 Job Description

To perform maintenance for equipment in assigned work areas as per supervisor direction in order to ensure all machines are running up to standard operational performance and minimal downtime

Description

  • Implements maintenance for assigned orders to ensure equipment issues are solved on time with minimal downtime
  • Maintains tool kits used for maintenance operations to ensure readiness for any maintenance requests without any time loss due to missing or broken tools
  • Preserves equipment by providing troubleshooting to ensure- equipment performance is reliable and meets expectations
  • Retains accurate records to ensure device history record and quality documents are accurate, all parts are traceable, and issues can be addressed
  • Performs simple preventive maintenance to avoid any issues that interrupt the operating process
  • Executes simple mechanic skills to troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic and repair of production/packaging machines
  • Documents activities supporting maintenance best practices to ensure that continuous improvement activities have adequate and reliable data for analysis
  • Reads and interprets equipment manuals and work orders to instill the knowledge required to perform maintenance and service procedures
  • Identifies and implements new ideas that will improve efficiency of the systems and/or the processes
  • Detects simple faulty operations and materials to report those and any unusual situations to proper supervision
  • Assists in the preparation of timely and accurate reports of Engineering to meet company and department requirements, policies and standards
  • Complies with all relevant safety, quality and environmental management policies, procedures and controls to ensure a healthy and safe work environment.

 

Qualifications:

  • Diploma degree in HVAC, Mechanical, Electrical
  • Minimum Experience:  0-2 years in pharmaceutical companies or relevant experiences.

Job Purpose

To process transactions as per customer request which includes Remittances, Cash, Cheques and other financial transactions in accordance with the guidelines provided by the Company with accuracy and efficiency. To ensure that the transactions and documentation process is in line with both the internal and regulatory compliance requirements.

Job Responsibilities

Customer Satisfaction / Service Standards

  • Meet and Greet customers at Counter / Lobby area, and thank them for their business
  • Provide service to Retail and Commercial customers as per established ARIE standards
  • Communicate regulations and norms regarding transactions in a professional manner
  • Provide advice and guidance about ARIE Products & Services to customers as and when necessary
  • Achieve minimum 'Wait' time and 'Serve' time and aim for reducing the TAT on a continuous basis
  • Lead customers to relevant department/persons for Query Resolutions, Special Deals and other such activities

 

Financial / Sales

  • Ensure optimal profit margins are maintained for transactions
  • Solicit referrals and initiate cross-selling opportunities to existing customers
  • Actively convert walk-in customers to IntroCard holders.
  • Explore opportunities to increase customer base, transaction number, Revenue per transaction & customer and overall operational revenue performance to meet the overall objectives

 

Operations / Controls

  • Handle Foreign Currency, Remittances, and other customer transactions as required by the Corporate or WPS customer or the Retail customer and as  assigned by the Branch Management / department manager, with zero defects
  • Ensure assigned work activities are carried out as per Company policies and procedures
  • Ensure Cash Handling is done as per Company policy, and Cash Balance at assigned 'Till' is accurately tailed and appropriately handled as instructed by the Branch Management
  • Report any anomalies such as under/Overs to concerned superior immediately
  • Exercise due diligence in processes related to customer transactions to ensure risk mitigation and adherence to relevant AML procedures and KYC initiatives
  • Identify improvement areas & propose constructive changes to achieve operational excellence
  • Ensure documentation and the transaction process is in compliance with both the internal and regulatory requirement

Job Requirements

Qualifications

  • Graduate or equivalent in any related field

 

Experience

  • 2 years of prior experience as a Cashier/Teller
  • Previous exposure to large volume of cash handling is an added advantage

The Responsibilities 

Administration
  • Enhance and coordinate the university sports and physical recreation programs
  • Coordinate and create intercollegiate sports teams for a range of sports.
  • Initiate and maintain all necessary UAE ministry registrations for sports competitions.
  • Represent the university, when needed, with Higher Education Sports Federation (HESF) and HESF Emirate technical committee.  
  • Develop an intramural and physical recreational and sports program that provides informal opportunities for self-directed fitness and sport, structured events, tournaments, meets and leagues, sports clubs, lessons, clinics and workshops, special sport and recreation events, outdoor programs and events, and fitness and training programs.
  • Maintain records of all of sport, team and individual, and physical recreation and prepare and present reports when needed.

Coaching
  • Coach and supervise at least one team sports or individual sports program.
  • Plan a annual comprehensive team training plan in line with the intercollegiate sports season.

Fitness
  • Develop and supervise the fitness program and group exercise classes.

  • Plan and organize special events and activities for students by assessing student interest.

  • Perform other duties as instructed by the line manager. 
The Requirements 
  • Must possess a minimum of a bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in Kinesiology, Sports Management, Exercise Science, Physical Education or an equivalent qualification. Candidates must have a minimum of 4 years of experience in the areas of Sports, Fitness, physical recreation or an equivalent combination of education, skill or experience.
  • Must possess intramural, recreation and sports experience as well as strong student activities programming.
Desired or preferred requirements:
  • Coaching Certificate in aquatics, football or racquet sports.
  • Coaching Certificate in group exercise classes or personal training.
  • Experience working in the academic environment.

Synopsis

This role reports to the Plan to Product lead. The Product Owner PSS Customer Intelligence is responsible for managing different Customer Data products (including but not limited to TDNA, DIH, CSX..) delivered by the PSS provider and their interaction with Etihad platform. The product owner primary goal is to ensure the product meets Etihad requirements considering delivery costs and deadlines.

This role covers the process from defining the desirable product, addressing gaps between required product and PSS provider offer, optimising the delivery including change management and defining test and launch requirement.

This role will have a customer-centric mindset and act as the representative of Etihad business throughout the product lifecycle within and beyond the PSS programme. They will leverage stakeholder input, data driven insight, market research to continuously understand market and customer needs.

Accountabilities

  • Responsible for working with the business, PSS Provider counterparts and partners to develop and communicate the roadmap for the integration of PSS with Etihad Customer Data products and ensure the entire team understands how features will be delivered over time
  • Work with other product and delivery managers, including but not limited about PSS, Loyalty, DIH (Agility platform), CRM as well as Enterprise Data teams to align on approach, solutions and plans.  
  • Work with the Solution Architects, Cyber Security, Ethics and Compliance to define and maintain the Non-Functional Requirements.
  • Define test requirements and test scenarios, support and assist testing teams.
  • Facilitate regular demos, ensure the most critical aspects are shown to the stakeholders for review and approval
  • Actively participate and contribute to internal and external meetings and ceremonies with PSS provider, partners, and Etihad teams. Support the progress through status reports, Kanban and other tracking tools.
  • Responsible for regular progress updates, managing dependencies, risks and issues

Education & Experience

  • 6+ years’ experience as a Product Owner/Manager designing and launching high quality software products with related to airline technology and more specifically data.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent is mandatory
  • Certified Product Manager (CPM), Agile Certified Product Manager (ACPM) or equivalent is desirable
  • Experience with Agile development methodologies including SAFe, Scrum and Lean Portfolio Management
  • Demonstrated success in defining vision and strategy, delivering, and launching a technical product
  • Experience of the full product cycle, integrating customer feedback into product requirements and driving prioritisation
  • Experience in using design thinking tools, including personas, empathy maps, journey maps and story maps
  • Customer-centric mindset with experience of placing the customer at the centre of every decision
  • Recognised as an active team player, with excellent communication and coordination skills as this role requires working with multiple teams across the organisation
