The Role:

• Two years' relevant retail experience

• A local license to practice pharmacy

• Fluency in English (Arabic an advantage).

To meet Kitopi's goals, as a Assistant Manager - Quality Assurance, you have to oversee and control all quality control activities (hygiene, sanitation) in accordance with identified quality assurance standards, company procedures, client specifications, and contract requirements.

What You'll Do

    • Carry out daily inspections on the premises to ensure all stakeholders are adhering to regulation safety standards and periodically check functionality and optimisation of all appliances on the premises and troubleshoot if the need arises.
    • Lead and direct sanitisation team and ensure they are following strict safety standards.
    • Provide support and investigation when clients raise compliants about food quality related matters.
    • Lead projects involving the adoption and integration of new appliances in the premises.
    • To initiate communication with service providers to ensure all Kitopi operations are fully supported.
    • Enforce a strict compliance to Saudi Arabia municipality codes in the work place and play a supportive role in any new initiatives or expansion plans that require implementation of kitchen appliances.
    • To manage and oversee kitchen staff shift schedules.

What Are We Looking For?

    • BSc. Food Tech or Microbiology background or any science related course.
    • Minimum 5 years' experience as quality control in a catering company is a must.
    • Level 3 HACCP and Food Safety for catering certified.
    • Leadership and team working skills within own area and across the business.
    • Effective usage of data analysis tools.
    • With a strong personality and can handle high-pressure situations.
    • With experience in handling Local Municipality Inspections or any type of food safety audits.
    • Driving license holder.

Parsons is now hiring a CADD Draftsman for our rapidly expanding portfolio of projects.    Parsons extensive experience in this field combined with your knowledge and developing technical skills will propel your career forward.
 

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

The CADD Draftsman performs basic to moderately-difficult design/drafting assignments requiring a working knowledge of design/drafting standards, practices, and techniques. 

Under the general direction of a higher-level Designer/Drafter, the incumbent at this level typically takes engineering notes, specifications, rough sketches, etc., and formalizes them into working drawings. 

Assignments are designed to develop a practical knowledge of equipment, facilities, and systems, and their interrelationships within a particular engineering discipline.

Utilizes a CAD workstation to prepare engineering drawings consisting of basic arrangements, layouts, flow sheets, assemblies, isometrics, etc., from rough sketches and/or from general engineering and design information according to established standards and procedures.

Utilizes technical manuals and directives to ensure compliance with codes and company policies.  Becomes familiar with various standards and codes such as ANSI, PFI, and ASME.

Compiles data and performs dimensional and routine calculations required for the preparation of drawings.  

Understands how to read orthographic (2D) and/or isometric (3D) designs and supplier/manufacturer drawings.

EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS

Diploma with at least 3 years experience in Computer Aided Drafting drawings, knowledge in engineering software and special drawing programs such as AutoCAD 3D, Revit, Photoshop, RIFF, etc. Preferably with experience in 2D and 3D programs.
