Job Description

• Gathering through BRD’s (Business Requirement Document), meetings with stakeholders and workshops

• Modelling the solution working with stakeholders from business and IT departments, using, preferably, UML

• Ensure the alignment between what it is being built and business requirements

• Be able to work, support and communicate with an arrange of client’s stakeholders, UX department, QA department and development teams and be proactive to ensure that all of them are aligned with the final solution

• Be ready to work in agile environments when required

• Arab and English languages needed

We have a current opportunity for a Business Analyst on a contract basis. The position will be based in Doha, joining the Digital Project Group of our Oil & Gas Operator client.

In an already complex field to operate that will expand significantly over 2020-2029 and become even more complicated, our client targets to leverage the digital technologies (through various use cases) in an agile way to support Strategic objectives for the core business activities (support the unmanning efforts, the new developments and optimize the current operations through several advanced analytics initiatives) and reach the next level of Operations and Costs performance by developing a Digital Twin for their field topsides that could become part of the largest one's ever developed.

Accountabilities

    Identifies and aligns business requirements, with product owners and Business SME's
    Maps Business requirements to IS requirements
    Ensures the delivered IS solution fits the business requirements identified during the Agile development within the constraints of the existing on prem and digital/cloud infrastructure

Qualification & Experience Required

Business Analysis

    Lean Six Sigma certification (Green Belt as minimum - Black Belt preferred) - other business process modeling and analysis methods will be considered
    Expert in relevant business process in the O&G industry
    Good problem solving and facilitation skills, great time management and organization skills, team spirit behaviour, and proven ability to work cross-functionally.
    Ability to document Business / Digital requirements in 'unambiguous' manner


Information Solutions

    Good understanding of business process management concepts and techniques and extensive knowledge of the business, data and IT domain
    Understanding of emerging technologies like artificial intelligence, machine learning, and robotic process automation (RPA)
    Technical understanding and ability to understand how IS systems and technology can help solve business problems


Project Management

    Knowledge, certification & experience with agile development and with UX/User Center Design principles.
    Fluent in English as a business language.

MAIN PURPOSE

 

The Talent Acquisition Partner will work closely with the Talent Management Manager MEIA to implement the Talent Acquisition strategy for our organization in the region/ Maison. The core of this function is to ensure local success in terms of identifying, sourcing, pre-assessing and hiring for current & future roles, ensuring a constant talent pipeline for our organization.

Our Talent Acquisition Partners are change agents for conceptualizing and driving a new wave of proactive sourcing for recruitment, by embracing and spreading new practices and behaviors among the HR community, and ensuring a strategic approach to anticipating & filling staffing needs.

The Talent Acquisition Partner will identify, engage and animate a pipeline of candidates

for the diverse roles in the organization; they will also define the optimized direct sourcing strategy and apply it to their region, which will include defining the channels of the search for the region/market. They will work closely with Maison as a strategic business partner to create and drive an integrated strategy that will encompass all channels of sourcing to provide the best talents.

Success in this role will be demonstrated by effective adoption and execution of the group Talent Acquisition strategy and the value-add to the business reality.

In summary, the Talent Acquisition Partner is the Richemont/Brand ambassador who drives the candidate experience and ensures we have a rich candidate pipeline to support business strategy.

The mission lasts for 6 months with an opportunity to become permanent after (based on performance).

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

 

    Responsible for the local TA strategy that will utilize the full potential of the market in getting the best talent (including defining sourcing channels, encouraging a collaborative recruitment approach with the business, and upkeeping quality of advertising opportunities via social media), while staying in line with the global TA vision.

        Formalization of short written feedback provided in the central ATS to be available to the HRBP.
        Enter the shortlisted candidate profiles in the recruitment SAP system.
    Should be capable of managing a CRM online system in the near future in order to keep alive and nurture the candidate relationship experience.
    Use our systems and tools diligently and responsibly to ensure long-term healthy analytics, transparency, and consistency in the TA community.
    You are the main ambassador of the One Team approach of TA by remaining active in various global or regional initiatives aimed at optimizing and elevating our function and business.
