Synopsis

Collate, analyze and present research and analysis, assist in complex analyses and support in scenarios and roadmap definition to provide the business with fact based action plans.

Accountabilities

SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES

Receive, process, and respond to daily enquiries on a wide range of services by providing timely and high quality support to internal / external customers to meet their requirement

Receive and analyse issues or complaints to ensure they are solved or addressed in the most effective manner

Support customers on a wide range of generic services following established policies and procedure to ensure customer needs are met in the most effective manner

Coordinate and escalate complex or specialized enquiries to responsible teams to ensure ad hoc support is provided

Work closely with supervisors to improve the execution of assigned activities

Track major customer complaints and report key issues to supervising colleagues

Interact with internal teams to ensure consistent and reliable customer service

Provide customers with dedicated support according to policies and procedures to ensure compliance to regulations and risks mitigation

Identify and highlight potential areas of improvement to support continuous improvement of service and/or operations

Proactively perform a wide range of assigned and emerging activities to ensure compliance with the established standards and procedures and high level of customer service

Education & Experience

EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE

1- Have basic knowledge of Sabre Inventory, Pricing and Revenue Integrity
2- Have a minimum 4 years' experience in the Commercial division
3- Have an understanding of working with Groups Sales optimizer system

 Project Summary:

The project is scheduled in phases consists of Enabling Works and New PTB, divided in 11 different main packages including the construction of a new building for Arrivals and Departures, expansion of the existing terminal, Apron works, increase in parking stands, Baggage Handling System and the development of the road network leading to the airport.  Parsons’ services include, but not limited to, design and scope management, project management, planning support services, construction management.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Oversee and coordinate with client on HSE planning and execution issues during all phases of the project lifecycle.

• Review and comment on contractors HSE plan and reports.

• Prepare site audit reports, make and follow-up on recommendations.

• Develop and conduct HSE training per work site and client requirements. 

• Implement HSE personnel competency assessments.  Monitor the safety performance of construction management team and contractors on site.

• Participate in internal safety reviews and site audits/inspections. Prepare site safety reports. 

• Manage and oversee project quality to ensure compliance to codes, standards, regulations, equipment specific specifications, and quality management system (QMS) requirements.

• Witness testing as required by the contract and the job specifications and submit reports on the testing that was witnessed.

• Prepare non-conformance reports and assist in developing corrective actions.

• Perform other responsibilities associated with this position as may be appropriate.

Requirements:

• Must hold a B. Sc. in Engineering from a recognized university or college.

• Minimum 10 years of experience in managing all HSE matters on large to mega infrastructure/building programs.

• Has experience in airports (aerodrome) industry. GCC experience is preferred.

• Must be fluent and be able to effectively communicate in both spoken and written English.

• Additional certificates or qualifications in Health and Safety would be preferred.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering and 10+ years of related work experience. Airport experience is a plus..

• Proficiency in utilizing CAD and other PC software packages typically associated with engineering is required

Responsibilities:

• Planning and Scheduling: Implements and maintains the Planning/Scheduling portion of PICS.  Understands and applies engineering, procurement, and construction terminology, concepts, and relationships.  Develops and maintains critical path logic networks and bar charts utilizing this information.

• Analyzes, evaluates, and forecasts current status against an established baseline schedule.  Assesses the impact(s) of design or construction changes and schedule slippages.  Reports schedule status to all levels of project and Company management as well as to the Client.

• Provides computer input and performs analytical review of reports generated.

• Accumulates and accesses historical data, such as performance experience, for use in maintaining a realistic basis for future planning and forecasting. May provide guidance, direction, and specialized assistance to others in the resolution of project control problems.

• Must work with project managers and project controls manager in the areas of planning and scheduling. 

• Must understand and interpret contract specifications to accordingly prepare and review construction schedules. 

• Must collect and report on project schedules identifying and assisting in analysis of project schedule variances and assist in the development of corrective action.     

• Performs other responsibilities associated with this position as may be appropriate. 

Qualifications:  

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Construction Management (or related field) as well as 10+ years of related work experience, or equivalent work experience required.

• Experience working in Airport project is required.

• Assignments require the working knowledge of various software used in the Project Controls Department, such as Excel, Primavera, and Document and Materials Controls System (DMCS).
