We’re looking for a Customer Communication Specialist to join our team in Dubai!
Job requirements
YOUR MISSION:
To help our customers have an excellent experience with W1TTY via in-app chat, video calling, email and phone. We are not building another typical call center! We do things differently by using the latest tech and infrastructure to help our Customer Care team assist our users in real time, live!
· Provide world-class customer support via email, phone, and live chat and video calling.
· Understand and assist users on their journey of onboarding, using and being happy with their experience.
· Be creative, friendly, and solution-oriented with customers and colleagues.
· Understand the need to meet expectations, rise above them, and go that extra mile for customers.
· Show a flexible approach working in a changing and fast-growing environment
· Reduce number of interactions by sharing information, updating existing knowledge and
collaborating with other teams.
· Make suggestions and recommendations to Supervisor to continually improve customer service.
KEY SKILLS:
· Customer focus and empathy - you enjoy talking to customers, listening to their needs, and finding solutions to their queries
· Problem-solving skills by working independently and in collaboration with other teams
· Strong verbal and written communication skills and excellent phone or live chat manner
· Fluent in English, both written and verbal
· Ability to multi-task effectively
· Ability to work in a 24/7 support team
· Monitor progress and performance targets
· Open to innovation and changes
· Proven experience in supporting mobile apps, both iOS and Android
