About the Job:
An opportunity has arisen for a Marketing Executive to join the preoping Jumeirah Bahrain. The main duties and responsibilities of this role:

  • Provide full support to the Assistant Marketing Manager on daily basis in all marketing activities for cluster and hotel campaigns and projects.
  • Complete assigned tasks within the pre-determined deadlines.
  • Support the Assistant Marketing Manager in managing quotes and coordinating approvals with various suppliers.
  • Execute the marketing plans.
  • Ensure the CRM system is always up to date with all marketing campaigns and projects.
  • Ensure the website content for the Al Sahel Bahrain Hotel is fully updated, in line with the standards established for website content.
  • Manage relationships with different types of agencies and suppliers making sure those partners fully understand and maximise the value of the Jumeirah hotels.
  • Ensure that Public Relations and Communications teams are involved in marketing campaigns, where applicable, to maximise audience and reach.
  • Development of operational marketing collaterals for existing and hotels under pre-opening phase.
  • Implement online and offline marketing initiatives for all Dubai hotels inline with objectives of key stakeholders, aiming to increase revenue, loyalty and NPS.
  • Improve ROI for all Rooms Marketing activities, and establish campaigns KPIs for success.
  • Track productivity of each marketing activity planed and executed by the individual using the CRM system.
  • Ensure that all collaterals and marketing materials adhere to the Jumeirah brand standards.
  • Analysis with JBI
  • Provide the required marketing support to the different departments within the Dubai team including Corporate, GCC, Leisure and Groups Sales.
  • Execute projects related to photography and arrange photo shoots in adherence to brand Photography Style Guidelines.
  • Implement Marketing Services Request Forms as per the departmental standard and process these requests to get back to the stakeholders as per agreed timelines.
  • Maintain an artwork archive within the designated location predefined by the department.
  • Coordinate and drive proactive social media updates and channel them through the Digital Marketing team within the cluster for execution.
  • Ongoing competitor reviews and checks to identify special offers and activities done by the hotels in the competitive set.
  • Work closely with the digital agency to ensure that all marketing activity is supported with the measurement of results.
  • Adhere to the procurement process in the standard set out by the department and manage marketing investment based on budget and forecasts and with help and support from the Marketing Manager.
 

 

About you:
The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:

  • Professional Certificate, Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree or Professional Degree in Marketing / Advertising / Media or equivalent is essential.
    • Min 0 – 2 years marketing experience with luxury or hospitality brands
    • Experience in digital media campaigns and measurement
    • Chartered Institute of Marketing qualification is desirable.
    • Understanding loyalty and customer relationship management.
    • Strong communication skills across variety of platforms and on all levels.
    • Market research capabilities for competitor reviews.
    • Outstanding English skills in written and verbal.
    • Dynamic and confident individual.
    • Expeirence in digital media campaigns and measurement
    • Good time management and prioritising capabilities.
    • Ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines.

    About the Job:

    An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Reservation Agent to join the Rooms Reservation department in Jumeirah Beach Hotel.  The purpose of this position is to be responsible for the timely and accurately handling of high volumes of reservation requests through different channels such as telephone and email. You will be required to take ownership to drive and deliver your own performance in line with Jumeirah standards for reservation conversion, call, email and data entry quality, customer service response times and your productivity and efficiency.

    Main duties will include:

    • Represent and champion the Jumeirah Brand by displaying all Hallmarks and promoting the business values in all interactions
    • Proactively promote all properties and services within the Jumeirah portfolio in a friendly, professional, and efficient manner upselling where appropriate to achieve all revenue objectives
    • Proactively handle and resolve customer queries and escalations through all channels which may include Telephone, email, WhatsApp and social media
    • Provide timely, accurate and detailed communication to any customer or partner regarding any enquiries
    • Complete all Reservation tasks including reservations, amendments, cancellations and upsell in any customer channel including Group Bookings
    • Complete reservation checks for all reservations made including Group Bookings
    • Reservation Filing of correspondence, handling customer complaints, checking and updating of related reports, amongst other tasks
    • To effectively manage the process of No-Show/Cancellation reports
    • Ensure compliance with the room reservations quality performance requirements
    • Complete payment requests and follow up for payments not made including group Bookings
    • Any other duties as may reasonably be requested by the management

     

     

     

    About you:

    The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:

    • To be considered for this role you must have at least 12 months experience in a hotel or centralized hotel reservations function
    • You must be able to communicate clearly and effectively (fluently to a high standard) both verbally and written in English
    • The ability to communicate (fluently) in additional languages is desirable (Arabic, Russian, Chinese, or European languages other than English)
    • Computer literate in all Microsoft Office packages
    • Proven experience in using a PMS system preferably Opera PMS is desirable

    About the Job:

    An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Duty Manager to join the Front Office department in Jumeirah Al Qasr . The main purpose of this role is the point of contact between the guests and the hotel. He/She is also an ambassador of the excellence of the service delivered in the hotel with ensuring all guests are provided with a warm, friendly, courteous, informative and efficient service at the Front Desk. Your key responsibilities will include:

    • To set a high example in regard to punctuality, appearance, courtesy, performance, attitude, leadership, guest relations, observance of the house rules, loyalty to Management and interdepartmental co-operation.

    • To maintain open line of communication and co-ordination with related departments to ensure customers requests and complaints are handled effectively and efficiently.

    • To reflect a cultural awareness of different nationalities with managing a fair and not discriminating approach.

    • Is fully knowledgeable of all services and amenities available in the hotel.

    • Is dedicated to assist in training of the Front Office team to deliver excellence in all areas.

    • To coordinate that all the Guest History files are well maintained by supervising maintenance of Guest History records and carrying out regular spot checks on the quality and usefulness of the information.

    • Is point of contact to handle customer complaints and feedback according to Jumeirah standards.

    • Assists the Guest Service Manager in daily allocation of VIP rooms and suites, and the set up of appropriate welcome amenities with the Front Office Administration team.

    • Is coordinating groups: checks the room blockings in advance, arranges special check-in desk if applicable, is the contact person during the visit.

    • Co-ordinates with the concerned department to ensure smooth departure and warm farewell of VIP guests.

    About you:

    • At least 2 years of working experience in a similar role in a luxury five-star hotel environment
