Tridge is looking for a candidate in the Engagement Associate position who would be a proactive leader of Tridge's global trading system in the Food & Agriculture industry.

With your knowledge and expertise in Food & Agriculture and supply chain management, you will make an extraordinary impact, thus overcoming the deep-seated problems in the old, traditional trading industry. A Engagement Associate at Tridge will be Responsible for:
- Due diligence documentation: supplier declaration data entry for buyers, managing communication with supplier side engagement associates to ensure collection of required information for due diligence documentation, be the second set of eyes to verify info on due diligence documentation (expiry date, SEDEX number check, Global Gap infor check, etc.),
- Logistics management: communication of CMRs, BOLs, Phytosanitary Certs, EUR 1, and online and offline order and shipment management status with the buyers
- Insurance and Claims: managing quality control reports at departure and arrival at the buyer site. Organizing all documents relating to claims including insurance claims.
- Customer management: responding to various customer claims and inquiries
- Quality Control: Verifying growers for the KSA based on quality standards required, corresponding with clients with regards to grower documentation: global GAP, social certification, MRL, etc., and booking 3rd party inspection to the buyer site upon request.
- Team management: Support timely execution of and assist in the production of qualification documents, projects and various meetings, provide and maintain reports and records to EMs (Engagement Managers), and take on miscellaneous projects and responsibilities as requested by the DM (Deal Manager) at the HQ

- High-level of professionalism; ability to correspond with enterprise type clients
- Basic understanding of agriculture, preferably with experience managing the "back office" for produce sales
- Preferred, background in quality control in produce: familiar with MRL reports, GAP, food safety procedures in produce
We are of a balanced view in considering the Qualifications for this position rather than expecting all of these attributes to be demonstrated from any one single individual:
- 2+ years of solid experience in sales & supply chain management
