 Key Accountabilities: 

  • Works with QCM colleagues and QM centralised functions to identify and establish policies, strategies and procedures, in line with QM’s policies and guidelines and ensures their successful executi
  • Establish policies and procedures to ensure a positive and effective experience for visitors
    • Admissions procedures (Families, schools, special groups, contractors, professional visitors etc. etc.)
    • Health and Safety Policies
    • Risk Assessment Procedures
    • Lost child procedures
    • Emergency evacuation procedures
    • Etc.
  • Commissioning / oversee implementation Museum Personalisation framework system
  • Commission / oversee implementation of Point of sales and Bookings systems in line with QM’s policies and guidelines and ensures their successful execution
  • Liaise with centralized departments as appropriate
  • Identify and support development of roles, job descriptions and team structure for front-of-house team
  • Identify and support development of recruitment, training and personnel development strategy for front-of-house team
  • Ensure all Front of House staffing levels and training requirements are met for opening
Qualifications/Requirements: 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint, and internet based research
  • Commitment to and enthusiasm for service directed toward a diverse audience and public
  • Strong problem solving skills
  • Excellent communication skills with fluency in Arabic and English
  • Previous experience in the development of policies and procedures relating to service delivery

Role Purpose:


In-charged along with the flight dispatcher the task of planning and flight safety monitoring.

Key Activities
·       The Assistant Flight Dispatcher perform a group of related activities along with the dispatcher that interact to achieve a particular objective, quality of work performed by the assistant with regards to accuracy, timeliness and completeness are vital and merit high priority. .
·       Ensure complies with both regulatory and company  policies and processes, practices and systems, and maintain  high standard of work and work ethic.
Ensure that flight documents such as CFP, dispatch release and ATC flight plan are sent on time to flynas concerned personnel offices at stations where fresh flight crew are originated, and/or ATC FPL has to be filed with their local ATS authority.
