What do we expect from you?
 

1. Team & Boutique Performance:

  • Accountable for a team of Sales Associates
  • Set individual and team goals
  • Proactively assess and manage performance against expectations
  • Ensure business opportunities are maximized through efficient sales floor management, being a visible presence, and support for all team members
  • Support the Sales Manager to realize diagnosis based on solid performance analysis, review of competencies and environment by defining dynamic action plans to achieve Maison, boutique, and category sales targets
  • Act as a resourceful Manager in finding solutions and seeking new ways to engage the commercial team into the “New Retail”

 

2. Floor Supervision:

  • Oversee daily operations when on duty and ensure the respect of all Maison’s policies, procedures, and guidelines
  • Responsible for clients flow when on duty ensuring client experience, waiting time, and satisfaction are as per Maison’s standards
  • Responsible for all staff flow when on duty
  • Act as a role model demonstrating sales leadership supporting clients’ interactions when required and assisting Sales Associates on duty when necessary
  • Contribute, along with all Team Leaders, to a maximum of shift coverage including morning, evening & week-end shifts

 

3. Team Management & People Development:

  • Responsible for on-the-spot coaching, ensuring that all sales associates’ interactions meet Cartier standards
  • Oversee daily briefing and hold clear communication with the team on duty
  • Oversee the evaluation of the individual performance for your dedicated team and assist other Team Leaders for the remaining team members
  • Define an adapted “individual development plan” for all dedicated team members
  • Participate in the team engagement around the strategy and vision of the Maison
  • Act as an inclusive leader to ensure every team member is respected and has a voice
  • Create a positive and harmonious work environment
  • Assist the management team in identifying the skills and competencies required in the team for recruitment and development

 

4. Client Relationship & Portfolio Development:

  • Establish a client-centric mindset within the boutique
  • Manage the operational roll-out of all clienteling activities for your team, ensuring such activities add value to all Cartier clients
  • Engage and support team members in building long-term client relationships and developing their portfolios
  • Assist boutique leadership in the monitoring of the ROI for client relationship programs and actions

 

5. Product Category:

  • Act as a point of reference on a defined category
  • Provide the boutique and office teams with some feedback (product performance, quality, client-related information, local market, competitors, trends…) creating strong bond with office Managers
  • Lead the product category business (morning briefings, internal communication, action plans, visual merchandising, clienteling, training, and team animation…)
  • Create enthusiasm around the product category

Job Description:

The Position holder is responsible for: 

  • Delivering CCS (Carbon Capture and Storage) projects, responsible for planning and overseeing projects to ensure they are completed in a timely manner and within budget.
  • Plan and designate project resources, prepare budgets, monitor delivery progress, and keep stakeholders informed.
  • Lead Petrotechnical teams in CCS project planning and technical study. In addition, take care of site development including well construction, injection and monitoring operations. Manage risks and uncertainties associated with CCS project liaising internally and externally with stakeholders in order to ensure alignments on the project.
  • Coordinate all CCS activities
  • Experience with certification procedures (ex. CARB, EPA permit VI, ISO)

Qualifications:

  • 15+ years relevant experience (with minimum 10 years CCS project management experience)
  • Direct hands-on experience leading CCS study and execution projects (at least 4 projects).
  • Preferred senior technical professional with background in Geology or Reservoir Engineering or similar
  • Strong Project management and HSSE skills.
  • Experience in integrated projects and Cross discipline knowledge and communication (geophysics, petrophysics, geomechanics, reservoir engineering, production engineering, drilling engineering, flow assurance, economic)
  • Experience in preparing CCS monitoring plan
  • Experience in preparing CCS risk register; safety and risk assessment (likelihood, severity) and associated uncertainties
  • Operational experience
  • Fluency in English

As a data scientist, you will provide machine learning expertise that helps accelerate the business. Key job responsibilities
* Manage your own process: identify and execute on high impact projects, triage external requests, and make sure you bring projects to conclusion in time for the results to be useful.
* Apply state-of-the-art Machine Learning methods to large amounts of data from different sources to build and operationalize abuse prevention, detection and mitigation solutions.
*Deep dive on the problems using SQL and scripting languages like Python/R to drive short term and long term solutions leveraging Statistical Analysis.
*Collaborate closely with the development team to recommend and build innovations based on Data Science.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

· Bachelor's degree and 4 years of relevant experience
· Algorithm and model development experience for large-scale applications
· Proficiency in at least one of the following languages: Python/Perl, R/Matlab, Java, C/C++, Scala Problem solving ability
· Deep understanding of Statistical Analysis, Modeling and Machine Learning techniques.
· Hands-on professional experience with applying machine learning and other data science techniques to identify anomalous behavior patterns (e.g., user or machine anomalies) in a production environment
· Experience with extracting, cleaning, and transforming data and working with data owners to understand the data
· Professional experience using database languages, such as SQL, and common data scientist software development and statistical analysis tools (e.g., Python, R)
