You will design and deliver the Talent Acquisition strategy through recruitment programs; targeted applicant approaches and multi-channel broadcasts

 You will continually maintain a candidate pool of critical skills, maintaining succession gaps in collaboration with the business areas you are working with

 You will work with partnered universities to showcase Dubai Airports as an Employer of Choice through Internships and Graduate programs

You will deliver Emiratization programs by designing sourcing strategies and coming up with innovative attraction campaigns based on the target audience.

What you bring

 You will be educated to a Degree Level

 You will have 7 to 8 years’ experience within Talent Acquisition, mainly within sourcing, pipeline development and senior level talent attraction 

 You will have thorough experience working with Linkedin as well as other job portals and boards

 You will have excellent and demonstrable customer relationship building skills

The team works in real time to make sure the right people are in the right place – airside and landside – to meet demand. As our airports are the world’s busiest, it’s fast-paced and a real challenge. The operation has to be industry-leading, and it always is.

 What you’ll deliver

  • You’ll create and deliver the daily stand plans for aircraft arriving, departing and repositioning at the airport
  • You will ensure a safe environment whilst making optimum use of available airport capacity
  • You will continuously monitor each aircraft movement and implement changes where necessary to ensure minimal disruption to airport operations 

What you bring

  • You should have a higher education degree in Aviation, Operational Planning, strategic planning, systems or any analytical discipline.
  • You should have at least 3 years’ experience working in an airport environment.
  • You’ll have an experience of Airport Collaborative Decision Making (A- CDM) concepts.
  • Excellent problem solving and decision- making skills will be key.

The Job Opportunity
Serco Middle East is a well-established, leading organization in the region and is looking for professional Security Guards with excellent customer service and security skills to join our team delivering security services at our client's facility located in the United Arab Emirates. The role will fall into two disciplines; Entry Point Security Guards and Patrol Guards – both of which comprise of similar responsibilities and will work on a rotational basis throughout the contract.

Professionals with a valid security license issued by the authorized Governing Body Organization in the Australian State are invited to submit an expression of interest for the role.

Key accountabilities
Safeguard the security of the premises and the surrounding perimeter of the location.
Maintain an active awareness of current threat levels and to remain vigilant in the reporting of any suspicious activities observed.
Provide friendly, helpful customer service whenever possible and at all times maintain collaborative working relationship (s) with personnel, contractors and external agencies (e.g. Local Police).
Act as a deterrent to avoid non-compliance of security protocols.
Report any incident encountered to the on-duty client representative who will direct appropriate action.

What we are looking for in our candidates:
Fluent English communication skills (reading, writing and spoken) and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and work productively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Ability to communicate effectively, meet the public, respond to questions, and furnish information.
Ability to follow instructions explicitly and to exercise judgment and act quickly in an emergency situation.
Highly motivated and flexibility to work in a time-sensitive environment to respond quickly and effectively to unanticipated high workloads, events and emergencies.

Specific requirements
A minimum Baseline AGSVA security level clearance (preferred however not essential as this can be applied for if successful in obtaining the position) – only Australian Citizens are eligible for this security clearance.
A valid UAE Driving License or an international license that can be converted in the UAE.
A valid security license issued by the authorized Governing Body Organization in the Australian State. The security license shall at the minimum, shall be in date and include the below license functions:
Crowd Controller
Security Officer (Unarmed)
Security Officer (Monitoring)

Job Description

OVERVIEW/BASIC FUNCTION:

Rosewood Abu Dhabi is looking for someone who has a creative spark and is innovative within the Marketing industry. The Assistant Marketing Manager is responsible for managing the social media channels of Rosewood Abu Dhabi including but not exclusive to Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter, and using mentioned channels to develop a vibrant marketing program to stimulate demand and position the food and beverage outlets as well as Sense Spa to reflect their unique personality (in keeping with the brand direction of Rosewood) by working closely with hotel departments, and DOSM.Execute the daily activities of the marketing department such as media visits organization, marketing activities coordination and ensuring hotel website, hotel information resources such as Ipads and collateral are up to date and according to Rosewood Hotels & Resorts standards. Creation and design of hotel collateral, food and beverage outlet promotion visuals and menus, hotel advertising, and festive season brochure within Rosewood Hotels & Resorts standards.

 

OSHAD RESPONSIBILITIES:

While at work, (and while on work premises) an associate shall:

  • Take reasonable care of their own health and safety.
  • Take reasonable care of the health and safety of a person and the workplace, that may be affected by their acts or omission at work;
  • Cooperate with full compliance with the Hotel’s developed OSHMS policies, OSHMS procedures & operational works instruction in order to protect the health and safety of the people.
  • Report to immediate supervisor any situation which they have reason to believe could present hazards and which they cannot themselves correct;
  • Report all OSH incidents and work-related injuries; and
  • Not intentionally or recklessly interfere with or misuse anything provided (e.g. Equipment & machinery, PPE, etc.) at the Hotel’s workplace in the interest of health, safety, welfare or protection or management of the workplace.
  • Participate in the conduct of OSH-related planning and implementation in order to achieve the Hotel’s OSH objectives, targets & program.
  • Attend all training arranged by Hygiene, Health & Safety Manager such as OSH training, safety Induction, on-the-job training, tool box talks, etc.

 

ACCOUNTABILITY:

  • Held accountable and committed whatever it takes to comply with the company’s OSHMS Policies, OSHMS Procedure, & Operational Works Instruction and any other relevant legislation applies within the organization.
  • Held accountable to take care of his own health and safety, other people in the workplace that may be affected by their acts or omission at work.
  • To report to his supervisor or respective Manager.

 

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Experience: Minimum two years’ experience in a Marketing & Communications role.
  • Education: College degree.
  • General Skills: Must be able to perform job functions with attention to detail, speed, and accuracy; prioritize, organize and follow-up; be a creative, clear thinker, remaining calm and resolving problems using good judgment; follow directions thoroughly; understand a guest’s service needs; work cohesively with co-workers as part of a team; work with minimal supervision; maintain the confidentiality of guest information and pertinent hotel data.
  • Technical Skills: Full capability to work with Photoshop and In design software’s. Demonstrate experience with social media channels and their impact. Demonstrated experience in organizing, planning, and executing marketing projects from conception through implementation; strong verbal and written communication skills. Working level with Microsoft Office programs such as Word and PowerPoint.
  • Language: Required to speak, read and write English, with fluency in other languages preferred.
