1. Roles & Responsibilities:
2. Social Media: To assist the PR & Marketing Specialist in all activities related to the social media platforms that LOYAC utilizes to reach its stakeholders. This includes updating and maintaining the accounts, responding to comments and direct messages, and analyzing any data that is compiled from these platforms in a report format that can be shared with the Communications Manager.
3.  Press: To draft press releases in both Arabic and English regarding different programs and activities.
4.  Marketing Materials: To ensure that all Marketing Materials are completed on time and follow brand guidelines and quality.
5.  Marketing Plans: The Coordinator must liaise with other departments and help the PR & Marketing Specialist in setting an annual marketing plan and calendar.
6.  Outreach: The Coordinator must represent LOYAC at different events and activities, e.g. school/university fairs.
7. The Communications Coordinator is to complete tasks that may have not been listed above but are related to their role and are requested by the PR & Marketing Specialist

Minimum Requirement :

1. Bachelor Degree in Marketing or related field is required
2. Between 0-2 years of experience in Marketing is required

Procurement and Sourcing activities for NOV Kuwait. Execute and Manage logistics for NOV Kuwait Joint Venture Entity.  

Job Description & Tasks.

Procurement and Sourcing;

• Negotiate prices and terms with suppliers to meet specified quality, delivery, and cost objectives.
• Ensure NOV JV P&S adherence to NOV Supplier Agreements and contracts.
•  Conduct requests for information, quotation, proposal (RFI/Q/P) and bidding processes, minimizing risks and maximizing value in terms of quality, delivery and cost.
• Evaluate current and prospective suppliers through supplier reviews, site visits  and audits, in coordination with quality teams, to assure supply capabilities, on-time delivery, quality and service.
• Execute contract negations and development in coordination legal and subject matter experts.
• Identify opportunities and implement actions to continually reduce wasted time, cost, and resources from assigned tasks.
• Onboard qualified suppliers after implementing proper vetting process.  
• Comply with NOV and local procedures applicable to job function. 
• Support Sales on Business opportunities, tenders, RFQ, RFP by sourcing material required.
• Source and procure material and services required for customer-related events and liaise with sales and GM accordingly.

 

Execute and Manage logistics.

• Provide on-time logistics at cost-competitive costs to operations.
• Manage domestic movements of equipment.
• Optimize Equipment utilization, select the most cost-effective routings, and secure delivery as per the established service level.
• Analyze import and export documentation for incoming and outgoing shipments and ensure accuracy of documentation as per compliance standards and as per local requirements.
• Ensure Duty tariffs are correctly applied.
• Follow up on international movements and ensure continuous improvements on Time Delivery
• Ensure full compliance with TCC as per NOV standards and any queries or deviations are immediately reported.
• Manage light vehicle requests to ensure full optimization.
• Ensure proper freight and customs cost allocation in P&L, through proper tracking of costs and introduction of systemized processes to ensure P&L integrity.

 

 Manage & Optimize Inventory:

• Execute product and material handling and movements within the warehouse in compliance with established policies, procedures, and standards.
• Maintain inventory accuracy, both physically and in the warehouse management system.
• Provide support on the planning and stock replenishment activities.
• Proactively monitor and implement local strategies to reduce excess and ageing stock (specifically aim for reduction of DSOH and slow-moving indicators).

Experience and Education:

• Degree level qualification preferred but not essential.
• Minimum of High School Diploma
• Ability to work independently and adapt to a fast-changing environment
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel and Word.
• Or 1-3 years of relevant experience - preferred 
• Accounting or Finance background - preferred

• Strong oral and written communication skills. Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
• Willingness to travel
