Position Summary

You will coordinate, manage and update the Head of Department day to day schedule amongst other key deliverables. This includes coordinating with different stakeholders to organize meetings, events, workshops and bookings.
A day in the life of...

    Coordinate scheduling and extensive calendar management for Nestlé Health Sicence Department.
    Main point of contact between the head of department and both internal and external parties
    Follow up on the monthly reports and weekly updates with different team members
    Keep the department presentations up to date and aesthetically aligned.
    Prepare summary presentations and reports when needed
    Fully manage internal and external meetings, workshops and bookings (hotel, dinner, entertainment, meeting room set-up, stationary and other logistics)
    Manage administrative and office support by ensuring office supply inventory, stationary, and hampers
    Perform other job-related duties as assigned by the manager and the team
    Participate and support in Company events for employees

What will make you successful

    Must be fluent in English, Arabic language is a big plus
    Strong digital literacy – Office 365 knowledge is a plus
    Excellent verbal and written communication skills—involving high-level communications with internal and external stakeholders

Position Summary

Processes sales subsidiary’s orders and support in managing the entire process of order entry to shipment releases.

Role and Responsibilities

    Order Processing for UAE & GCC clients involving PI creation, stock allocation and release to logistics for dispatch in current ERP systems.
    Facilitate end to end process steps, ensuring timely and error free results and 100% accuracy.
    Support in Planning & Executing the entire process of fulfilling customer contracts from order entry to release under part leader supervision.

    Arrange SI’s for direct shipment and monitor the purchase order from the factory. Goods in Transit Monitoring for Direct Shipment billing.
    Assist in clearing Back Log orders and closing the same in conjunction with KAMS and SCM.
    Support in obtaining Order Secure Rate for the sales team.
    Ensure signed documentation i.e. Sales Orders / PO’s is available from customers and matching the contract requirements.
    Processing RMA as per HQ guidelines.
    Daily Customer Credit check for available and In Process funds. Additionally, follow up on Letter of Credit and related documentation.
    Perform validation of customer orders and all necessary internal approvals prior to processing orders.
    Processing of Debit / Credit Note when required under supervision of part leader

Skills and Qualifications

Qualifications & Experience:

    Bachelor’s Degree in Business Mgmt. / Sales / Operations

    0-2 years of experience, preferably in sales order processing or similar activity.

    Exposure to ERP, preferably SAP

    He shall have the ability to spot non-conformances to project requirements and persuade contractor to remedy them.
    He must have done work related to evaluation of variations, design changes, concession requests; review & approval of procedures, method statements of construction contractor at site
    Must have familiarity with latest construction methods especially related to onshore and offshore pipeline, pipeline shore pulling, modern project management techniques, and environmental engineering aspects.
    Participation during constructability reviews and contribution there in shall be supported with adequate proof on large sized projects recently executed preferably in the Middle East
