Job Description:

Inspector - Landscape / Irrigation

Abu Dhabi

Job Responsibilities:

Inspect site conditions to ensure suitability for the designed landscape works.

Give practical advise on constructional matters.

Inspect construction, including temporary, works to ensure compliance with approved methods and contract requirements.

Maintain records of inspections, work executed, etc.

Assist in or measure work done when required.

Observe site safety procedures.

Assist in preparation of “as-built” drawings.

Assist with inspection of completed works, prepare sang lists and handover to operating authority.

Qualification:

Degree or Diploma in Civil or Agriculture with 6 years of related experience

At least 5 years of direct landscape work experience in UAE

Must be available in UAE

Should have good English communication skills

Responsibilities

• Prepare financial reports and examine documentation for conformance with accounting principles and requirements. • Prepare monthly journal entries with proper documentation and entry • Prepare reconciliation’s of general ledger account balances, identifying and resolving reconciling items. • Co-ordinates with Finance Department to maintain Receivables Ledger accurately, and with verification practices. • Preparation of / arranging for receipts to record direct bank transfers • Preparation of Sales Credit Notes requested by the regional offices • Preparation of consolidated Sales Report and monthly Sales Report to the manager. • Preparation of the monthly commission report in compliance with the “Approved commission Scheme” • Provides all reports required by the Commercial Manager in a timely manner in order to carry out the credit control functions. • Interacts with customer employees as needed to support financial transaction records. • Arrange to submit invoices received from regional offices to clients as required. • Providing Statement of accounts to respective customers of RCI. • Preparation of Days in receivable Report • Assist Credit Controllers to answer queries in Receivable Records (find and provide past records) • Assist Sales Staff to open up accounts by providing various documents requested by the prospective customers. • Performs other duties as assigned.

Preferred qualifications• Degree in Accounting, Certified Professional Accountant. • 2 years of professional experience. • Solid computer and systems knowledge. • Ability to work under pressure and a pleasant attitude. • Ability to Read, Write, and follow instruction in English language.

Job Responsibilities:

Posting and processing journal entries ensuring that all the business transactions are properly recorded
Update accounts receivable and issue invoices
Update accounts payable and perform reconciliations
Assist in the processing of balance sheets, income statements and other financial statements according to legal and company accounting and financial guidelines
Assist with reviewing of expenses, payroll records etc. as assigned

We are looking for a self-driven and highly collaborative Sales Hunter professional to cover the role of Sr. Account Executive with knowledge of logistics, supply chain management, platform technologies and proven business-to-business sales and account management experience. In this role you will develop and execute a winning platform sales strategy for your assigned territory in the Transportation & Logistics Industry across Middle East region based out of Saudi Arabia or Dubai.

The key to this role is your ability to articulate value, inspire and to sell the HERE Platform for Logistics Vision to Senior Supply Chain and IT Executives. As a trusted advisor and coach, you are the person with the expertise in Enterprise, Business and Technology Architecture that can match customer needs to the capabilities of HERE.

Your Impact

Develop and execute annual business plans for assigned territory, outline clear strategies, tactics, and action plans; build on existing business to deliver revenue growth; drive growth by upselling and closing large deals with new customers and buying centers.
Deliver results to constantly meet quarterly and annual sales targets by creating compelling value propositions and selling long-term collaborative value-roadmaps to innovate and co-create game changing solutions with your customers
Focus on customer engagement: develop strong executive level relationships; build and nurture C-level relationships; map HERE executives to your customer; drive customer excitement; promote HERE’s leadership as location platform for business, detect and develop new opportunities for growth; leverage team to build business cases, and close deals.
Analyze markets, detect targets, engage and win new accounts: understand HERE strength and how it can resolve specific problems or deliver value to the T&L industry; spot low hanging fruits and account targets; drive the sales team to engage in proper value selling approach, and win large deals with new accounts
Be an internal T&L leader and develop harmonious cross group collaboration: engage with all required groups (pre-sales, customer success, professional services, product management, licensing & business operations, legal, revenue marketing, strategic alliances).
Demonstrate Excellence in Execution: ensure top quality business planning, sales forecasting, and reporting (SFDC)
Earn and maintain trusted advisor status for your customers based on deep industry and technology knowledge.

Who are you?

10+ years of business to business sales experience selling complex software, SaaS, or PaaS solutions to large global enterprises with a consistent track record of overachieving bookings and revenue quotas
2+ years of successful experience in selling into Transport & Logistics, SCM solutions, Transportation Management, Supply Chain Visibility, Last Mile Delivery, Driver Facing Applications, etc.
Sales Hunter and Entrepreneurial attitude
Experience developing and presenting business impact, time to value, return on investment combined with excellent executive level written and oral communication skills;
Demonstrated ability to generate, advance, and close large (> €1M+ transaction value), complex software, content, and/or services transactions involving complex interdisciplinary buying centers from developer to C-Level
Ability to motivate and drive a virtual winning including industry, technical pre-sales, product management and commercial support resources as well as HERE management; but still roll up your sleeves to accomplish what needs to be done
Ability to operate in a rapidly-changing, fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment with a cadence of delivering consistent results
Ability to work independently and manage time productively and effectively with a strong sense of urgency to meet deadlines.
Ability to leverage defined sales process and systems to maximize revenue and bookings
Proficiency in MS Office and SFDC
