Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the HR department in both UAE, KSA and Egypt;
  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy;
  • Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues;
  • Manage the recruitment and selection process (High recruiting efficiency)
  • Manage Employee relations and ensure proper application of conflict management where applicable;
  • Manage the onboarding and offboarding process;
  • Talent Management, acquisition and retention;
  • Manage staff training and development;
  • Provide support to employees in all necessary facets to ensure they are able to deliver to their utmost potential;
  • Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital;
  • Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures across the organization;
  • Nurture a positive working environment;
  • Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high  performance;
  • Maintain pay plan and benefits program;
  • Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs;
  • Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics;
  • Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management in all Alpin operation regions;
  • Development and administration of leadership training programs;
  • Maintain good contact and relationship with associated Government bodies,        Customers, and Clients, Training Institutes, Colleges and others;
  • Maintain budgets, forecasts as required in line with corporate budget;
  • Report to management concerning all elements of HR;
  • Develop monthly HR Report for corporate reporting;
  • Maintain and supervise the company’s ISO IMS system;
  • Supervise and support HR team in all Alpin operation regions; and
  • Integration with the group HR requirements and procedures.

HSE Roles, Responsibilities and Accountability:

  • Role: Fire Warden, HSE Support;
  • Responsibility: To ensure proper evacuation of the ALPIN office in case of a fire emergency or drill;
  • To support the HSE officer with purchase and issuance of HSE equipment and to tack their validity;
  • Accountability: Timely purchase and issuance of HSE equipment to staff. Ensure that employees are aware of fire and evacuation procures during employee inductions or annual fire drills.

Skills:

  • Proven working experience as HR manager or similar;
  • People-oriented and results-driven;
  • High degree of empathy and emotional intelligence;
  • Demonstrable experience with human resources metrics;
  • Knowledge of HR systems and databases;
  • Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills;
  • Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills;
  • Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company;
  • In-depth knowledge of labor law (UAE and KSA) and HR best practices;
  • BS/MS degree in Human Resources or related field;
  • A pleasant attitude - Happy to join a close-knit, entrepreneurial, technical team locally;
  • Local driving license and independent transportation are a MUST;
  • Excellent English (oral and written), preferably English as a first-language;
  • Strong command of English Grammar;
  • French Langue (oral and written) is a plus
  • Very high proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint);
  • IT savvy; strong computer skills (SaaS, Software installation and hardware) ;
  • Work experience in a professional office environment (preferably in a construction, engineering or consulting company);
  • Must have good “attention-to-detail" skills;

  • Self-starter who needs minimal supervision and does not mind managing their own work;

With the expansion of Life Insurance business in the Middle East, The Head of Retail Pricing will lead the pricing and design of new products and features, covering technical and market-based pricing, with a focus on protection products. 

Job Accountabilities

 

As Head of Retail Pricing, your role will involve: 

 

  • Identify opportunities for new protection products and product repricing, based on analysis of competitive landscape, market trends and review of BU portfolios. 
  • Advise on product design features (e.g., benefit design, premium structure, linkages to UW/claims)
  • Develop or drive improvements on approach for technical pricing (e.g., pricing parameters, granularity) and market-based pricing (e.g., competitive pricing per cell). 
  • Establish pricing and profit testing models.
  • Monitor competitor/market pricing trends
  • Provide support in navigating global product approval processes.
     

Job Qualifications

 

To be successful in this role, you will need: 

 

  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Mathematics/Statistics and 10 or more years of experience in the Life Insurance industry. 
  • Fully qualified - Actuary 
  • Demonstrated history of working in the Life Actuarial field.
  • Demonstrated track record of successful product introductions/repricing initiatives 
  • Experience in a competitive broker market (e.g., UK, Ireland, Australia) 
  • Expert knowledge of actuarial pricing and reserving concepts 
  • Knowledge of statistical and actuarial modeling 
  • Expert knowledge of insurance products 
  • Proficient in managing diverse team. 
  • Strong Project Management with organization and time management skills 
  • Strong written and verbal communication, with the ability to present complex concepts to a non-technical audience.

Brief Description:
The Assistant Manager will be responsible to maintain a holistic view over the banks experience journeys and constantly evolve this view with initiatives and projects that are driven by insights and feedback obtained from customers complaints NPS surveys mystery shopping

The Assistant Manager is also going to lead the TAT performance for complaints closure and establishing a robust and dynamic First Call ResolutionFCR framework that allows channels in meeting exceeding customers expectations

Detailed Description:

  • Propose and drive and initiatives backed by a clear plan with preidentified goals that contribute to the CX strategy
  • Maintain a roadmap for initiatives and activities required to keep improving the customer journeysIT NonIT dependent
  • Constant review of the bank processes for handling customer complaints
  • Identify process weak points
  • Identify initiatives to bridge process gaps and strengthen processes to deliver a better performance
  • Provide regular updates and feedback on the launched initiatives their performance vs the projected results and their contribution to the bank
  • Review data and identify areas of improvement
  • Perform data analysis for generating reports on periodic basis
  • Provide strong reporting and analytical information support to management team
  • Generate and distribute management reports in accurate and timely manner Ensure score calculation and quality reports
  • Graphical representation and PowerPoints
  • Develops MIS documentation to allow for smooth operations and easy system maintenance
  • Propose amendments to update current MIS to improve reporting efficiency and consistency
  • Continuous improvements of the reporting methodology
  • Initiate different methodology of reporting and initiate changes and suggestion
  • Work closely with IT CRM CLMetc to enhance reporting and maintain a clear KPI monitoring
  • Work with internal stakeholders such as OP Risk Operations and compliance to ensure proper documentation and bank processes are adhered to
  • Liaise with front line staff such as Call Center and Branches to ensure processes are clearly understood implemented and followed
  • Work closely with the other CX units to develop a deeper understanding of the experience performance
  • Ensure proper documentation of all initiatives tasks progress and performance updates
  • Work closely with the CX team members to keep up to date on the identified issues root cause analysis and voice of customer performance and results
