- Assessing customer needs and suggesting appropriate products, services, and/or solutions for retina and posterior segment portfolio.

- Developing and delivering brand awareness and positioning of VitRet portfolio by customer training, and conducting product demonstrations according to market opportunities.

- Identifying and contacting prospective customers (ophtalmologists) and develop new advocates for surgical portfolio.

- Enhance skills and competencies with proper tracking for elevating surgeon's skills by using our latest technology on the OR.

- VitRet manager will be responsible for implementing the regional marketing strategy aligning with the key priorities and potential segments identified by brand managers.

- VitRet manager will be responsible for central and eastern region to achieve the assigned KPIs by working closely with our main distributors and suppliers to ensure the best service provided by Alcon for ophtalmology field.

Profile :

Years of experience : minimum 3 years of experience.

Education : Bioengineering or medical field related background.

Location : Riyadh

Demand Planning Manager, Mars, Jeddah, KSA

 The associate will support the business in building and developing a rolling Forecast which will support the overall decision making. The Planner will build a holistic view and overall understanding of the business and therefore support the cycle in making better decisions.

What are we looking for?

• High caliber which has a strong planning background
• 5-7 years experience in FMCG field specifically in Planning ( preferred in Demand Planning )

What will be your key responsibilities?

• Manage demand reviews and feed the Sales & Operating Planning & Strategy Deployment (S&OP+) process on a demand group level
• Support the channel development in the customer meeting by running R&O simulation and provide the GL views by demand group.
• Develop a statistical Forecasting reviews and provide a 26 periods by demand group by SKU.
• Attend MEA marketing meetings (ATG’s) for activities management and be the custodian of volume and value uplifts.
• Manage & maintain periodical forecast on JG as to be the sole output of the statistical 0-26 period. 
• Liaise with sales and marketing the inputs of local & central activities on JG.
• Ensure that the short-term plan reflects the market potential, and be able to understand & explain deviations from Plan and/or latest Review of Business.
• Ensure an independent, non-biased and robust forecast that is agreed by all stakeholders.
• Drive the continuous improvement of the market reviews and the DMR.
• Coordinate with Finance and Supply to ensure submission of the most accurate revenue target for the market and lead gap closing discussions with the customer marketing and sales teams.

We require Senior Piping Material Engineer with Minimum experience 12 to 15 years Piping Material Engineering

 

Should be able to develop,check and approve

1. Piping Material specification
2. Piping Component ( pipes/.fittings/ valves/ gaskets/ b & N)  specifications
3. Piping Special materials like strainers, hose, ESD valves  expansion joints etc.
4. Tech. Bid Analysis,
5. Vendor document reviews etc.

SHELL Experience with DEPs is required

What you will bring

 

Technical and Industry Experience  

• Highly effective technical and practical engineering skills and ability to consistently deliver quality, accurate and timely work to Worley and its customers.
• A sound knowledge of the fundamental requirements of the piping engineering, and the basic requirements of other engineering fields.
• A sound knowledge of applicable local and international standards and statutory and regulatory requirements.
• Competent use of piping engineering specific software.
• Competent use of relevant software such as MS Office Suite.
• Substantial technical land practical experience in piping engineering in the same or similar industry including experience in working in multi-disciplinary projects and teams. 

Education – Qualifications, Accreditation, Training

 

Required:

• A recognised and relevant engineering degree.

Preferred:

• Chartered Professional Engineer (CPEng) status.
• Relevant postgraduate qualifications in engineering, management, project management or supervisory qualifications or equivalent.

Qualification

• Engineering Degree/Diploma in Electrical or Mechanical.
  

Experience

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Maintenance Supervisor in Steel Fabrication Company.
• GCC experience is preferable

• Expertise in planning plant maintenance operations
• Expertise in equipment & machinery maintenance in a fabrication/galvanizing plant.
• Excellent knowledge & exposure to Electrical, Mechanical, Hydraulic machines and overhead cranes.
