 Job Description:

■  Setup of UHDs in quality, cost, and time, based on the design concepts and the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS).

■ Support and supervise the installation and execution of defined service management processes in the UHD as well it's integrative process support function within the O&S organization.

■ Deliver UHD daily operations according to ISO20000 and ITIL V3.

■ Support and supervision of operations of the UHD and UHD reporting.

■ Enabling and support of best practices exchange and continuous improvement.

■ Ensure the interfacing with the Service Operations (TST,PMT) and Logistics as well as clear defined hierarchical and technical escalations within the project in order to allow fast solution of problems / tasks in high quality.

■ First point of contact for all issues concerning all UHD.

■ Delivery of high quality supply support in order to ensure efficient system availability with the defined budget.

■ Issue technical bulletins to inform customers of problems and support them in taking necessary action.

■ Consult with experts to ensure integrated actions plans

■ Monitor issue resolution and liaise with stakeholders

■ Monitor response times and user satisfaction levels

■ Ensure the operations meet the agreed service levels

■ Improve techniques and practices for managing client queries, troubleshooting and problem resolution and prior-itization.

■ Establish and maintain positive business relationships with customers, suppliers and partners (internal or exter-nal) deploying and complying with organizational processes

This position is a focal point for service and repair activities for BDI product, responding directly to customers and coordinating an appropriate service response. The position works within the Global Service and Repair framework while providing region-specific solutions. The position will regularly liaise with cross functional departments including Finance, Quality, Operations, Commercial, Purchasing and Regulatory both locally and globally.

Other Key Responsibilities:-

  • Manage all service-related activities such as work orders management, field service support, and service contract management via BDI’s designated service management system

  • Accurately process service requests including initial assessment of a potential product complaint

  • Update customer information and product data as required

  • Provide timely and accurate information to customers regarding the status of their product and/or product information requests

  • Communicate any issues related to billing or payment issues to S&R Leadership

  • Support lifecycle initiatives, recalls, and field actions

  • Assist S&R Leadership in compiling service metrics for designated service teams

  • Provide cost estimates to customers for billable service activities

  • As necessary, assist local customers, distributors, and contract service providers with parts orders by coordinating with local and regional Supply Chain and Purchasing staff

  • Assist the S&R Leadership team in scheduling technical training session

  • Delivers Technical Training

  • Support capital equipment tenders as necessary

  • Support local programs related customer loyalty surveys

  • Other duties may be assigned according to the needs of the business

About You :-

  • Two (2) to five (5) years of experience in customer service or related roles & direct role in training or delivering technical service.

  • Four-year university degree is preferred electrical, mechanical, or biomedical

Purpose 

The Remuneration & Benefits Specialist, MEA role reports to the Global Remuneration Director and manages the remuneration and benefits function in all Middle East and African countries where Worley operates.  The role ensures that Worley is positioned competitively to attract and retain talent through the implementation of global remuneration practices in the region and the development of fit-for-purpose remuneration/compensation and benefits solutions.  Liaising closely with remuneration colleagues globally and directly supporting the Director, Remuneration for EMEA, the role may also support projects that are global in scope.   

Responsibilities:

  • Provide advice and coaching to People teams and business leaders on remuneration decisions and application of the Group’s remuneration framework, policy and processes.  This includes education and training to embed understanding and upskill Remuneration capability
  • Project manages within the MEA sub-region of the Group’s Remuneration policy, framework and processes, such as benchmarking and analysis, annual pay review, application of the global job framework, special recognition and incentive programs.  Ensures effective communication and operationalizing of programs and processes locally to deliver project objectives
  • Provide advice to line managers and business leaders in the MEA region on Remuneration for individual employees, often complex in nature
  • Lead benefits assessment, competitive positioning, design and implementation in MEA and actively consult with multiple stakeholders throughout 
  • Support business leaders with complex and time-sensitive activities such as commercial bids, harmonization or joint venture activities, and other remuneration analysis as required

Participate in global projects.  Ability to take leadership of key aspects of projects

Technical and Industry Experience: 

  • Experienced consulting with People business partners in all key aspects of remuneration and experience in benefits design/implementation
  • Excellent analytical and reporting skills with strong attention to detail and the ability to present complex data and insights in a simple and compelling way
  • Typically, 7+ years’ experience in remuneration in a global organization, with experience of remuneration across multiple countries
  • Experience consulting with and influencing businesses leaders in matters pertaining to remuneration.  
  • Demonstrated project management skills
  • Flexible, and creative mindset to problem-solving and developing solutions
  • Experience with administration of compensation systems e.g. SuccessFactors

Education – Qualifications, Accreditation, Training:

Required:

  • Relevant degree qualification (Business, Commerce, Human Resources).
  • Extensive knowledge of remuneration in the Middle East region.  Experience managing benefits in the Middle East is advantageous  

Flexible Working Arrangements:
 

  • The role is regional in nature and may need to participate in calls in different time zones to effectively work with a global team.  Occasional business travel may be required.
  • The role works from the relevant Middle East Worley office location, but flexible working options including a high degree of working from home are available
  • Preferred location is the UAE (Dubai or Abu Dhabi), but candidates from other Middle Eastern countries may be considered.

* Ensure the rides and attractions readiness before time depending on the park operational hours.

* Maintain and ensure that all rides and attractions are safe for all colleagues and guests.

* Respond and resolve call of downtime of the rides and attractions.

* Reduce downtime in the rides and attractions by ensuring that all Preventive Maintenance activities are performed well based on manufacturer’s requirements.

* Responsible in reporting and informing Team Leaders with regards to the issues and concerns that affects the safe operation of all rides and attractions.

* Ensure that all Preventive Maintenance Checklists are completed and submitted to Team Leader on deadline.

* Ensure that all Corrective Maintenance is performed well and eliminate from happening again.

* Attend briefing, training and development program for personal growth.

As an ideal candidate, you must have:

* Electrical or Mechanical Diploma.

* 3+ years’ in maintenance field.
