About this opportunity!

 

We are looking for a Security Officer to provide support and advice regarding network security and security risk management within a defined operational scope in line with customer security policies. Establish and execute unit security plans for the unit of responsibility supporting the implementation of Ericsson’s Security policies and directives as well as customer security policies & guidelines fulfillment. Establish and manage local / unit governance structures to deal with crisis and security incidents. Provide a single point of contact for customers, partners and staff for security issues and incidents.

 

What you will do

 

  • Facilitate execution of and follow-up on security strategy, policies & instructions, governance model and frameworks
  • Manage the organization security needs in line with global, local and customer requirements and processes, and ensure that local Security implementations comply
  • Support information security risk management
  • Manage security incidents in partnership with other units or customer as needed, perform security incidents investigations
  • Facilitate and participate in knowledge sharing internally and help drive security awareness in the business
  • Support Crisis Management establishment and execution
  • Ensure physical security is up to required level and assessed risks
  • Support external, internal and customer audits
  • Shall align, prioritize, design, document, deploy, maintain, control, support and improve processes / process components to secure effective and efficient process flows and governance. This covers all types of processes and their interfaces.
  • Has interfaces to Process Owners, other Process Managers, Improvement Managers, unit managers and others who execute the process in scope and/or utilize the process deliverables
  • Identify need for adjustment of Ericsson’s processes to realize strategic objectives (process issue / idea).
  • Identify, communicate and mitigate risks in the process
  • Define and evaluate process performance according to business goals and functionality requirements.
  • Monitor and manage process compliance
  • Coordinate process releases
  • Monitor and manage progress of improvement actions and secure that deviations in process performance are handled
  • Identify deviations from business goals or process compliance
  • Finalize process design by setting the “local customization” for each process within the defined scope
  • Conduct initiatives needed to establish local process capabilities to be able to handle deployment
  • Conduct initiatives needed for process deployment to phase out previous ways of working and ramp-up new ways of working (i.e. both local and central initiatives
  • Develop process documentation , methods, instructions and training material

 

You will bring

 

  • Education: should have bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Computer sciences or equivalent
  • More than 7 years of experience in Security management
  • Domain Experience: Security domain area experience
  • CISA, CCIE, CISSP or CISM, one or more preferred
  • Knowledge of ISO 27000, Privacy, Risk Management, Information-, Personnel-, Physical security, Business Continuity and Crisis Management
  • Knowledge Sharing and Collaboration Skills
  • Local Laws & Regulations Knowledge
  • Risk Management Skills
  • Audit & Assessment Skills
  • Knowledge of telecommunications networks will be an added advantage

About the job

The main focus of the Graphic Designer is to conceptualize, execute, and maintain all of Quant’s visual identity graphic design needs such as marketing & advertising materials, user interface visual elements for web pages and applications, publication graphic design such as newsletters and annual reports, and motion graphic design needs.

They should be assisting various departments in translating various aspects into appealing and understandable visual language to promote Quant’s brand awareness and strength. They will also be working with external parties and agencies on visual design development and ensuring that Quant’s standards are applied.

Job Responsibilities
  • Carrying design and web projects from concept to completion while adhering to the brand standards.
  • Conceptualize and execute both digital and print design elements for all of Quant’s needs.
  • Maintaining and enhancing websites and dashboards by adding and improving design and interactive features.
  • Produce design assets for use in social media and marketing channels.
  • Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices, and standards.
  • Develop and maintain consistent branding for Quant and its subsidiaries so it remains consistent and is used properly by external parties or remote groups.
  • Collaborate with UX, marketing, engineering, and other teams.
  • Collaborate with other designers, front-end web developers, media strategists, and copywriters to develop visual communication.
  • Collaborate with product managers and product design teams to conceptualize and create software.

Leaves & Holidays Policy
  • Annual Leave: 22 business days of paid Annual Leave per contract year.
