We're looking for an enthusiastic and motivated candidate, with a minimum of 1+ years’ experience in B2B marketing and operations.  Reporting into the Digital Publisher, you will support end-to-end Account Based Marketing programs for our clients, who include some of the world's largest technology brands


Requirements


As a CMS at ITP Media Business Group, you will:


  • Support the client teams with a variety of hands-on job requirements from quality assurance and reporting through to project management of virtual events and content marketing.
  • Work with our specialist brand teams to ensure commercial work is delivered on time and to a high standard.
  • Build relationships with clients – making sure they’re kept up to date with the progress and results of campaigns. 
  • Work to develop your understanding of ITP Media’s B2B services and products, including creative services, applied technology, paid media and lead generation and verification, through a mix of formal and on-the-job training, to build client consultancy skills.

As a CMS at ITP Media Business Group, you’ll bring:                                                                              

  • The initiative to take on a variety of hands-on job requirements.
  • A smart and inquisitive mind with a passion for learning more about Account Based Marketing and an active interest in growing your understanding of the customers you'll work with and ITP Media’s B2B offering.
  • The skills to brief and update colleagues and provide advice to clients.
  • The ability to organise your workload, and work with the team to prioritise competing requests, delivering tasks on time and to a high standard, as effective project management will be a core component of this role.
  • Meticulous attention to detail.

Role Description

Division/Department: Shopping Malls / Asset Management

Reporting to: Lead, Asset Management

Location: UAE

Role Purpose

The position is primarily responsible to ensure the execution of the asset management agenda across designated geographies is delivered. This is achieved through the building of the strategic plan in accordance with the strategy of MAFH, MAFP and SMBU.

While the Regional Managing Director is responsible for leading and directing all strategic and operational activities for SMBU across the designated portfolio, the role will support the asset management lead in monitoring performance and ensuring that key initiatives are being driven in alignment with the Regional Managing Director.

Role Details – Key Responsibilities And Accountabilities
  • Accountable for maximizing the overall economic value through execution of the strategic asset plans.
  • Provide relevant inputs to development projects on operating assets while ensuring real estate best practices are applied e.g. coordinate with leasing leads formulating target tenant mix based on market positioning.
  • Track and drive performance of the development projects on operating assets while ensuring lessons learned are tracked and accounted for in new projects.
  • Work with the Strategy and Asset Management Leads to create development briefs ensuring product alignment to consumer and customer requirements in a manner that is financially viable.
  • Work with the Strategy and Asset Management Leads to drive the annual Asset Plans, incorporating the executional roadmap for all outlined initiatives.
  • Be part of a cross-functional team for operating assets to implement asset-level strategic plan, ensuring cross-functional coordination to maximize asset value.
  • Act as the translator of business insights into an actionable roadmap for regional team execution.
  • Review asset-level annual budgets for Marketing, Leasing and Shopping Center Management and ensure alignment with strategic plan.
  • Approve relevant contract adjustments, leases, renewals, and re-tenanting depending on their value.
  • Work with the Strategy Lead to develop the research requirements for the assigned portfolio.
  • Conduct regular performance monitoring (e.g. rent recovery, footfall, turnover, sales, etc.) for the assigned portfolio.
  • Work closely with the Finance / Regional Teams (for assigned portfolio) on supporting Quarterly Forecasting and ensuring all leasing budgets are assigned under the agreed upon framework.
  • Support Regional Leasing Teams in the preparation and structure of leasing deals prior to approval process.
  • Embed CAPEX framework in business cases and monitor CAPEX spend vs requests and ensure reporting in collaboration with the asset control team.
  • Provide inputs for valuation team in Corporate Finance.
  • Support in drafting any amendments to the policies, procedures and DOA as required.
  • Lead the build-up of operational risk register in the region together while ensuring clear mitigation and ownership strategies are in place. Monitor and report as required through finance and Majid Al Futtaim Properties to the Audit Risk Committee.
  • Ensure compliance with the MAFP SMBU’s Code of Conduct, Departmental policies and HC Policies and Procedures at all times.
  • Be the advocate and ambassador of aligning and cascading the MAFP values in the assigned area of responsibility and ensure that relevant team adhered to and exhibit the same all the time.
  • Build the capability of staff reporting into by providing on time regular feedback including annual review on performance and identify areas of improvement / reinforcement for further development.
  • Manage, guide and mentor the Asset Management team reporting into and take full responsibility in identifying potential talent and timely supporting professional development.
  • Lead by example – thrive to create an honest and open work environment where individuals collaborate /support each other as a team and are passionate to achieve a common business objective.

Our opportunity for you:

Vistra is currently looking to recruit a GRC Manager on a permanent, full time basis. This is a billable client facing role for our Governance Risk and Compliance business unit. 

 

Key Responsibilities

The GRC Manager will:

  • Perform the compliance officer, money laundering reporting officer (“MLRO”) and risk manager functions for several DIFC and/or ADGM based regulated financial service providers
  • Lead a unit of GRC colleagues and coordinate their client servicing efforts
    • Establish and maintain relationships with clients, regulators, authorities and business partners
    • Ensure adequate time registration and communication
    • Ensure correct and timely clients` invoicing
    • Organize first line follow-up on outstanding invoices with the clients
    • Report delivery issues and complaints to the management
    • Encourage participation in GRC client projects, framework development, regulatory update and quality control projects
  • Collaborate with the management in

Attributes/Technical Skills

The GRC Manager shall demonstrate:

  • Knowledge and understanding of concepts and regulatory requirements that are common in the financial services industry.

  • Excellent interpersonal skills to work collaboratively with clients and colleagues
  • Team leadership skills.

Relevant Experience

  • Minimum of five years of relevant experience in compliance, MLRO and/or risk management functions at senior management level.

  • Possesses strong communication skills (written and verbal) to effectively interact with and support all consultants.
  • Analyses complex problems, think creatively, communicate recommendations, influence change and be able to drive process and structure into a dynamic environment.
  • See company/industry trends and provide leadership with business context.

 

Education and Professional Qualification

  • Master’s degree in law, financial management, business administration or similar.
  • Registration with the DFSA and FSRA or other financial services regulator as responsible individual for the compliance, MLRO and Risk management functions.

About this role

The Aladdin Business Development group is seeking a Director with sales or commercially oriented relationship management experience to join the team and play a key role in growing the business in KSA.

Our group is responsible for developing new client relationships for the Aladdin Business.  This includes understanding the requirements of prospective client organizations and leading consultative sales processes that demonstrate and highlight the value of Aladdin to the specific prospect organizations.  Business Development professionals must have a solid understanding of cross-assets risk and investment management workflows and ability to think creatively to match up prospect requirements with Aladdin capabilities.  As part of the sales process, the team is involved with RFP / questionnaire responses, conducting business process reviews, and discussing the cost/value proposition.  Members of the team are also involved in developing and maintaining Aladdin sales and marketing materials, as well as working with BlackRock’s Marketing group on messaging and brand development.

This is a highly collaborative role, requiring partnership with counterparts across EMEA and globally.  The role will initially involve working closely with senior team members while developing the skills and knowledge required to independently lead sales opportunities in the region.

This position reports to the Head of Business Development for MEA for Aladdin and will be based in Riyadh

.

Experience Required

The successful candidate will demonstrate expertise across the entire sales lifecycle, from business development to closing across a variety of financial services customers. This person will be accountable for consistently delivering against targets to grow business in the Saudi Arabia and to accommodate broader growth targets in EMEA.

We are looking for:

  • 5+ years’ experience in B2B sales to Financial Services, out of which minimum 2+ years in KSA.

  • Outstanding track-record in sales with measurable impacts and tangible achievements.

  • Demonstrated breadth of capabilities and product understanding to cover the full scope of sales activities and functions that form the role.

  • Outstanding verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to influence through all levels of an organization.

  • Proficiency in English required; Arabic is a plus.
