The Marketing Automation Lead Consultant is a key position that supports the Business Unit’s with designing their CRM strategy and take ownership of the creation & maintenance of their customer's journeys. 

 

 

The Marketing Automation Lead Consultant is an opportunity to join our expanding Marketing Cloud Practice and would suit a profile with considerable experience, we’re looking for someone who is capable of mapping the customer journey across the different lifecycle stages for brands across different business units and who can  support effective customer engagement in an omni-channel, diverse market environment by learning and applying knowledge of the business and data insights 

What you’ll do :  

 

  • Strategize with the BUs by assessing the existing journeys, conducting gap analysis and devising new customer journeys that cover all the lifecycle stages in line with the BU needs.  These include onboarding, nurturing, reactivation and retention. Driving them to use this framework and set quarterly objectives. 

 

  • Brief and manage necessary stakeholders to gather all elements of the campaigns (target segments, creatives, content) and regular performance assessment. Outline all the use cases and the project roadmap 

 

  • Establish and drive the adoption of best practices in campaign creation and execution. Build campaign templates in line with industry best practices. 

 

  • Ensure proper customer data collection and management at all stages of the customers journey; create and utilize performance metrics to provide timely, actionable feedback on what is and is not working. Drive constant improvement through data-based decision-making 

 

  • Provide strategy and feedback on how the marketing automation platform should be best utilized 

 

  • Phase wise implementation of the customer journey use cases, end to end campaign execution, template setup, trigger testing,  A/B testing and control groups. 

 

  • Monitor and analyze the performance of the automated campaigns and use these analytics to make informed decisions. 

 

  • Take ownership of the Marketing Automation platform continuum, get the input of relevant stakeholders to update the scorecards that measure the usage of the platform, set objectives for each quarter and monitor progress. Drive this on a quarterly basis for all BUs 
  • BU education & training. Summary of the Marketing Automation platform updates and present relevant items to the Bus.

 Drives Digital Marketing Plans for Hotel

  • Assists to strategise and execute the hotel’s digital marketing communication plan.

 Management of Websites and Microsites

  • Ensures SEO and SEM synergies across all websites.
  • Drives e-commerce through data analytics and marketing strategies.

Develops Marketing Plans for Luxury Consortias, OTAS and GDS

  • Works hand in hand with Revenue Management on management of OTAs communications.
  • Oversees collaborations and maximises marketing opportunities with Luxury Consortias, ensuring accurate and timely communication onto platforms.

Drives Social Media Awareness

  • Manages, supervises and/or creates content for all of the hotel’s social media platforms and drives engagement.
  • Management of social media agencies to ensure optimisation of content engagement. 
  • Develops a social media influencer programme for all areas of the hotel.
  • Identifies potential social media influencers and executes programme to drive hotel’s awareness in the social media space.

Manages Hotel's Online Reputation

  • Oversees online reputation management through reviewing responses for hotel across multiple platforms in a timely manner.

Other Responsibilities

  • Reviews and identifies digital partnership opportunities to support hotel’s operations and business objectives. 
  • Manages digital reporting tools for hotel and communicates reports internally as well as supervises action plans for improvements where needed.

Your experience and skills include:

  • Bachelor Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or equivalent.
  • Detailed understanding of digital marketing and social media landscape.
  • Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in digital marketing for service industry. Relevant experience in hospitality industry an advantage.
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Office.
  • Detailed knowledge of video and photo editing tools.
  • Oral fluency in English and Mandarin with written excellence in English. Ability to speak other language and / or basic understanding of other languages an advantage.

JOB PURPOSE:

The purpose of this job is to support Residential, Commercial & infrastructure Facilities managers to manage the assets under his scope ( hard and soft services) in accordance to the contracts and regulatory and industry standards. Which may include but limited to complying the performance management system of the contract, by implementing KPI and SLAS

 

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

Description

 

Contract Management:

Responsible to manage the day to day part of the contracts by ensure all site visits and auditing work is completed as per the performance management system of the contract. And evaluate and extra work against the contract. And validate invoices

 

Site Works:

  • Assist to manage overall FM service delivery efficiently for residential and commercial.
  • Assist to set budget and delivery on time.
  • Deliver 90% KPIs monthly.
  • Carryout regulatory compliance audits to ensure assets are in line with local authority regulations.
  • Carryout monthly building audits.
  • Carryout quarterly HSE audits.
  • Monthly IVIVA cost approvals and audit.
  • Managing variable jobs third party contractors.
  • Creating PRs in ARIBA.

Verification of Invoice and Payment release:

Receive and review with FM in charge all invoices submitted for payment by the service providers. Obtain inter FM department approval on the completion of the work and ensure that invoices have the necessary back up documentation.  

Inter Departmental Communication

Communicating with a number of departments to ensure job requests are processed from conception through to completion is critical to prevent delays in the commencement of work and processing of invoices

Risk Management

Conduct and review risk assessment and enforce / design mitigation plan to manage the risk

Management Report

Collate relevant information and produce reports for FM management team to advice on status of assets and any challenges that need to be mitigated.

Energy management and monitoring of utility spends

Monitoring daily operation for energy efficiencies and verification of utility spends on monthly basis.

Ad-hoc tasks

 Support the facilities management team with any related to the assets and coordination tasks if the business requires.

QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, & SKILLS:

Minimum Qualifications and Knowledge: Degree or diploma in engineering.

 

Minimum Experience:

5 years’ experience in supervisory work in facility management.

3 years Excel / MS Office experience

2 years in Auto CAD or similar CAD software

Job-Specific Skills:

Accuracy and on time reporting

Technical evaluation of challenges and site and devise solution to mitigate

Accuracy in handling all administrative tasks, such as tracking documents, work orders and payments

Effective written, verbal and listening communication skills.

Ability to multi task

Excellent interpersonal skills.

Technical Support delivers responsive and reliable solutions to Milestone Partners through application of knowledge of Milestone organization, services and products. What you will do in a typical day at Milestone

  • Delivery of Professional Services (installation, configuration, systems audit, troubleshooting, etc.); delivery may be remote or onsite, thus requiring travel

  • Deliver Technical Support services when required, for Milestone software and appliances.
  • Accurate submittal of business expenses for the month to Operations Planners/Finance at the end of each job.

  • Promote Professional services.
  • Maintain a working understanding of Milestone software and hardware solutions.

  • Manage personal travel itinerary

How you can match

  • Degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering or equivalent experience
  • Native-level verbal and excellent written communication skills in English
  • At least 5 years' work experience providing technical support for external clients
  • Demonstrate good analytical problem-solving capabilities
  • Experience with remote service delivery and troubleshooting
  • Experience with PC hardware and software installation, configuration, and troubleshooting
  • Good understanding of IP Network technologies and experience in administering Windows OS
  • Knowledge of Microsoft AD user/group authentication
  • Good technical understanding and practical experience with Microsoft Windows Server operat-ing systems
  • Knowledge of Wireshark (or equivalent tool)
  • SQL Express Management Studio knowledge
  • Strong technical knowledge of Milestone products.
