IT Support Lead, Worley, Oman

Worley is seeking qualified, knowledgeable, experienced, punctual, accountable, team-oriented people to join us in constructing one of the largest underground operations in the world, right here in Mongolia. This role will require you to work in a remote location in UB. We have a world class team of both Mongolian National and International Expats from whom you will be able learn and who will aid in advancing your career. Please note that it is a requirement of this role that the successful candidate is a Mongolian Citizen.

Responsibilites

Manage and closeout IT Incident Management on a day to day basis with the user of FreshDesk and ServiceDesk
Manage the availability, roster and performance of the IT Support engineers assigned to UB and site offices
Be the first escalation point for the IT Support engineers in the UB office and on site.
Be the account manager for the existing IT Service Support Contract
Assist in IT problem solving and major incident management with the Project Support Services Manager
Run the weekly IT Team meeting to track issues
Working on small projects for Project Support Services Group with focus on IT service improvement
Help coordinate and manage projects from inception to completion
Coordinate project management activities, resources, equipment and information
Liaise with stakeholders to identify and define requirements, scope and objectives
Monitor and record project progress and handle any issues that arise
Act as the point of contact and communicate project status to all stakeholders
Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans and reports
Help problem solve issues and suggest ways to improve the project deliverables
Schedule meetings, phone calls, site visits where required
Take minutes for critical meetings/ record action
Assist Project Support Services Manager in general tasks applicable to the Support Services Group
Update, delegate and close out tasks through the Freshdesk application

Qualifications:

Understanding of overall EPCM project phases, management and specific requirements to job/work related areas.
Understanding and follow the Employer & Client policies and procedures.
Supervisor experience / Managerial experience
Assess project risks and understand associated contingencies related to the Employee's work areas.
Relevant Trade, Advanced Diploma, Bachelor Degree or Equivalent;
Must have experiences of working on similar roles, +3 years relevant experience.
Good oral and written English knowledge.

About Consumer Health

Johnson & Johnson announced plans to separate our Consumer Health business to create a new publicly traded company. The process of the planned separation is anticipated to be completed within 24 months, and it will be subject to legal requirements including consultation with works councils and other employee representative bodies, as required, and other customary conditions and approvals. Role Summary:

The Commercial Operations Specialist will be responsible for the LEVANT, North West Africa, and Pakistan region. The main scope is the central coordination for all Dubai Hub based support function activities for LIP-NAWA markets. Central coordination of Brand and Customer review meetings for NAWA, IRAN/Pakistan and Levant Markets. The collection, integration and analysis of business data and insights, operational process improvement projects, such as standardization of activity grids planning and tracking across markets, standardization of in market measurements in the lack of Nielsen data, standardization of supply chain processes/data across different distributor setups, etc.

Duties And Responsibilities:

Overall responsibility to deliver Blue Cluster NTS and share objectives via:

Work closely with Operations Manager and Blue Commercial Director, analyze business trends, provide insights to support management decisions.

Ensure strong B&C review routines are in place for each sub cluster. Coordinate meeting routines out of Dubai office.

Develop standard management reports to support Commercial Managers daily operations

Ensure all reporting/analysis capabilities are incorporated into distributor systems and require minimum central / any human interventions

Work closely with distributor trade marketing / sales and IT departments to enable them to create efficiencies in their systems

Ensure that any operational efficiencies are captured by commercial teams e.g. margins, carrying costs & infrastructure

In markets where market information is not available, work with commercial managers and distributors on business indicators.

Business Plan Management:

Support Commercial managers on the business planning process, aggregate information at Blue Cluster level.

Develop by Blue Cluster master business/activity plan format and work with Sub clusters on Annual Plans and tracking.

Business Operations Standardization:

Check distributor key processes such as forecasting, trade spending – return on investment tracking, order processing and if there are discrepancies align with commercial managers gaps and action plans.

Support Commercial managers in the process of identifying drivers of distributor costs and develop plans jointly with the distributor to improve efficiency e.g. carrying costs and sales costs.

Cross Functional Working:

Work closely with AMET GSI team, understand all tools and ensure proper application of these tools at relevant markets where we have Nielsen Data.

Work with finance team, align on formats and data flow from distributors and support commercial managers on the standardization of distributor data sharing.

Work with Supply Chain team and understand forecasting data needs and standardize data availability from distributor level.

Support commercial managers on Brand and Customer review coordination from Dubai office across different functions.

Work collaboratively with the shopper and customer team to ensure best practice application of investment, in store drivers, customer partnerships and distribution.

Qualifications

Qualifications:

Bachelor Degree in Engineering, Economics, Business Administration, Accounting, Marketing, Financial Management or closely related specialty. Post-graduate education or equivalent experience in Finance/Economics is desirable.

3+ years of total work experience in a similar role.

1+ years of data analytics, Nielsen or relevant in market reading company or key business partner experience, Supply Chain operations experience or Customer fronting sales experience.

Experience from a multi-national or regional company.

Strong analytical skills with the ability of simplifying complex data sets.

Ability to analyze trends and drive business insights.

Sound business acumen and experience of understanding key business drivers in FMCG categories.

Finance at a non-functional level e.g. how a P&L works, pricing.

Well-structured, focused & setting clear priorities - Proven self-starter with strong initiative, enthusiasm for business, and results orientation with an interest in innovation.

Ability to think strategically and creatively.

Process and project management skills.

Communication Skills – Strong written and oral communication skills and presentation skills.

Organizational Skills – Able to manage periods of heavy and conflicting demands.

Proactive & Self confident - High Ethical standards & follows JnJ Credo.

Must be able to work well in cross functional teams, both as a team player and a team leader.

Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.

Nielsen, Ipsos, IRR reporting systems, ability to drive reports from Raw Data. Project management tools is a plus.

Excellent Verbal and written English. French or Arabic is plus.
