Assist the Manager – Total Rewards in the study, analysis and interpretation of reward market studies and the implementation of Total Reward Policies, processes and reward structures to enable the Group to attract, engage and retain quality employees so that the Group’s short, medium and long term objective are fulfilled

Principal Accountabilities

Supervision
Plan, supervise and coordinate activities in the Total Rewards area or team to meet functional and team objectives
Implement all Human Resources Management processes like Recruitment, Reward Management, Performance Management, Learning and Development, etc. to keep employees in the section fully motivated to achieve the Company objectives

Job Description

About the role

The Analytics & Insights manager will be a confident and capable crafter of compelling insight which delivers clear and actionable recommendations to our client. She or he will use analytical skills to develop/distribute new analytical approaches and help client make better decisions. Identify opportunities to collaborate and deliver provocative Thought Leadership on market, industry, and category trends.

Responsibilities

Deliver outstanding insight to the client, whilst developing and maintaining strong relationships with senior client personnel

Provide feedback on client needs and challenging internal processes to best deliver those client needs

Drive client value to help achieve agreed revenue and client satisfaction targets

Use NIQ data to drive insights, identifying opportunities and threats for our client’s brands

Present key insights to clients – both virtually and in person

Introduce additional NielsenIQ services, where appropriate to meet client needs

Co-develop and deliver against Joint Business Plans to support client’s business objectives

Drive NPS (Net Promoter Score) and client satisfaction

Drive cross market collaboration within NielsenIQ and client where appropriate

Mentors/Coach team members.

Effectively manage client workload requirements between team members

Identify revenue opportunities to help the team exceed OP targets and engage with practice areas to ensure a sound knowledge of products and services available

Requirements

5-7 years of experience in a relevant role and/or with appreciation of NielsenIQ products, services and data.

Desire to tackle the challenge of working on a large Platinum client

Ability to develop client relationships

Solid understanding of FMCG industry and trends and be able to demonstrate a high level of business acumen

Understanding of retail audit

Knowledge of NielsenIQ products and services or equivalent

Ability to adapt to new tools

Results orientated with the ability to work to tight deadlines

Demonstrated ability to make sound decisions and resolve problems in a highly client-focused fashion

Excellent communication & interpersonal skills with business and insights context.

People management skills would be a ideal but can be developed in the role – such as demonstrating the ability to achieve results through others, to motivate and inspire and to coach individuals to develop/realize their full potential

Senior Coordinator Customer Service – Cargo, flydubai, Dubai, UAE

MAIN OBJECTIVE OF ROLE

To support all Pricing functions, Sales enquiries of flydubai Cargo in the UAE market and regional market.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Assists in freight accounting and verification.
Ensures Responding to customer queries by answering product and service questions; suggesting information about other products and services.
Assists with preparation of sales tariffs for all flydubai Cargo products and services on the basis of a prudent business case without an impact on the bottom-line arising from the proposed rates / deals for UAE and respective region
Develops and build professional relationships with the cargo agents/freight-forwarders /shippers/consignees within air cargo market in order to enhance opportunities for the flydubai Cargo UAE and respective region.
Assist the sales team in achieving sales targets/revenue for flydubai Cargo from various market segments through effective servicing of existing customer base and identification of new business opportunities from customers of the air cargo market. Monitor capacity available and coordinate with customer and department.
Coordinate with all inter-departments inside/outside cargo department to support the smooth functioning of business in UAE and the regions
Develops possibilities of increasing revenue by calling customers/freight forwarders, and assisting in monitoring competitor activities in UAE and respective region.
Assists follow up for outstanding balances from debtors for on-time recovery for UAE and respective region.
Ensures handling queries regarding rates, space and getting maximum info of the query such as number of pieces/weight/dims etc.in order to quote accordingly.
Manages update of flydubai Cargo system with all relevant info for UAE and respective region.
Coordinates flight bookings/reservations, updates and close out.
Coordinate and support post office mail business from UAE and respective region and support them with post uplift proof of delivery & prepare performance report.
Maintains flight figures and statistics of customer-revenue per flight for UAE and respective region.
Develop periodic for all origins weekly for all challenges faced (operational, pricing, administration, finance etc.). This report will contain the market intelligence and projection or the future (heads up on holidays, market projections etc.).
Coordinate and support the FZ and EK cooperation and alignment efforts for UAE sales and pricing, this requires interaction with EK HQ and EK UAE sales and pricing office.

Qualifications

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE/ KNOWLEDGE / SKILLS

Minimum Education Level Required

High School Diploma (or equivalent)

Education / Experience Specific Requirements

Preferred No. of Years (without Relevant Degree)- 4

Systems, Licensing, Language or Certification Requirements

Computer literate with expert knowledge of MS – Office
Sound financial-analytical ability
Valid UAE driving license
Must be fluent in written and spoken English, knowledge of Arabic is desirable.
