ABOUT THE TEAM 
You will join our world class global presales team as part of SAP Industries & Customer Advisory (ICA) supporting the Automotive and Manufacturing Industry Cloud Architect Industry Business Unit (IBU).  You will be part of a cross-functional SWAT team covering business development, industry cloud architecture, solution management, services and partner ecosystem for Industry Cloud GTM in the EMEA region. The overall mission of the team is to drive the incubation of new Industry Cloud solutions at the customer and pave the way for a successful GTM at mass scale.

YOUR FUTURE ROLE 

As Industry Cloud Architect, you are a key contributor within a regional cross-functional Industry Cloud SWAT team. You will shape the architecture strategy and technical design of SAP Industry Cloud solutions jointly with our development organization and IBU. At the same time, you will drive co-innovation and support select opportunities with a small set of early customers based on their business strategy and desired outcome. A major focus of your role will be to ensure the customer is successful and referenceable, but also that the solution(s) are successful in the market as they transition to scale.

Your main responsibilities will be to:

  • Work closely with the account team to understand customer strategy and requirements to achieve a defined business outcome and derive possible Industry Cloud use cases
  • Facilitate the Virtual Account Team (VAT) including Presales, Industry and Value Advisory, IBU and Partners in positioning Industry Cloud as a strategic enabler and getting buy-in on co-innovation initiatives
  • Support concrete Industry Cloud opportunities and provide subject matter expertise by addressing questions related to roadmap, architecture and technology
  • Support IBU and Product Engineering by feeding back customer requirements and early deployment experience to constantly refine solution strategy, design and architecture
  • Collaborate with regional and global teams focused on Industry Cloud to ensure we have the proper demos, prototypes, video assets and enablement in place that will allow SAP to scale the positioning of these offerings in the years to come
  • Stay current on SAP roadmap, architecture strategy, customer successes, and value proposition across SAP’s solution portfolio in the respective industry
  • Work with customers, colleagues and partners across different time zones in a global role 

 

YOUR PROFILE

  • Minimum 8 - 10 years in relevant consulting/ presales roles
  • Minimum 3 years supporting and leading complex customer engagements (preferably in the required Industry(s))
  • Deep knowledge of assigned industry including future trends, business processes and solution capabilities required
  • In-depth understanding of SAP strategy, solution portfolio and technology in the assigned industry
  • Leadership skills in driving complex customer engagements to define the target state roadmap and architecture in context of value and business outcomes
  • Strong presentation and communication skills, combined with an entrepreneurial, creative and innovative mindset
  • Self-starter; motivated to learn and problem solve through complex challenges
  • Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred

Fabric Maintenance Coordinator, Oceaneering, Dubai, UAE

Position Summary

 

Fabric maintenance coordination of all activities in collaboration with client Asset Integrity group. Manage SIM / FM database. Covers all aspects of asset fabric condition eg coatings, insulation, passive fire protection, tertiary equipment (handrails, gratings, unistrut etc) Ensure integrity risks associated with external corrosion and fabric degradation are assessed, categorised and repair prioritised as per client's procedures.

Duties & Responsibilities

 

ESSENTIAL

  • Manage the FM contractor to ensure effective implementation of all FM work-scopes (all coatings, insulation, flange protection etc.).
  • implement FM programs
  • Work with Integrity and Inspection positions to ensure appropriate inspection programs are implemented as part of the FM work-scopes.
  • Co-ordinate offshore FM contractor activities.
  • Work with Integrity and Inspection positions to develop inspection strategies and programs to address threats to the assets ‘fabric’ integrity e.g. handrails and gratings; uni-strut; brackets etc. in line with industry best practice
  • Responsible for the development and implementation of‘ tertiary’ equipment maintenance/replacement programs.
  • Work with the Integrity Engineer to develop an integrated insulation removal and inspection program  (in support of the CUI strategy).
  • Prepare work packs or survey documentation for offshore surveyors
  • Prepare FM reports at client request
  • Collect and submit worksheets and offshore timesheets
  • Review and extract information from inspection and survey reports
  • Record data in database as per the SIM process

NON-ESSENTIAL

  • The list of job duties is not exclusive or exhaustive and the post holder will be required to undertake tasks that may reasonably be expected within the scope of the post
  • Assist with any other duties as and when required
  • Undertake specific projects as instructed by management

This position is considered OFFICE WORK, with occasional OFFSHORE trips to support inspectors.

 

OFFICE WORK – open plan office environment

OFFSHORE TRIPS - Outdoors and indoors, as well as over/near water. Remote work site with camp accommodation, facilities. Requires working on or near moving equipment and vibrating equipment. Frequently the humidity is above 90%, noise is over 85 decibels and the light is intense/glare. Potential exposure to open fire/flames/sparks. Constant exposure to airborne dust, fumes, and gases. Work surface is stable, height is elevated. Confined space or cramped spaces. Travel could be by ferry, workboat, taxi, train, bus, plane, helicopter. Work at height from elevated platforms or scaffold. Use of hand tools, gauges and meters.

Job Description

The Ochestrator - You will engage your digital and operational skills to coordinate multiple in-person, digital and hybrid events, delivering world class content to a world class standard. As well as focusing on client coordination and management.

You will be involved in every aspect of the event delivery, to ensure success and reduce barriers for the delivery of exceptional content. You will provide support and guidance to subject matter experts so that they can efficiently deliver their story.

Your future KPIs will be aligned to creating and launching powerful digital products, that will help us to build powerful communities and engaged audiences.

You will be responsible for end to end event delivery (pre, during and post event) from a planning, operations and project management perspective.

  • Sponsorship Coordination
    You will be able to be the operations liaison between the company and our clients. You will also be able to effectively communicate, coordinate and meet sponsors operational expectations.
     
  • High level speaker management and communication
    You will coordinate directly with speakers from our programmes for the purpose of onboarding, familiarizing with our platforms - potentially recording content and/or livestreaming.
     
  • Livestreaming
    You will be trained on the usage of our livestreaming tools and will need to be able to comfortably stream and manage the streaming of our speakers’ content
     
  • Online events platform management
    You will be trained as a subject matter expert across the variety of digital events platforms we use and will be familiar with the functions and usage of each one.
