MAIN PURPOSE OF JOB
Managing the daily operations relating to queries and auditing of data for the purpose of Performance Linked Payments calculations. This role would also be the link between the units and Corporate Office to communicate any new changes or implementation that will affect the Performance Linked Payments Model. Manage the preparation and approval process for Performance Linked Payments in line with company standards and governance policies and principles. Implement and execute any new changes to the PLP Models or standards.
KEY RESPONSIBILITY AREAS
Make sure the correct billing and billing rules was applied to perform the necessary calculations
Manage the analysis, preparation, audit and approval process for monthly PLP calculations and payments in line with company governance and financial standards
Maintain a central registry of Independent Doctors contracts
Manage the preparation and distribution of Physician payment statements
Provide subject matter expertise to business and Physicians related to reward calculation and related queries
Managing of Rewards Team
Generate, analyse and verify revenue reports from the Electronic Health Record System
REQUIRED EDUCATION
A relevant Bachelor’s degree in Commerce/Mathematics/Business Administration or equivalent
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE
At least 5 years' previous experience in a Revenue Cycle Management (RCM)
At least 5 years' previous experience in a financial healthcare environment
Relevant experience with Healthcare Information systems, Billing procedures and revenue cycle management
Basic understanding of payroll systems and physician performance compensation would be a benefit.
