Job Description & Summary

A career in Administration and Secretarial Services, within Internal Firm Services, will give you with the opportunity to provide administrative support to PwC employees. You’ll focus on using business software applications to prepare reports, receiving and directing incoming calls or emails to the appropriate parties, arranging business travel, tracking expenses, and coordinating meeting arrangements.

  • Screen and route incoming telephone calls, take messages, and answer incoming queries

  • Receive deliveries and coordinate outside delivery/courier services with the help of Office administrators

In this role you  will provide administrative, clerical and project support to the Maintenance and Facilities Department. The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for ensuring the efficiency and smooth operations for the Maintenance Director and the unit.

Main Responsibilities

  • Good understanding of the day to day operation within the Maintenance Department as generalist

  • Perform basic administrative tasks, e. g. photocopying and filing. Maintains proper recordkeeping and filing system for all work orders, preventive maintenance checklist and manages office supplies/inventory for team

  • Assist the Maintenance Admin to keep an up to date file of all Preventive Maintenance Checklist and other daily reports

  • Assist with staff inquires (Leave, Lieu Day and Attendance Records)

  • Provide administrative support for various projects, including preparing PowerPoint and other presentation materials as requested by management

  • Coordinate staff meetings, employee functions, conferences and client meetings as necessary.

  • Perform other related duties as requested by management

Role Summary

talabat is seeking a highly organised Creative Traffic Lead with prior agency, brand and/or marketing experience, based out of our Dubai office. This role will be part of our regional creative team and support all 8 markets we operate in, while handling all incoming internal requests. 

 

What’s On Your Plate?

  • Lead day-to-day management of creative marketing projects, working with the creative design, local country teams and regional brand teams to ensure all creative deliverables are aligned with the creative brief and delivered on time

  • Develop project plans, track timelines, update and flag team members about any potential issues related to timely project execution

  • Allocate creative resources on a daily basis

  • Assist in working through scheduling conflicts and creative allocation across all agency projects

  • Manage creative resource allocations and assist in the prioritization of projects and deliverables

  • Triage and track incoming feedback/requests for creative deliverables in a multitude of projects for cross-functional designers

  • Exceptional technical organizational skills combined with a compassionate and positive communication style

A Engagement Associate at Tridge will be Responsible for:



  • Due diligence documentation: supplier declaration data entry for buyers, managing communication with supplier side engagement associates to ensure collection of required information for due diligence documentation, be the second set of eyes to verify info on due diligence documentation (expiry date, SEDEX number check, Global Gap infor check, etc.),

  • Logistics management: communication of CMRs, BOLs, Phytosanitary Certs, EUR 1, and online and offline order and shipment management status with the buyers

  • Insurance and Claims: managing quality control reports at departure and arrival at the buyer site. Organizing all documents relating to claims including insurance claims.

  • Customer management: responding to various customer claims and inquiries

  • Quality Control: Verifying growers for the KSA based on quality standards required, corresponding with clients with regards to grower documentation: global GAP, social certification, MRL, etc., and booking 3rd party inspection to the buyer site upon request.

  • Team management: Support timely execution of and assist in the production of qualification documents, projects and various meetings, provide and maintain reports and records to EMs (Engagement Managers), and take on miscellaneous projects and responsibilities as requested by the DM (Deal Manager) at the HQ
