We would like to inform you that we have an urgent requirement for Junior HSE Risk Advisor for our GHD Abu Dhabi office. We are looking out for people who have rich experience in HSEIA into Oil & Gas petrochemical industry.
Experience & Knowledge & Skills and Job Responsibilities:
- Minimum three (3) to five (5) years relevant experience in HSE risk management and technical & process safety engineering in the Oil and Gas HSE consultancy, specializing in onshore/offshore major projects safety design and loss prevention development.
- The applicant must have experience in HSEIA & Risk management studies, i.e., QRA, FERA, EERA, ESSA, CFDs, TRA, Smoke ingress, H2S zoning, performance standards, HSECES register, ERP and Fire & Gas mapping study, etc.
- The applicant must have hands-on experience with risk management tools like the latest SAFETI, PHAST, PHA Pro, Bow-tie, Flaresim, DETECT 3D, etc. Software tools.
- The applicant must have experience scribing the workshop and preparing TOR, workshop reports of such as, HAZOP, HAZID, Bowtie, ISD, SIMOPS, MOPO, PHSER, PSSR and ALARP, etc.
- The applicant must have experience in executing the safety studies requirements like scenario identification & mark-ups, frequency calculations, parts counts, inventory calculations, developing the ability to prepare draft technical reports, etc.
- Conversant with Local (ADNOC), National and International HSE Regulations, Codes, and Standard.
- The applicant should have effective verbal and written communication skills, experience with word, sexcel, and PowerPoint presentation.
- Ensure confidentiality of communications and company information as well as respect the privacy of sensitive personnel data.
- The applicant will be involved in executing HSEIA safety studies and close working relationships with respective team members.
- To provide a full coordination role for the project & operational HSEIA studies activities and support line manager and seniors to execute the project deliverables.
- Ensuring the support processes and project-related documentation on the server (up to date) that are required for the HSEIA studies.
- Plan, supervise, and coordinate all activities assigned by the line manager and senior team members to meet project objectives.
- Participate in preparing the draft technical proposals by tenderers for new proposals.
Minimum Qualification:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or any related engineering discipline, with strong technical background preferably Chemical & HSE Oil & Gas Industry.
Professional Certifications:
Membership in a recognized International Safety Engineering Organization & Process Safety Professional or any relevant certifications is preferable.
