shopping and meta product dynamic ads.
•   Strategize, execute, monitor, and manage campaigns across multiple platforms.
•   Manage Google Analytics to track and measure all marketing campaigns.
•   Manage the platform’s daily budgets, billing reconciliation, and spend pacing in adherence to allocations and desired return.
•   Ensure successful planning, execution, and optimization for key traffic KPIs via paid, organic & own media channels.
•   Identifying and testing new channels to continue to meet or exceed established critical metrics.
•   Liaise with the marketing team to share funnel conversion improvement ideas, feedback & present results.
•   Explore new opportunities to grow campaigns more efficiently and effectively.
•   Test new channels and trends to build credibility, remain competitive, and have possessed an added value.
•   Ensure a data-led approach to all activities, creating a clear test & learning strategy.
•   Conduct regular conversion rate optimization audits and execute A/B tests, and user testing/feedback to improve conversion rates across the brands’ digital channels and assets.

Qualifications

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
3 years plus of experience in performance marketing field is a must.
Previous experience in eCommerce/retail campaign management.
Strong experience in the MENA Region and should have a good understanding of Arab consumer behaviors.
Solid experience in a similar role as well as experience building effective multi-channel marketing strategies, including PPC, social media, affiliate marketing, and other digital channels.
Proficient in deriving insights from data, fluent in slicing/dicing data.
Solid expertise in campaign and channel analysis and reporting, including Google Analytics experience.
Excellent analytical skills and leverage data, metrics, analytics, and consumer behavior trends to drive actionable insights & recommendations.
Goal-oriented individual and have excellent communication skills.
Open-minded, curious, and a strong problem solver.
Experience in the Fashion eCommerce business is a plus.

REQUIREMENTS:

The ideal IT Site Support Specialist will have prior IT experience preferable within the professional services industry, excellent communications skills and an aptitude for problem solving. We are looking for someone with:

2-4 years of relevant experience into Service Desk or Tech support
Ability to prioritize issues on a case-by-case basis
Excellent customer service skills
Experience working in an ITIL based Service Desk
Extensive knowledge and experience with Windows and Apple iOS based technologies
Hardware platforms including Lenovo & HP laptops & Cisco phones.
Microsoft technologies such as Active Directory, SCCM and Exchange
Outstanding troubleshooting skills in WAN/LAN/Desktop situations
Excellent written and verbal communication skills that help represent diverse communities

The Opportunity
The Information Technology Department seeks an incumbent for the position of Administrative Officer. To actively provide administrative support to Information Technology Department and specific IT services to students, staff and faculty.

The Responsibilities
•   Handles Director’s daily schedule and diary.
•   Designs and maintains spreadsheets for checkout system of audio\visual equipment such are digital and video cameras, projectors, VCRs and audio recorders.
•   Creates and updates University personnel directory published on the Intranet.
•   Maintains IT Inventory and related records.
•   Maintains IT purchased equipment and purchase transactions.

•   Collects and distributes mail. Screens incoming mail, delivers outgoing mail and liaises with courier companies for collection. Arranges for IT staff transportation and travel.
•   Independently designs databases or spreadsheets to track divisional information, activities or projects and trains other administrative staff on the use of these files.
•   Provides document translation as required.
•   Maintains personnel records of all staff within the department.
•   Handles visiting consultants with logistical requests. Training and Development
•   Develops and implements training programs and workshops aligned to the University strategic plan and vision.
•   Accountable for the smooth running of the department, which includes all administrative responsibilities and tasks.
•   May independently communicate with vendors and make decisions for small purchases in accordance with University rules of purchasing.
•   Has to maintain a professional image with both internal and external clients.
•   Deals with different internal clients from different levels and departments.
•   Communicates with the University Finance & Purchasing departments and with vendors.
•   Communicates with other departments for their IT requirements.
•   Interacts with staff, faculty and students on regular basis.
•   Occasional contact with Deans, Directors, and Supervisors.

The Requirements
•   Must possess a Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution and 2 years’ experience working in an administrative role, preferably with senior management or in an IT department. Experience with Personnel record keeping and/or inventory management is a must.
•   Extensive experience with Microsoft Office, databases and researching through the Internet is essential.
•   The incumbent must be Bilingual (English/Arabic).
