Our Middle East operation is currently seeking an Architect (Site based) to join our UAE team. To be successful, you must be a qualified Architect with a minimum of 5 years’ experience with a sound understanding of all forms of building structures. Experience in retail and hospitality projects is an advantage.

The successful candidate will possess the following;

  • Advanced software knowledge of AutoCAD, Revit, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to prepare concept design layouts and 3d sketches (Revit)
  • Well developed interpersonal abilities: verbal, non-verbal, written
  • Self motivated and results oriented with high levels of energy
  • Adaptability – willing and able to achieve results within a complex organisation and with changing client needs and competing priorities.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the day-to-day delivery of the conceptual layouts and design documentation.
  • To work closely with the Senior Project / Design Manager to produce conceptual layouts for various projects.
  • Have full oversight and quality check of production of design documents
  • Be available to attend site visits and to travel on an ad-hoc basis for construction and finishing inspections. Including International travel.
  • Required to coordinate the production of architectural renders for Design Documents.
  • Collaborate with client and internal lead professionals to ensure design and documentation are in accordance with project expectations.

 Liebherr Middle East FZE is looking for a Service Engineer Construction Machinery in Dubai.

Responsibilities

  • Diagnose, repair, overhaul and readjust of construction machinery
  • Assembly and commissioning of new machines
  • Repair parts on cranes, either on the companies yard, in the workshop or in the field
  • Apply/ install factory issued updates and modifications
  • Repair or replace damaged or worn parts
  • Operate machines in order to diagnose defects
  • Regular service attendances at customers sites
  • Comply to applicable saftey standards
  • Represent LIEBHERR and its core values

Competencies

  • Succesfull completed apprenticeship such as electronic/ mechatronic techncian, agricultural mechanic or higher technical education
  • At least three years of experience as technician in the crane business
  • Advanced knowledge in electrics and hydraulic systems
  • English written/ spoken fluently, German language would be an advantage
  • Organize, manage and complete projects individually and in team work
  • Cooperate with all levels of staff
  • Ability to multi-tasking while completing work in a competent and professional manner
  • Willing to travel in the service region Middle East such as UAE, Kuwait, Qatar, Bahrain, Oman etc.
  • Willing to work overtime as well as on weekends or on call duty
  • Basic knowledge of MS-Office

 Job Purpose


Owning the operational platform, implementation of right processes and practices across the department, work on formulating operational strategy, improve department performance, optimize productivity, hiring, retaining & developing of right talent and ensuring compliance. Serves as the property Manager on Duty and oversees all property operations, ensuring that the highest levels of hospitality and service are provided. Represents property management in resolving any guest related situation. Manages the flow of questions and directs guests within the lobby. Serves as Guest Relations Manager and handles the tracking of service issues.

 

CANDIDATE PROFILE

 

Education and Experience

• High school diploma or GED; 2 years experience in the guest services, front desk, or related professional area.

OR

• 2-year degree from an accredited university in Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related major; no work experience required.
