YOUR ROLE

Steering and implementing our Key Account Strategy in the Territory to bring the best solutions for customers through projects business

Developing deep insights and having understanding of the current and potential customers & market needs and requirements

Establishing strong relationships with customers (contractors & applicators), meeting their teams and proposing solutions that meet their objectives

Generating leads and engaging directly with main contractors, completing the business deals with customers (Contractors/ Applicators / Traders), achieving direct sales from main contractor and indirect sales through (Applicators/ Traders)

Committed to achieve your sales ambition with full responsibility of pricing and profitability

Being an architect and driver behind building our portfolio of approved products with strong collaboration with other stakeholders (specification, marketing)

Reporting efficiently to segment manager, showing business acumen and clear illustration on risks & opportunities

YOUR SKILLS

Engineering Degree (Civil, Architect, chemical or relevant), from an accredited college or university

Experience showing sales performance growth and expanding business to alternative applications

Background in building materials / construction is an advantage

Proficient in English and Arabic both written and verbally

Merchandising & Operations Coordinator, Chanel, Dubai, UAE

In a small dynamic team in charge of Wholesale and Retail for Middle-East and India, the Merchandising & Operations coordinator ensures the supply chain process & stock optimization while developing analysis and merchandising strategies in order to maximize business opportunities and growth potential reporting to the Business Development Manager.

Your main responsibilities are:

Commercial Support

Consolidate reports (Market/POS/Product Lines) and give recommendations in line with the Brand strategy and the WFJ category
Monitor the performance of the action plans in place and consolidate the results
Manage and keep track of client orders, monitor their sales & forecasts

Communicate the SOA to all partners and follow-up on the payments
Implement relevant KPIs and analysis to review assortments
Support Finance team on annual inventory and audit needs
Act as a product expert, share best practices and relevant analysis to Paris
Support the whole WFJ team with commercial and operations needs
Ensure alignment of the department strategy to drive growth

Management of the supply-chain process & stock optimization

Plan and monitor all product deliveries and transfer requests to ensure timely launch of collections and client request fulfilment
Share reports on stock level & delivery rates
Responsible for orders and their follow-up in systems (selling goods, PLV, etc.)
In charge of all custom and transportation related topics
Take part of any group projects on operations that would require local implementation and be the referent for the local coordination

You have a proven experience in Merchandising or Supply-Chain (3-5 years) in a Retail environment.

Pro-active, autonomous, rigorous and organized, you are able to implement all global projects and make recommendations to improve productivity, quality and efficiency of operations. Most of all, you are hands-on and solution oriented. You have excellent interpersonal skills and an agility in your communication.

Strong analytical skills and you must be at ease with information systems.

English is a must.

Highly focused on customer account management and ongoing service, support and sales development with respective accounts in a defined geography and sector(s) for Professional Sales. This position primarily focuses on service and selling (additional products, tools and services) to existing accounts with an additional emphasis on new account acquisition. This is a direct, customer-facing sales role with responsibility to retain existing revenues and close new revenue opportunities with both existing and new customers.

• Work intensely and directly on application expertise and execution delivery, including customer training and merchandising, to reinforce value proposition and brand equity. Hold monthly and quarterly review sessions with customers’ heads of department and location general managers.
• Grow sales in geographic area and sector(s) by identifying, analyzing, and addressing opportunities for new customer acquisition as well as within existing customers through product and application recommendations.
• Continuously focus on sales growth execution and sales target achievement.
• Liaise with TCS to ensure appropriate service support for respective accounts.
• Consult with Corporate Account Managers to ensure account management support is delivered in respective accounts.

Job Purpose

To provide a consistent quality service to the customers at any designated area to all passengers at any designated area
 (check-in, gates, transfer desk, special handling and FMU) that is consistent with Dnata's high service standards. The timely and efficient service provided should be in accordance to the agreed Standard Operating Procedures as well as safety and security standards set by International Civil Aviation Organisation (ICAO) and Local Airport Authorities.
- Display excellent customer service skills, team work and understanding to achieve customer satisfaction. Strive as part of a dedicated team to avoid complaints and earn compliments.
- Ensure excellent discipline and grooming standards are displayed at all times while on duty.
- Always adhere to the set service standards and procedures so that the passengers are handled in a friendly and efficient manner.
- Ensure all equipment used at the designated work location is in good working order and report any maintenance requirements to the senior management on duty.
- Ensure that all the requests and completion remarks are updated accurately in DMIS and that all charge notes are generated and authorised for billing.
- Generate a list of pending requests from DMIS to analyse advance work load profile.
- Report any irregularity or service shortfall to the senior management on duty to enable service recovery and appropriate corrective action to be taken.
- Ensure that the handling requirements of the various categories of passengers (e.g. unaccompanied minors, young passengers, wheelchair, elderly and passengers with special needs etc...) have been met and that special services and facilities are provided to meet any special services requirements by the customers.

Qualifications & Experience

- O Levels or equivalent.

- 2 + years experience in a Customer Service role.

- Proficiency in spoken and written English.

- Vocational or Diploma (12+2 or equivalent) desirable but not required

- P ositive attitude with a natural ability to provide excellent service in a team environment, and when dealing with people from many cultures

Some roles require one or more of the following:
- Fluency in French, Spanish, German, Italian, Arabic, Russian, Mandarin, Japanese

- Reservation and ticketing experience (is adventagous)
